The population in this study was class VII with a sample of 50 people divided into 25 students in the control class and 25 students in the experimental class. The instruments used were tests and questionnaires. Data collection techniques carried out were tests, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, then proceed with hypothesis testing using the t-test. Based on the analysis of normality test data for all pretest and posttest experimental and control group data, it shows that the significant value of Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk is > 0.05, which means that the data is normally distributed. .05 so that it can be concluded that the data is homogeneous. Then the results of data analysis hypothesis testing using the t-test with a significant value of 0.001. So it can be concluded that the application of ice breaking can overcome student boredom in social studies learning at SMPN 26 Tebo Regency with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Abstract

Many videos containing pornographic content are spread on social media, especially Twitter. Accounts containing immoral content are still active today and are still distributing pornographic photos and videos and there is no accountability received by the creators of these accounts, so the victims' videos are still being spread and becoming public consumption. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach which will provide an explanation of the regulations related to the distribution of pornographic content and the sanctions that can be applied to perpetrators. The results of the research show that the principle of lex specialis derogate lex generalis in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions creates criminal liability that can ensnare perpetrators of pornography crimes more specifically.

Chicken rendang is loved by children and adults alike but is still often found in restaurants in Padang City. As a representative of the Minang Region, the city of Padang is very representative of sampling chicken rendang because each rendang has a different process and taste. This research examined the quality, nutritional value, and taste of chicken rendang sold in Padang City. The method used in this research was a survey method with random sampling (purposive sampling), and then laboratory analysis was carried out. Data processing used a 9x2 randomized block design (nine samples and two groups), with samples being places where chicken rendang was taken from 8 restaurants in the city of Padang and one chicken rendang sold commercially (packing) as a control, while quality test without using controls. The parameters observed were quality (FFA, TBA, and cholesterol levels), nutritional value (moisture content, protein content, fat content, ash content), and sensory analysis (color, aroma, texture, and taste of 30 untrained panelists) of chicken rendang. Sample G had the highest nutritional value but was lower than the sensory analysis. On the other hand, the sample I had the highest sensory assessment and high-fat content. Sample D was the best sample regarding quality, nutritional value, and sensory with FFA 0.800%, TBA 0.021 mg malonaldehyde/kg, cholesterol levels 44.35 mg/dl), nutritional value (moisture content 45.03%, protein content 14.48%, fat content 15.44%, ash content 2.80%), and sensory analysis neutral.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of ASEAN regional legal strategies in combating corporate money laundering through the perspective of international norms harmonization and national regulatory implementation. Using normative juridical methods with descriptive-comparative approach, the study examines anti-money laundering legal frameworks in ASEAN region during 2000-2025 period. Findings indicate that despite significant progress in FATF standards adoption and regional cooperation mechanisms strengthening through MLAT 2004, practical implementation still faces regulatory fragmentation challenges and institutional capacity disparities among member states. Digital transformation has created new complexities in corporate money laundering modus operandi, particularly through financial technology and cryptocurrency requiring AML regional framework adaptation. Regulatory arbitrage and forum shopping become major challenges exploited by multinational corporations to avoid detection. The research recommends developing artificial intelligence-based integrated monitoring systems, harmonizing cross-border enforcement procedures, and strengthening capacity building through continuous standardization programs to enhance corporate money laundering eradication effectiveness in ASEAN region.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive legal analysis of the regulatory framework governing cash waqf-based real estate development projects in Indonesia. It critically examines the integration of Sharia principles with contemporary Indonesian business law, focusing on the legal challenges and opportunities that arise from this intersection. The research employs a normative legal approach, analyzing statutory provisions, recent jurisprudence from 2022-2024, and relevant fatwas from the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI). Key findings reveal significant regulatory gaps, including overlapping institutional authorities, weak enforcement mechanisms, and a lack of harmonization between Law No. 4 of 2004 on Waqf and Law No. 2 of 2008 on Islamic Banking. The study further explores the role of innovative financial instruments, such as Cash Waqf-Linked Sukuk (CWLS), and the impact of recent OJK regulations on the participation of Islamic banks in waqf-based projects. By offering a detailed analysis of these legal dynamics, the research proposes a multi-faceted strategy to enhance legal certainty, strengthen governance, and unlock the full potential of cash waqf for sustainable and inclusive real estate development in Indonesia. The paper concludes with actionable recommendations for policymakers, regulators, and practitioners to foster a more robust and Sharia-compliant ecosystem for waqf financing.
