Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research, in which the author must conduct observations and interviews as well as documentation about the performance of Account Officers at PT PNM Tegal Branch. Loyalty and low Account Officer performance can result in decreased bank profits so that a strategy is needed to increase the loyalty of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PT.PNM) Account Officers. The strategies used include SWOT analysis, an analysis that has strategic planning techniques and methods to determine and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a company. The purpose of this SWOT analysis is to increase the loyalty of ULaMM Account Officer performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance, the effect of giving incentives on employee performance, the effect of workload on job satisfaction, the effect of giving incentives on job satisfaction, the effect of satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of workload on employee performance through job satisfaction, the influence giving incentives to employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. PNM Kabanjahe Branch, using a survey, random sampling with 76 respondents, the results of research workload has a significant effect on performance, incentives have a significant effect on performance, workload has a significant effect on job satisfaction, incentives have a significant effect on satisfaction has a significant effect on workload performance has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Recommendations are expected that the organization always improves and maintains employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, the effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, the effect of Competence on Job Satisfaction, the effect of Competence on Employee Performance at PT PNM Bangka Belitung Branch.The results showed that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance by, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

One form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is to do community service. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of being able to provide benefits and positive impacts for the community, both short term and long term. On this occasion, our group of 7 Perbanas Institute lecturer teams collaborated with students to carry out community service activities at the Mizan Amanah Tebet orphanage, South Jakarta. The activities carried out are providing education, socializing about the benefits and impacts of using the internet for children in learning, as well as preparing health protocols for face-to-face learning. On this occasion we also provided compensation for the students at the Mizan Amanah Orphanage, Tebet Jakarta. We hope that this community service activity will have a positive impact on students in applying the use of the internet and how they can equip themselves to take part in face-to-face learning during this pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the HU-Model used in corruption detection efforts. The increasing number of corruption cases shows that the tools to detect corruption are not yet available. With the mode of corruption that is increasingly developing and complex, the existence of a corruption detection tool is a must. The focus of this research is on the causes of fraud star corruption which shows that the cause is due to abuse of power or the authority being exercised is not by the mandate. The characteristics of corruption in Indonesia are very complex, involving various elements from the government / private sector, State / Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMN / D) as well as public officials from the center to the regions. This article discusses the corruption detection model as one of the contributions to fight corruption in Indonesia. As one of the efforts to make Indonesia free from corruption outbreaks, the HU model consists of the variable lack of integrity (lack of integrity), opportunity (opportunity), pressure (pressure), rationalization (rationalization), and the ability (capability) to provide hope and answers. The HU-Model proves that despite the amount of pressure, the number of opportunities, the ease of justification, and the high position and authority will not encourage acts of corruption if there is still strong integrity. The results show that the indications of corruption are divided into three clusters, namely those with indications of corruption (red), gray (gray), and no indications of corruption (green).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of respondents to the Zoom Meeting application in daily use during the pandemic with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach and to determine the behavior of users of the application related to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention. Respondents in this study were taken by random sampling technique. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the data analysis tool in this study uses Smart PLS 3.0 Software and uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model. The results of this study are the level of acceptance of using the Zoom Meeting application for daily needs is influenced by the ease of accessing the application and the perceived benefits of use. In addition, it was found that there was a significant effect between the PU variables on ATU, PEU on ATU, PU on BI, ATU on BI, and there was an indirect effect between the PU variables on BI through ATU as an intervening variable. However, the ATU variable cannot mediate the relationship between PEU and BI.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business situation, employee performance is something that is increasingly becoming the main concern of organizations. Therefore, this research aims to find a model for improving employee performance through increasing teamwork and organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was carried out in Merak Banten at an agrochemical company by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents representing production, maintenance, warehouse, laboratory, and general departments. This kind of research is known as explanatory research, and it uses hypothesis testing to explain the link between variables. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using SEM statistical methods and PLS analysis with SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis outcome showed that the job satisfaction variable had a direct effect on performance, teamwork had a direct or indirect effect on performance and organizational citizenship behavior had no direct or indirect effect. on performance. This research implies that companies are advised to increase the value of organizational citizenship behavior to increase job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards, punishment, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT. Mentari Mulia Berjangka. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptice analysis method through a survey using questionnaire distribution as the media. The sample of respondents in this study consists of 98 respondents. The research data is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics. There are two types of variables in this study, namely independent variables and dependent variables. Independent variables include rewards, punishment, and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research results indicate that rewards do not have a significant influence on employee performance. Punishment does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: organizational culture, punishment, performance, employee, reward

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan desa yang transparan dan akuntabel menjadi tantangan utama dalam mewujudkan desa yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Banyak desa masih menghadapi persoalan rendahnya kapasitas aparatur dalam memahami sistem keuangan serta lemahnya partisipasi masyarakat dan kelembagaan desa dalam proses pengawasan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan desa melalui pendampingan sistem keuangan yang berbasis partisipatif dan pemanfaatan potensi lokal, guna mendorong terciptanya tata kelola keuangan desa yang lebih baik. Pengabdian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), dengan melibatkan perangkat desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan masyarakat sebagai mitra utama. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, hingga evaluasi dan refleksi bersama. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, terbentuknya tim pengelola keuangan, SOP internal, serta peningkatan peran BPD dan keterbukaan informasi keuangan kepada masyarakat. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa transformasi sistem keuangan desa tidak hanya berdampak teknis, tetapi juga memicu perubahan kelembagaan dan sosial yang lebih luas. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pendampingan yang kontekstual, kolaboratif, dan berbasis potensi lokal mampu mendorong perubahan nyata dalam tata kelola desa. Kontribusi kegiatan ini menjadi model pemberdayaan sistem keuangan desa yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan tantangan serupa.

Abstract

Peneleitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku mencari umpan balik dan budaya pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi keterlibatan kerja pada generasi milenial Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Populasi pada kajian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan kategori usia millenial yang bekerja di Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) sebanyak 642 pegawai menurut laporan kinerja BKN. Perhitungan sampel merujuk pada rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh 246 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode survei, yaitu metode pengumpulan data primer yang diperoleh langsung berupa opini atau pendapat dari responden dengan menjawab semua pertanyaan yang terdapat di dalam kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjjukkan bahwa feedback seeking behavior dan organizational learning culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan kinerja pegawai generasi milenial di Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Kemudian, work engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh feedback seeking behavior dan organizational learning culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi milenial di Badan Kepegawaian Negara.
