One of the coffee producing areas in Limbangan District is Ngesrepbalong Village where the majority of the type of coffee produced is robusta coffee. Based on initial observations of 17 coffee farmers who are members of the Berkah Wana Lestari coffee group in Ngesrepbalong Village, in the 2021 harvest season, the total coffee harvest reached 10.7 tonnes with a productivity level of 0.12 tonnes/ha. On average, each coffee tree in Ngesrepbalong Village produces 2 kilograms of wet coffee fruit (cherry) with a harvest ratio of once a year. The problems experienced by partners are (1) The coffee farming community does not yet know the importance of geographical indications for Mount Ungaran coffee products, there is no coffee farming community institution that focuses on inventory and documentation of geographical indications for Mount Ungaran coffee products, (2) There is no broad information base. land, productivity and detailed characteristics regarding Mount Ungaran coffee, (3) Limited equipment to support the production of organic fertilizer in coffee cultivation activities in Ngesrepbalong Village. Activities carried out by pioneering geographical indications include strengthening group institutions, facilitating facilities and infrastructure to support coffee cultivation, introducing geographical indications, participatory mapping of coffee land and preparing a geographic indication database.

Abstract

This study reveals the motives for curhat on Instagram, as well as the front and backstage appearances. The approach used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The dramaturgy theory proposed by Erving Goffman is used to describe the motives for curhat on Instagram. Based on the results of the study, there are three motives for curhat on Instagram. First, to overcome loneliness and the absence of friends to talk to. Second, self-presentation. Third, seeking validation and social support. In carrying out the activity of curhat on Instagram, it is evident that there is a dramaturgy practice carried out by students. The front stage aims to create the impression as expected. The front stage is divided into two parts, namely setting and personal front. Setting includes the selection of certain features, such as stories and feeds. Personal front includes appearances such as filters, song choices, and post designs. Styles such as captions use metaphors, poetic diction, and symbolism. While the backstage is related to considerations for uploading content and editing before appearing in public.

Abstract

Universitas Negeri Semarang, as a Teacher Education Institution, has developed an Elementary School Labschool to support its vision of educational excellence. However, challenges remain in implementing inclusive education at the school. This study aims to analyze (1) the process of teacher adaptation in implementing inclusive education, (2) teachers’ strategies for developing inclusive education competencies, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors affecting implementation. Data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed qualitatively using source triangulation to ensure validity. The findings show that teachers adapt through appraisal and employ coping strategies, including problem-focused coping—such as participating in training programs and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)—and emotion-focused coping through emotional regulation, positive affirmation, and collaboration with support teachers. Teacher competency development strategies include formal training, in-house training, independent learning via digital platforms, and the enhancement of social-emotional skills. Supporting factors include government policies, institutional facilities, and professional development programs, while inhibiting factors involve limited disability-friendly infrastructure, administrative workload, unsustainable training, and constraints in initial student assessment. The study concludes that the successful implementation of inclusive education depends on the synergy among teacher readiness, policy support, and adequate facilities.

Abstract

Tourism is a dynamic industry that significantly contributes to global economic growth by creating jobs and increasing income for both communities and governments. This study aims to analyze community participation in implementing the four pillars of sustainable tourism in Janti Tourism Village, Klaten Regency. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant literature, including journals, books, and official documents. The data were then analyzed through three stages: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The findings indicate that Janti Tourism Village has successfully evolved into a well-managed tourism destination by integrating community participation with sustainable tourism principles. The community plays an active role as tourism managers, cultural heritage preservers, and environmental stewards, facilitated through training programs, socialization efforts, and regular meetings. Additionally, community members have access to village meetings and performance reporting forums, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. The study confirms that Janti Tourism Village has effectively implemented the four pillars of sustainable tourism—sustainable management, socio-economic development, cultural preservation, and environmental conservation. These aspects are well-integrated within the village’s tourism development framework. However, further improvements are needed to enhance community engagement and optimize the benefits of sustainable tourism.
