Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang menganut sistem demokrasi yaitu rakyat sebagai pemegang kekuasaan, pembuat dan penentu keputusan dan kebijakan tertinggi dalam penyelenggaraannya yang diwakilkan melalui Lembaga perwakilan. Indonesia dalam perjalanan berdemokrasi mengalami beberapa periode, hingga saat ini menjalani periode reformasi. Kemajuan masyarakat Indonesia merupakan faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi lahirnya partai-partai politik dan yang mendorong terbentuknya sistem multipartai di Indonesia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui proses perjalanan demokrasi di Indonesia serta problematikanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis beberapa artikel dan buku yang relevan. Negara yang berdemokrasi, tentunya membenarkan keberadaan partai politik sebagai pilar dari sebuah demokrasi atau dalam pelaksanaan kedaulatan rakyat. Demokrasi dilaksanakan melalui pemilihan umum dalam rangka menduduki kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman dalam pentingnya mengetahui proses perjalanan demokrasi di Indonesia dan problematikanya.

Abstract

The development of a religious spirit in children is an early development even before childhood and they receive religious education. This research aims to find out how the religious spirit develops in children aged 2-4 years. This research is a type of research that uses qualitative methods and involves library study methods. Data collection techniques used interview methods and literature research. This research discusses the religious spirit or development of the religious spirit in children aged 2-4 years. The results of this research show that the children interviewed who were 4 years old had good development of their religious spirit and already knew a lot about religion from simple things.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of the 2013 curriculum change to the independent curriculum on learning in class V A at SDN 101765 Bandar Setia. This research is a type of research that uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique uses the interview method. This research discusses the influence of curriculum changes on the learning process, both for teachers and students. This article also discusses the challenges for teachers in teaching during the 2013 curriculum change to the independent curriculum and discusses what curriculum is more effective to use in learning. Abstract

The optimal performance of PMR members is very dependent on the quality of leadership in the organization. Effective leadership can increase members' motivation, discipline and skills in carrying out tasks and achieving organizational goals. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the role of leadership in improving the performance of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members in the school environment. The research method uses a qualitative approach and involves literature study, data collection techniques use literature research which involves explanations of books and articles that are relevant to the object of study which includes the role of leadership in improving the performance of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members in the school environment. From this research, the author found three results: first, the role of leadership in PMR, second, ways to improve the performance of PMR members in schools, and third, challenges in PMR leadership in schools.
