Abstract

Warung makan sayur mateng was a form of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that play a vital role in urban community life, including in Bekasi. Their presence not only serves as a provider of affordable meals ready to eat, but also represents an important part of the local social, economic, and cultural dynamics. As an industrial city with high population mobility, Bekasi requires practical solutions for workers, students, and migrants who do not have time to cook. Warung Bude Abimanyu in Mustika Jaya District, address this need by offering a variety of traditional Indonesian dishes while preserving culinary heritage. Economically, these businesses create job opportunities, empower local suppliers, and strengthen the economic circulation of the surrounding community. Challenges MSMEs in the culinary sector are such as limited capital and management capacity, they can be overcome through training support, digital innovation, and community collaboration. Therefore, Warung Bude Abimanyu was not only a solution to the daily food needs of urban society but also serve as a driving force for sustainable people’s economy in Bekasi.

Abstract

The research is using quantitative approach by saturated sampling on empoyees. total population are 76 employees. The data obtained is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results are leadership style affected employee work discipline. motivation affected work discipline. Work discipline not affected employee performance. leadership style have not affected employee performance. motivation effected employee performance. Indirectly, work discipline cannot mediate leadership style on employee performance. discipline cannot mediate motivation on employee performance. So that the results obtained are insignificant results

Abstract

The research using quantitative approach to employees at PT Mitracomm Ekasarana - Pintraco Group, total population as the sample size. The data obtained was analyzed in SmartPLS 3. Compensation have no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation not influencing Employee Performance, Leadership style influencing job satisfaction, leadership style not influencing employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of servant leader leadership style on motivation, culture value on motivation, servant leader leadership style on performance, culture value on performance, motivation on performance, servant leader leadership style to performance through motivation, culture value through to performance through motivation of the head of PNM Magelang Branch. Using quantitative research with population and samples, saturated sampling are PNM employees who serve as heads units at the Magelang Branch, 64 employees. Using SEM, Smart Pls version 4 servant leader have no significant effect on motivation. Culture value have a significant effect on motivation. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance, the impact of compensation on employee performance, the impact of motivation on employee performance, the impact of organizational culture, compensation through motivation on employee performance. PT Arai Rubber Seal Indonesia (ARSI). This research was composed using a quantitative approach. The research population is employees at PT. ARSI using proportional random sampling technique of 112 employees. Testing using SEM Smart PLS 3.0 The results Motivation has a significant impact on performance. Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine how performance expectations, social influences, effort expectations, and facilitating conditions impact user behavior on the GoHalalGo halal travel application in Indonesia. The research used a quantitative survey method, sampling was carried out randomly on 253 GoHalalGo users. This research uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to test the hypothesis. Findings from the SmartPLS analysis show that performance expectations, social influence and effort expectations are highly influential factors on behavioral intention. Facilitating condition has no significant effect on behavioral intention, however facilitating condition has a significant effect on using behavior. Furthermore, these factors have a significant influence on user intentions in using the GoHalalGo application
