Abstract

Intervensi teknologi secara masif dalam dunia pembelajaran merupakan ciri utama era Education 5.0. Tingginya keterlibatan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, yang tidak diimbangi dengan keterampilan teknologi yang memadai, serta beban kerja guru sekolah dasar yang tinggi, memicu peningkatan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan dan adopsi platform berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan modul interaktif berbasis kecerdasan buatan dan kelas daring dalam menurunkan tingkat stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner stres kerja berbentuk skala Likert. Data ordinal yang diperoleh dikonversi menjadi data interval menggunakan Model Rasch, dan dianalisis melalui pemetaan person serta perhitungan N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai efektivitas sebesar 0,95 yang mengindikasikan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi dalam menurunkan stres kerja guru. Analisis Peta Person menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja paling banyak dipengaruhi oleh tugas tambahan di luar kelas. Guru perempuan berusia 45–50 tahun tercatat sebagai kelompok dengan tingkat stres kerja tertinggi. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya dukungan teknologi yang adaptif dan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam upaya mengelola stres kerja guru di era digital.

Abstract

Keterampilan problem-solving dan analisis siswa merupakan dua komponen keterampilan Abad-21 yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Dalam konteks pembelajaran kimia, interpretasi kemampuan problem-solving membuat siswa menjadi lebih efektif dalam menganalisis data kimia, membuat prediksi yang akurat, dan menemukan solusi yang tepat menyelesaikan tes pada Pacu Kimia 2023. Dengan menggunakan mix-method kuantitatif representasi data menggunakan aplikasi Winstep dengan pemodelan Rasch dan analisis kualitatif deskriptif, diperoleh interpretasi kemampuan problem-solving dan analisis kimia siswa SMA di Sulawesi Utara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa siswa peserta tes dari SMA Manado Independent School memiliki tingkat keterampilan yang ekstem tinggi dibading siswa dari SMA lainnya. Studi ini menemukan bahwa, faktor fasilitas sekolah, adopsi kurikulum, inovasi model pembelajaran, media pembelajaran inovatif dan kreatif, faktor internal dan eksternal siswa, menjadi faktor penentu tingkat keterampilan problem-solving dan analisis kimia siswa SMA di Sulawesi Utara. Oleh karena itu, studi mendalam terhadap signifikansi faktor-faktor penentu temuan hasil studi perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui landskap pendidikan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The "Tuna Fish Ball Making" training aims to foster entrepreneurial spirit among students. Through this training, students not only gain technical knowledge in producing tuna fish balls but also acquire practical skills that can be applied to independent ventures. Tuna is chosen as the main ingredient because it is rich in nutrients and has significant market potential. This training covers the entire production process, from selecting raw materials and processing techniques to product packaging. Additionally, it includes material on marketing strategies, business management, and market analysis to strengthen students' understanding of the business world. This training is expected to enhance student's skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship and motivate them to create new business opportunities. Consequently, it is hoped that young, creative, and innovative entrepreneurs will emerge, contributing to reducing unemployment and boosting the economy. The results of this training show a significant increase in students' interest and readiness to enter the entrepreneurial world, as well as a better understanding of the importance of innovation and sustainability in business. Overall, this training has a positive impact on shaping the entrepreneurial mentality among students, making them more prepared to face future challenges.

Abstract

This quantitative research focuses on defining the profile of students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) using Two-Tier Multiple Choice Test (TTMCT) instrument. The research carried out in SMAN 2 Toraja Utara, Indonesia. From the entire 11th grade science, 109 students were chosen as participant by purposive sampling. TTMCT consisting of 15 questions about acid base concepts with the cognitive domains of analyzing (C4 and evaluating (C5) was used. Before its implementation, the test underwent a rigorous validation and reliability process. The validation provided confidence in the instrument's ability to effectively measure the intended variables and The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of this instrument is 0.71. This study presents two comprehensive results: firstly, students’ HOTS profile is dominated in good category with an average score of 63.83, and secondly, the comparison of cognitive level: analyzing (C4) with the mean percentage is 71.32% then evaluating (C5) cognitive level with the mean percentage is 60.80%.

Abstract

Ilmu kimia menjadi salah satu ilmu yang dianggap sulit oleh siswa sekolah menengah atas. Masih terdapat banyak siswa yang tidak mampu memahami konsep kimia dengan baik, hanya saja permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa tersebut tidak sepenuhnya diketahui oleh tenaga pendidik. Sehingga tujuannya yakni untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan kesulitan belajar serta faktor-faktor kesulitan belajar kimia yang dialami siswa SMA. Jenis yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi dan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara studi dokumen, observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Faktor internal penyebab kesulitan belajar meliputi pemahaman terhadap materi kimia, kemampuan matematika rendah, dan kurangnya motivasi belajar kimia. Faktor eksternal penyebab kesulitan belajar meliputi metode mengajar yang diterapkan guru, pengaruh negatif teman sebaya, keadaan dan waktu pembelajaran yang kurang kondusif.

Abstract

This research is a preliminary study of the development of blog-based reaction rate e-module media to increase student learning motivation and communication which was carried out by R&D. This study is a mixed-method of descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data was collected through library research and questionnaires which were processed using the Rasch Model. The results of data collection were then processed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe and explain the need for blog-based e-module development on the subject of reaction rates and the advantages and disadvantages of blog media. The literature study was carried out by reviewing journals relevant to the research (library research) and questionnaire data collection was carried out online using the Google form. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis for the development of blog-based reaction rate e-modules to increase student learning motivation and communication using the Rasch Model, the results obtained from reviewing journals and distributing questionnaires can be concluded that blogger media is classified as effective for use as an alternative learning media for students because it is easy to use, inexpensive and interactive. The use of blog media is able to increase student learning motivation because of the in-depth presentation of material. The advantage of using blog media compared to print media is the sub-microscopic presentation. The blog-based module is able to describe abstract sub-microscopic materials on reaction rates in detail and is not boring because it is animated. Along with the development of learning motivation, students’ mathematical communication and communication in the learning process will increase.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan, termasuk dalam proses presensi dan pelaporan kinerja guru. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi DIGURU (Digitialisasi Presesnsi dan Kinerja Guru), yaitu aplikasi Android untuk Presensi guru berbasis geolocation dan swafoto (selfie), serta pelaporan aktivitas mengajar secara digital. Program ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Manado melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan intensif kepada para guru. Dalam kegiatan ini, guru dilatih untuk melakukan presensi dengan validasi lokasi dan foto sebagai bukti kehadiran, serta mengunggah laporan kegiatan mengajar lengkap dengan dokumentasi foto kelas secara real-time. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, antusiasme, dan keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan teknologi digital. Aplikasi ini juga membantu pihak sekolah dalam memperoleh data kehadiran dan pelaporan kinerja guru yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan transparan. Implementasi DIGURU diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju transformasi digital dalam manajemen sekolah, serta meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas administrasi pendidikan.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0 are driving the transformation of science education towards the development of 21st-century competencies, including socioscientific skills. However, the abstraction of concepts and limitations in representing complex phenomena pose challenges in chemistry learning. Immersive technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offer solutions through the creation of interactive and personalized learning environments. This study aims to: (1) implement AR and AI-based Smart Digital Laboratory (Smart-DIL) media on environmental pollution material; (2) analyse its impact on student engagement and enthusiasm for learning; and (3) explore the development of environmental awareness and socioscientific skills through an eco-enzyme project. This qualitative research with an instrumental case study design involved 22 students from class XI IPA SMA Kristen Sonder who were selected purposively. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data was analysed interactively following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The implementation of Smart-DIL created a dynamic and immersive learning environment. A significant increase in engagement and enthusiasm for learning was observed, as demonstrated by intensive interaction with AR objects and critical discussions. This application also acts as a catalyst in fostering environmental awareness and socio-scientific skills, which are manifested in the full engagement of students during the practice of making eco-enzymes. The AR and AI-based Smart Digital Laboratory is effective in transforming chemistry learning into contextual and competency-based learning. The integration of this technology in the Merdeka Curriculum not only increases learning engagement but also fosters students' socio-scientific skills and digital literacy.
