This reaserch is a classroom action reaserch that aims to determine the effectiveness of the RME model and the result of the RME evaluation in learning mathematics in fraction material in grade 3 students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 253 Panggungsari Bandung.Realistic mathematics learning begins with the real worlds, in order to facilitate students in learning mathematics, then students with the help of the teachers are given the opportunity to discover their own mathematical concepts. Existing procedures in applying the RME model are the preparation, opening, learning precess dan final stages. Evaluation of the RME model is seen from the activities of students based on aspects of verval activities and seeing students who are active and enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, do not interfere with friends when studying, dare to come to the front of the class and do assignment calmly and without haste.The result showed thet the application of the RME learning model to simple fractions material could increase student learning activities and outcomes. This can be seen from the pretest results of student who achieve mastery learning by 39.28% and an increase in postest result to 78.57%Keywords: Model, Realistic Mathematics Education (RME), Mathematical Fractions.Â

The main problem of this study is the lack of ability to formulate a conjecture of mathematics students in grade 5 elementary schools, lack of ability to test the conjecture of mathematics students in grade 5 elementary school and a low attitude of self-confidence of students Primary 5. This study uses quantitative and qualitative approach and methods of quasi and descriptive. The study population was the fifth-grade elementary school students in District Ciparay Bandung regency. The sample consisted of 66 students divided into 33 classes of students in the various groups of experiment V-A and 33 students in the class V-B as the control group. The instrument used comprising written tests on multiplication and division of fractions, and ratio and scale, attitude scale questionnaire of self-confidence, observation, and interviews. Quantitative analysis was performed on average pretest and posttest ability to compose and mathematical conjecture test using the t-test and Mann Whitney. Qualitative analysis was also conducted on the attitude scale questionnaire score self-confidence confirmed by observation and interview. The results pointed to an that mathematics learning by using discovery learning can improve students' mathematical formulate the conjecture. Learning mathematics using discovery learning can also improve students' mathematical test conjecture. The self-confidence of students in the experimental class was obtained using discovery learning math learning is good.

This study aims to determine the development of mathematical Metaphorical Thinking capabilities of Bantaran Citarum Elementary School students through a Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach better than those using ordinary learning. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method carried out in one of the elementary schools in Dayeuh Kolot Subdistrict, Bandung Regency. Data collection uses the results of pretest and posttest mathematical Metaphorical Thinking abilities. To get the research data, the instrument was used in the form of a mathematical Metaphorical Thinking ability test. Data analysis is done quantitatively, quantitative analysis is carried out on the ability of Metaphorical Thinking. In calculating data processing using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 23. The results showed that the development of mathematical Metaphorical Thinking capabilities which learning using the RME approach was better than those using ordinary learning. In this study the problem arises because of several things as follows: 1). The limited ability of prospective elementary school students to make scientific papers; 2). The limitation of lecturers in processing learning subjects is the technique of writing scientific papers as teaching material. These limitations are feared to cause stagnation in the ability of prospective primary school teachers to make scientific papers. Mentoring is a way to overcome problems that can be caused by reduced availability, support, and guidance of lecturers as adults in the lives of many students. The results of this study are that there is an increase in the ability of prospective elementary school students to make scientific papers with structured mentoring. By implementing structured mentoring in the Scientific Writing Technique course, prospective elementary school teacher students are guided to make scientific papers in a structured manner. The quality of scientific papers made by students of prospective elementary school teachers using structured assistance is quite good. This is because students are structured guided to write scientific papers ranging from finding problems to finding solutions and putting them in scientific papers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengembangan Self confidence matematik Siswa SD Bantaran Citarum melalui pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) lebih baik daripada yang menggunakan pembelajaran biasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen yang dilaksanakan di salah satu SD di Kecamatan Dayeuh Kolot, Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes Self confidence matematik. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif, analisis kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap Self confidence. Dalam perhitungan pengolahan data menggunakan program microsoft excel dan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Self confidence matematik yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pendekatan RME lebih baik daripada yang menggunakan pembelajaran biasa. The background of this research is the low understanding ability of elementary students, especially in mathematics. This is accompanied by a lack of interactive mathematics learning media that can facilitate children in learning mathematics in a fun and meaningful way. For this reason, it is very important to improve the understanding ability of elementary school students by creating and implementing interactive mathematics learning media. Media made from simple but meaningful materials to make students more familiar with the mathematics material being taught. We can also apply this in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The long-term objective of this research program is to develop innovative learning through the preparation of Cardboard Snakes and Ladders learning media for mathematics learning in grade 5 elementary schools. Specifically, the specific targets to be achieved are as follows: (1).Improve the ability of 5th grade students to understand mathematics through the application of Carded Ladder Snake Media. (2). Compilation of Cardboard Snake and Ladder Learning Media for Mathematics learning. (3) Compilation of Teaching Materials based on Carded Ladder Snake Media. The research method is descriptive qualitative method. Learning was carried out online during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research instrument used wasWritten test with indicators of mathematics comprehension ability and teacher and student observation sheets.

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Secara umum, tujuan jangka panjang program penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berfiikir kritis siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Secara khusus, target khusus yang ingin dicapai sebagai berikut: : (1). Memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa SD; (2). Memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bisa menginspirasi siswa dan guru-guru SD; (3). Memberikan cara-cara belajar menyenangkan dan bermakna melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Metode yang akan dipakai adalah Kuasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di 2 Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yaitu SDN Ciburuy 1 dan SDN Ciburuy 2.

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun rancangan pembelajaran berbasis portofolio dan mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran di kelas masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah: (1) sosialisasi; (2) observasi awal (berupa wawancara terbuka); (3) Pelaksanaan; (4) memeriksa RPP yang disusun dan simulasi dengan modelling oleh narasumber; (5) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan RPP yang disarankan (2 pertemuan); (6) tagihan berupa dokumen dari siswa; dan (7) evaluasi akhir. Hasil pengabdian ini ditemukan bahwa rancangan pembelajaran berbasis portofolio yang dilatihkan kepada guru-guru SDN 230 Margahayu Raya bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan kegiatan Belajar dari Rumah (BDR). Hal ini dubuktikan dengan rerata hasil simulasi pembelajaran ketika pendampingan lebih dari 80% dan rerata hasil implementasi di lapangan diperoleh persentase lebih dari 65% meningkat. Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam penerapan rancangan pembelajaran ini yaitu kerja sama orang tua dalam mendampingi ssiwa belajar dari rumah. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru, belajar dari rumah, pembelajaran berbasis portofolio, guru SDÂ

Secara umum, tujuan jangka panjang program pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan suatu proses pengabdian yang inovatif melalui pendampingan bagi guru-guru SDLB dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah di SLB Rafaha melalui pendampingan terstruktur. Secara khusus, target khusus yang ingin dicapai sebagai berikut: (1). Meningkatkan pemahaman dan penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah seperti PTK dan Artikel ilmiah. (2). Meningkatkan minat dan motivasi dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah guru SDLB untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut sebagai berikut: (a). perizinan terhadap Dinas setempat terkait pengabdian terhadap guru-guru SD; (b). Memberikan gambaran umum mengenai kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan; (c). Melakukan refleksi dan diskusi mengenai berbagai kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan; (d). Melakukan kolaborasi dengan ahli dalam menyusun karya tulis ilmiah seperti reviewer jurnal ilmiah, (e). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ; (f). Evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan, (f) Penarikan kesimpulan pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan (g) Publikasi luaran pengabdian.

This research is motivated by the lack of mathematical communication skills of PGSD IKIP Siliwangi students. The purpose of this study is to improve the mathematical communication skills of PGSD IKIP Siliwangi students through the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach with the help of teaching aids. The specific target to be achieved in this research is the formation of teaching materials that are appropriate, practical, efficient, and effective, and can also develop the productivity of PGSD IKIP Siliwangi students. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study was PGSD IKIP Siliwangi students, while the sample consisted of 70 students who were divided into 35 students in class A1 of 2017 as an experimental group and 35 students in class A2 in 2017 as a control group. The instrument used consisted of written tests regarding mathematical communication skills and the practice of making teaching aids, observations and interviews. The results showed that there was an increase in mathematical communication skills of PGSD students using the RME approach better than those using ordinary learning.
