Abstract

The development of digital technology today has a significant impact on the world of education. The use of technology facilitates the learning process and creates a learning atmosphere that is not monotonous. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of need for learning video media, 2) to design learning video media, 3) to determine the validation of learning video media, 4) to determine the practicality of learning video media, 5) to determine the level of effectiveness of learning video media. This research was developed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which was implemented at SD Center Malakaji Kab. Gowa. The research subjects consisted of 30 students, 1 teacher, and 2 validators who are experts in the field of material and media. Data were collected through needs assessment questionnaires, material validation, media validation, small group trials, large group trials, and teacher responses. The results of this study are: 1) the results obtained from the level of student needs show the qualification is quite needed. 2) in planning learning video media, Powtoon application is used. The results of this development are in the form of animated videos, which consist of four parts, namely introduction, presentation of material, practice questions, and conclusions. 3) validation from material experts and media experts showed very good results. 4) to test the feasibility level of the product, small group trials, large group trials and teacher responses were conducted. From the three trials, very good qualification results were obtained. 5) the results of the learning outcomes test (pre-test) showed a fairly good level of effectiveness, while the results of the learning outcomes test (post-test) showed a very good level of effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the products developed by researchers have a high level of validity, are practical in use, and effective in improving science learning.

Abstract

Modul pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL) yang dilengkapi fitur multimedia seperti gambar, video pembelajaran, dan kuis interaktif sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kebutuhan terhadap modul tersebut; (2) merancang modul yang sesuai; dan (3) mengevaluasi kepraktisan serta validitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model AIDDE menurut Sugiyono (2017), melalui tahapan analisis, perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, didukung oleh analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik deskriptif berdasarkan data angket. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua guru dan dua puluh enam peserta didik Fase B di UPT SPF SD Inpres Kampus IKIP. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan dua validator ahli, yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan peserta didik sangat membutuhkan modul berbasis PjBL. Modul dikembangkan dalam dua bentuk, yaitu versi cetak dan flip book, yang dilengkapi gambar, video, dan kuis interaktif Wordwall. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan kategori “sangat valid”, dan uji kepraktisan menunjukkan kategori “sangat praktis”. Dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 75%, modul ini dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Modul, Profil Peljar Pancasila, Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek

Abstract

Improving the quality of educational services in the digital era presents a significant challenge, especially for schools grounded in Islamic values such as Sekolah Islam Al-Izhar Cendekia Makassar. School principals are expected to adopt leadership styles that promote innovation, teacher professionalism, and the effectiveness of educational staff performance. This study aims to examine: (1) the influence of the principal’s transformational leadership on teacher competence; (2) the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of educational staff; and (3) the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership on both teacher competence and staff performance. This research is a quantitative study with an associative approach, conducted at Sekolah Islam Al-Izhar Cendekia Makassar. The population consisted of all teachers and educational staff, totaling 50 people, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS 27. The results show that the school principal's transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher competence (49%), on staff performance (50.2%), and simultaneously contributes to improving the quality of educational services. In conclusion, transformational leadership is effective in creating a professional and conducive work environment in Islamic schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media flast card terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa fase A SD Negeri 1 Lamappoloware Soppeng. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design yang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan treatment (perlakuan) terhadap kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang digunakan sebagai pembandingnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa kemampuan literasi membaca siswa sebelum menggunakan media flash card masih rendah. Kurangnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada proses pembelajaran mengakibatkan rendahnya kemampuan literasi membaca siswa. Penggunaan media flash card dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung sangat efektif. Setelah diberi perlakuan menggunakan media flash card, kemampuan literasi membaca siswa pada kelas eksperimen meningkat dibanding dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan media flash card dalam proses pembelajaran. Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media flash card terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa fase A SD Negeri 1 Lamappoloware Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Fase A, Flast Card, Kemampuan Literasi.
