Abstract

The utilization of information technology and the internet today has assisted the field of education, especially for maximizing learning method. One of the online learning method that are being developed and popular to use is Google Classroom. It is developed by Google to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students. This paper presents community service activity in the utilization of Google Classroom in SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. A training and practice are given to all teachers for approximately two hours, where they could learn four primary features in Google Classroom. This community service was expected to support teachers in utilizing and implementing Google Classroom for their teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Within a year, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" East Java could hold dozens of conferences at the national or international level. A conference is a business event that prioritizes both internal communication and external communication. Several complaints regarding the preparation and execution of conferences and events are limited publications and promotion of events on campus for potential participants, the possibility of an insufficient number of participants when the event held, the lack of interaction between organizers and potential participants, and lack of coordination between the committee and campus facility providers. This research offers an implementation of the Campus Event Management Information System (SEMARAK) using the prototyping method as a solution. This research methodology starts with capture, convert, coordinate, deliver, and reporting. The first stage of system development builds the ability to publish campus events, schedule campus activity dates, and organize campus facility management. The system is expected to reduce the obstacles that occur during the preparation and execution of events on campus.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan merupakan kegiatan wajib yang dilakukan oleh institusi pendidikan, terutama dalam pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS). Proses keuangan sekolah pada Madrasah Aliyah NU Sidoarjo belum terkelola dengan baik. Pencatatan dana pendapatan dan pengeluaran menggunakan buku besar, Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel dirasa belum sempurna sehingga mempersulit pelaksanaan aktifitas - aktifitas administrasi yang ada. Karena permasalahan itu, dibuat sistem keuangan sekolah berbasis dekstop untuk membantu proses pengelolaan data keuangan pada sekolah tersebut, mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan data keuangan, dan meningkatkan keamanan data keuangan. Sistem dibangun dengan metode prototype, menggunakan database Oracle 10G dan Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.NET. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box, diperoleh tingkat kesuksesan sebesar 99%. Dengan adanya sistem keungan sekolah ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas.

Abstract

Slingshots are also a type of traditional weapon used by ancient people to protect themselves from danger and to hunt small birds. Not only that, slingshot is also a toy of Indonesian children in ancient times. But in this modern era, catapults are rarely played by children and are used by farmers to drive out rice field pests. To be able to preserve the slingshot's traditional weapons, a media update is needed. Even though we don't use and play the slingshot, we can find out how to use it through a medium. Today through digital forms of media such as smartphones can help us so that slingshots can be reused, namely through the form of games on smartphones. This study uses the Research and Development method with addie models (Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluations) that are appropriate and efficient with the stages in making games. The results obtained are games that are made to be applied to various age groups, especially children. The community responded positively because the games made were positive and could re-introduce traditional games that were developed into more modern games and as a medium of entertainment for the community. So that people will get to know traditional slingshot weapons.

Abstract

Use case driven object is a method for controlling object-oriented modeling based on functions or operations in the system (use case). Sistem Informasi Tebang Angkut Tebu (SITAT) is an operational information system for cutting and transporting sugarcane in a sugar factory. The system was made to improve the method of managing sugarcane plantations, analysis of sugarcane ripening, the process of cutting sugarcane, and the weighing process. Referring to the use case driven object method, this object-based system modeling discussion on SITAT will focus on the stages of designing use case diagrams, use case descriptions, robustness diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The implementation of use case driven method is expected to reduce bad factors, optimize existing resources, improve services to farmers, sugarcane owners or other stakeholders, which will lead to increase efficiency and effectiveness in all processes related to sugarcane transport management.

Abstract

Kemajuan di media pembelajaran ketika ini ditentukan oleh pesatnya penemuan pembelajaran secara online. Pembelajaran yang berperan dalam ranah pembelajaran merupakan suatu pembelajaran dengan berbasis internet. Pembelajaran berbasis internet sebagai penghubung antara dosen dan mahasiswa menggunakan jaringan website bisa diakses kapan saja dan serta praktis digunakan. Aplikasi dipergunakan lebih menekankan menggunkan aplikasi quizizz. Alasannya dikarenakan saat pembelajaran berbasis web serta aplikasi quizizz di luar tatap muka langsung menjadi upaya membantu mahasiswa, lebih spesifik Study From Home selama pandemi serta membuat kecukupan pembelajaran berbasis web yang menarik serta inovatif. Teknik yang dipergunakan pada pengumpulan informasi adalah melalui survei penyebaran angket secara online, antara dosen serta mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani pada matakuliah permainan olahraga tradisional. Pembelajaran online dengan quizizz menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis web yang dilakukan secara online dapat membuat mahasiswa menjadi bersemangat saat mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

SDI Taman An-Nahl Sidoarjo is an educational institution that plays an active role in developing the potential of students. However, in this digitalization era, there are limitations in accelerating performance in managing student data so that it has the impact of not having a database for students, not having a database of student scores, and not reporting student activities to parents. This situation is due to the fact that an integrated management information system (MIS) has not been implemented. The focus of this research is to develop a web-based Student Management Information System that can help teachers manage student learning outcomes data and help parents monitor the progress of their children's learning outcomes. The development of this system has a scope consisting of valid student data and student identification numbers, monitoring of student activities, and reporting of student activities to parents. The system test results show that the system can run well, although there are minor errors. The implementation of the Student Management Information System has been successfully carried out, so that users can access the system in real time through the website.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Buku  yang sudah ISBN dan dikembangkan lagi  menjadi buku berbentuk  aplikasi Flipbook PDF Profesional yang layak dan baik. Buku tersebut berbentuk buku ebook yakni buku berbentuk digital, agar dapat meningkatkan kognitif mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani pada matakuliah motorik. Pada penilitian ini dilkukan di kampus IKIP Budi Utomo Malang dengan populasi berjumlah 300 orang dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 200 orang. Metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas  dengan menggunakan 2 siklus dan nantinya nilai pada siklus pertama dibandingkan dengan nilai siklus yang kedua untuk mengetahui peningkatan nilai tersebut karena setelah diperoleh pada siklus 2 nilai meningkat maka tidak perluh dilanjutkan ke siklus ke 3 karena nilai sudah diatas nilai KKM yang digunakan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi akibat dari situasi pandemik dan pasca sesudah pandemik yang perluh menggunakan beberapa alternatif trobosan di dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran. Jadi pembelajaran biasa dilakukan dengan cara ofline dan khususnya online dan minat baca mahasiswa dapat tercapai serta kualitas dan proses pembelajaran akan berjalan dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pada pelatihan agar Mahasiswa pada jurusan pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang bisa melakukan pembelajaran secara online saat melakukan praktek pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah yang ditujuh dan dapat mengajari guru-guru didaerah masing-masing. Dan pada saat beberapa tahunkemarin semua institusi diwajibkan melakukan pembelajaran daring akibat terjadinya virus covid 19. Sehingga guru-guru didaerah luar jawa. Khususnya didaerah terpencil dapat melakukan pembelajaran dengan mudah dan praktis. Tanpa bertemu secara dekat dan langsung. Dan pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Google Classroom ini biayanya murah karena aplikasinya gratis dan siswa didaerah dapat mudah melkukan proses belajar mengajar. Pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Google Classroom ini merupakan solusi dari permasalah saat waktu pandemik kemarin.

Abstract

The decline in Covid-19 pandemic cases over the past few months before 2023 not only reduced Indonesia's challenges in dealing with other types of diseases. Surabaya city itself has health issues that need to be addressed, as indicated by an increase in several diseases in 2022. One attempt to handle disease cases is to predict the future case numbers to anticipate actions early on. By using data on the number of cases of Respiratory System Diseases during the year 2022, this data will be used to predict the number of cases in the coming months in 2023 by creating a variation of a univariate ARIMA forecasting model. Therefore, the research results show forecasted data that tend to increase when viewed from the analysis and the plotted graph of the forecast results.
