Abstract

Along with the development of automotive technology and computer technology, the car which is one form of transportation also receives the impact of these developments. In today's cars, additional features are available that apply a combination of the two technologies above. In connection with the above, consumers who in this case are those who will buy a car and use car facilities more or less will feel the impact of the existence of several types of cars, each of which has different specifications. Environmental factors can influence the choice of a car based on the size of the car and the capacity of passengers and luggage. The most visible impact due to the problems above is the emergence of confusion in making choices when buying a car. Based on these problems, a decision support system for buying a car was built which aims to make it easier and faster for prospective car buyers to determine which one to buy. The method applied in building a decision support system is the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method

Abstract

As a business actor in the field of health food and drink manufacturing, companies really need a warehouse as a means of storing their goods or products. This requires a calculation technique to keep the warehouse estimate running well. Basically, companies have used the Warehouse Management System (WMS) starting from receiving goods, storing them, and sending them. Because business processes are growing more and more incoming and outgoing transactions. This causes the need for a daily cycle count in the warehouse is urgently needed, because it is a benchmark for the accuracy of the stock in the warehouse according to or is well maintained or not. Utilization of the Warehouse Management System in the finish good warehouse in the company has not been able to overcome the need for a daily cycle count process as a need to maintain stock accuracy in the Warehouse. Based on these problems, a Daily Cycle Count information system is needed using a local web that can meet existing needs. The results of this study by making a daily cycle count application are able to help with stock accuracy problems in warehouses in finish good warehouses in the context of daily cycle count needs, as evidenced by the existence of a daily cycle count information system, stock accuracy in finish good warehouses can be maintained properly

Abstract

Karang Taruna RW 06 in Tegal Parang Village faces challenges in carrying out community activities, including organizing events, managing data, and making strategic decisions. Some of the problems faced include limited human resources, limited access to modern technology, and minimal understanding of the benefits and potential of artificial intelligence (AI). To overcome this problem, it is necessary to apply effective AI to increase members' creativity in creating information about promotional activities, such as creating and distributing flyers and brochures. In addition, AI can strengthen internal and external communications and facilitate better collaboration between Karang Taruna members and the community. In this effort, lecturers at Nusa Mandiri University, Faculty of Technology and Information, held training on the application of AI to optimize the performance of Karang Taruna RW 06. This training inspired other Karang Taruna to utilize AI to improve performance and provide a wider positive impact on society. , including making digital brochures and flyers for promotional activities as well as making press releases that will be published electronically.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Karawang merupakan institusi pemerintah daerah yang memiliki mandat strategis dalam pengelolaan sektor penanaman modal serta pemberdayaan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam rangka mendukung akselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan sinergi kemitraan antara UMKM dan pelaku usaha, DPMPTSP menginisiasi pengembangan website POJOK UKM sebagai platform digital penyedia informasi peluang kemitraan. Meskipun telah dilakukan survei kepuasan pengguna secara umum, evaluasi mendalam mengenai aspek kegunaan (usability) dan pengalaman pengguna (user experience) terhadap sistem informasi ini belum pernah dilakukan secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas antarmuka pengguna (User Interface/UI) dan tingkat kegunaan (User Experience/UX) dari website POJOK UKM dengan pendekatan Design Thinking serta menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Pengumpulan data untuk analisis UI dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh partisipan yang terdiri atas pengguna dan staf internal DPMPTSP. Adapun data UX dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner online kepada pengguna aktif website. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuisioner SUS, website POJOK UKM berada pada kategori tingkat kegunaan sedang (moderate usability). Meski demikian, sebagian besar responden menyampaikan tanggapan positif terkait performa sistem dan tampilan antarmuka website. Hasil temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan lanjutan guna meningkatkan efektivitas layanan digital DPMPTSP dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Karawang.
