Abstract

The increasingly competitive business environment required companies to make objective decisions, particularly in determining the feasibility of outlet contract extensions. PT Nitro Pratama Indonesia previously conducted this process manually, which often led to inconsistent decisions. This study aimed to develop a web-based decision support system to evaluate outlet cooperation systematically. A combination of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was applied. Fuzzy AHP was used to determine the weight of criteria under uncertain conditions, while TOPSIS was used to rank alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The study involved 50 active outlets located in Surabaya and Solo branches. The final criteria weights obtained were Outlet Revenue (0.33), Rental Cost (0.26), Outlet Location (0.16), Accessibility (0.11), Competitiveness (0.08), and Operational Cost (0.06). The ranking process generated objective recommendations that were consistent with manual calculations. Functional testing using Black Box Testing indicated that all system features operated properly. The system proved effective and relevant in supporting accurate and efficient decision-making for outlet contract extensions.

Abstract

CV.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) approach using the AHP–TOPSIS method to assist PT. XYZ in selecting the most suitable intern candidate for the Social Media Specialist position. The increasing number of applicants each year makes the selection process more complex, requiring a systematic and data-driven decision support system. AHP was used to determine the priority weights of five main criteria—Interview, Experience, Portfolio, Skill, and Achievement—along with their subcriteria. All pairwise comparison matrices met the consistency requirements, indicating valid weights. The TOPSIS method was then applied to calculate the preference scores of ten candidate alternatives based on the weighted normalized decision matrix, ideal solutions, and distance measures. The results show that candidate A3 achieved the highest preference score (0.9422), followed by A7 and A8, making them the top recommended candidates. This study demonstrates that integrating AHP and TOPSIS effectively supports companies in conducting objective, efficient, and accurate recruitment decision-making processes.

Abstract

drg. Irna Dental Clinic is a healthcare facility that still uses a semi-manual system for patient registration and medical recordkeeping, leading to various issues such as service delays, recording errors, and difficulties in managing patient data. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that integrates administrative processes, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, medical record management, and online consultation features. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, employing modern web technologies for the frontend, user interface design, and database management. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method with 48 test cases, all of which were successfully executed as expected. This indicates that all the core features of the system function properly and consistently. The results show that the system can improve the clinic’s operational efficiency, simplify access to information, and support more organized and modern patient services. By transitioning from a semi-manual system to a fully digital one, the clinic can provide faster, more accurate, and easily accessible services, significantly enhancing the overall patient experience and helping the clinic keep up with technological advancements in healthcare service delivery. Additionally, the feedback from the clinic's staff (doctors and admins) confirmed that the system meets the operational goals and provides a more efficient solution compared to the previous manual processes.

Abstract

Seafood based culinary businesses face significant challenges in inventory management due to fluctuating and unpredictable customer demand. Inaccurate forecasting can lead to either excess stock, resulting in waste and increased storage costs, or stock shortages, which disrupt production and reduce customer satisfaction. Among the various raw materials used, crab is the most critical, accounting for 80.6% of total raw material demand, making it essential to forecast its demand accurately to maintain operational efficiency and avoid disruptions. This study addresses the inventory problem by applying two time series forecasting methods SARIMA and Prophet to predict weekly crab demand. The performance of both models was evaluated using RMSE and MAE to assess the accuracy and reliability of their predictions over time. The SARIMA model with parameters (2,1,10)(0,1,2)[12] achieved the best forecasting performance, with an RMSE of 1.32752 and MAE of 1.24207, clearly outperforming the Prophet model, which recorded an RMSE of 1.4623 and MAE of 1.3506. These results demonstrate that SARIMA is more effective in capturing seasonal patterns and demand trends in crab usage data. In conclusion, the SARIMA model offers more precise and reliable forecasts, making it a more suitable tool for supporting raw material inventory decision-making in seafood culinary businesses, particularly when dealing with high-demand ingredients such as crab.

Abstract

Technology is crucial for enhancing competitiveness and service quality for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. However, many MSMEs, including CV. Tecomp’99, a computer sales and repair company, still rely on manual processes, resulting in inefficiencies and reduced customer satisfaction. This study designs and implements an integrated web-based sales and service information system for CV. Tecomp’99 using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) methodology, a lightweight adaptation of Extreme Programming for individual developers. PXP was applied iteratively through requirement gathering, planning, implementation, testing, refactoring, and retrospectives. The system was developed using Laravel, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL, and validated through 67 test scenarios. Development was completed in four iterations, with 19 user stories implemented and a total of 71 story points completed in 63 working days, demonstrating stable velocity and reliable estimation. The resulting system integrates product sales, service order management, payment processing, reporting, live chat, and service tracking, improving workflow efficiency by 20% and reducing order processing time by 30%. These improvements are backed by measurable outcomes from testing and user feedback. Findings indicate that PXP is an effective framework for small-scale projects in MSMEs, supporting iterative development under resource constraints. Future work should include integrating AI-driven analytics for decision-making, enhancing mobile platform access, and developing customer feedback loops for continuous system improvement.

Abstract

The development of AI presents significant opportunities for ERP systems. While the opportunities presented by AI development are significant, organizations need to validate their implementation before implementing AI into their ERP systems. This study aims to determine how AI in ERP can improve business performance, the challenges and solutions in AI implementation, and the impact of AI implementation in ERP through a systematic literature review. The results demonstrate time, cost, and resource efficiencies through AI implementation in ERP. However, AI implementation presents challenges such as the quality and quantity of data required, architectural complexity, organizational readiness, and the model chosen for ERP implementation.
