Abstract

Salah satu cara universitas untuk dapat bertahan dan bersaing adalah dengan memperhatikan citra universitas yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan citra universitas diyakini berperan dalam kemunculan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian, citra berhubungan dengan kinerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi karyawan. Ketiga aspek tersebut berkontribusi pada munculnya OCB pada karyawan. Citra juga dapat berhubungan langsung dengan OCB dalam bentuk sikap kerja karyawan yang positif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana peranan citra universitas dalam meningkatkan OCB karyawan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan  90 orang subjek karyawan UKRIDA. Adapun teknik penghitungan yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson product moment. Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara citra universitas dengan OCB, rxy (90) = 0.589, p = 0.000 <.05. Selain itu, seluruh dimensi pada variabel citra universitas memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel OCB. Begitu pula dengan variabel citra universitas yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan seluruh dimensi variabel OCB. Hasil penghitungan juga menunjukkan bahwa dimensi-dimensi citra universitas memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan dimensi-dimensi OCB. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengitungan simple linear regression untuk mengetahui peranan citra universitas terhadap OCB. Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra universitas berperan terhadap OCB sebesar 34,6%, R2 = 0.346(1,89), p < .05.    Kata kunci: peran, citra universitas, OCB

Abstract

Abstrak. Saat ini Facebook semakin populer dan digunakan oleh pengguna internet di Indonesia. Facebook adalah situs jejaring sosial yang memberikan kemudahan bagi seseorang untuk berinteraksi dengan siapa pun dan dari belahan dunia mana pun, sehingga memberikan banyak teman dan informasi. Melalui jaringan yang dibentuk tersebut, seseorang dapat memperhatikan aktivitas mereka, chatting, mengikuti permainan yang direkomendasikan, menambahkan teman atau jaringan berdasarkan organisasi sekolah, pekerjaan, daerah domisili mereka, dan lain-lain. Facebook membuka ruang yang lebar bagi setiap orang untuk menciptakan konsep diri dan identitas. Konsep diri dapat menentukan bagaimana individu bertingkah laku dan membentuk identitas yang berbeda dengan kenyataannya. Penelitian ini diadakan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran dinamika konsep diri dalam identitas online remaja yang kecanduan Facebook dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara dengan pedoman umum dan observasi dilakukan pada tiga orang remaja putri berusia antara 12-20 tahun yang mengalami kecanduan Facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketidaksesuaian antara diri aktual dengan diri ideal subjek. Identitas online mempersempit jarak antara diri aktual dengan diri ideal subjek sehingga subjek merasa nyaman di dalam dunia Facebook dan menjadi kecanduan dengan Facebook. Untuk mendukung dan mengembangkan penelitian ini, disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian yang sama dengan menggunakan subjek dewasa muda atau menyertakan subjek berjenis kelamin laki-laki untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih bervariasi. Kata kunci: identitas online, konsep diri, kecanduan facebook

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to found the hardiness differences between children on the street who participate in Sahabat Anak program with children whom not participate. Using purposive sampling methods, 60 children around 11-15 years old selected became participant in this research.  Data collected using Disposition Resilience Scale and analyzed using t-test independent sample. The result found F score = 0,256 with significance level 0,165. Based on this result can be conclude tahat there was no significant difference between children on the street who  participate in Sahabat Anak program with children whom not participate. The inmpication of this study showed that children on the street has the ability to deal with problems in their daily life which need to be improved.  Keyword  : Children on the street, Hardiness, Sahabat Anak

Abstract

Organisasi tidak akan ada tanpa manusia. Masalah manusia sering menjadi sumber tantangan dan peluang dalam penciptaan dan pengelolaan organisasi. Sebagai sumber daya yang paling penting, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan fungsi yang fundamental dan strategis. Peneliti menemukan masih kurangnya komunikasi dalam lingkungan kantor, kurangnya kedisiplinan karyawan, kurangnya reward dan belum diberlakukannya punishment terhadap karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepemimpinan, pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kepemimpinan, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan, pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap motivasi kerja dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan dan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian field research, yaitu suatu penelitian dimana peneliti langsung terjun ke lapangan atau objek penelitian untuk mencari data-data dan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan. Sedangkan pendekatan pada penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerikal (angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistika. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mendapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja karena berdasarkan hasil evaluasi model struktural menghasilkan p-value 0.001 < α 5%. Bersumber dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan pada penelitian yang telah penulis laksanakan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja karena berdasarkan hasil evaluasi model struktural hubungan antara komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja menghasilkan p-value 0.001 < α 5%. Dengan demikian hipotesis Ho ditolak.

Abstract

This paper proposes a framework for participation determinants in lifelong learning through the Independent Learning Policy and Independent Campus or Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka/Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM). The framework is based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), self-determination theory (SDT), theory of planned behavior (TPB), and institutional theory. This study contributes to the literature by identifying specific factors and indicators to improve along with their impacts on the participation when the organizers of such initiatives wish to increase participation. Indonesia is the biggest country in South-East Asia with a large economy and influence in the world. Conditions, progress, and setbacks in Indonesia will influence other countries. Many job applicants do not meet the requirements for the job they applied for. Therefore, the Indonesian Ministry of Education initiated the MBKM programs to develop human quality, especially the university students to enhance their skills to meet the job requirements. The 740 respondents completed the online survey with 150 questions to represent reflective indicators. The results were analyzed with the partially least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) method and found the influential factors driving participation in MBKM are social influence, supporting factors, government decisions, utility, and recognition. further analysis indicated that convenience and financial incentive factors do not affect participation.

Abstract

This paper aims to give a systematic review on how Social Network Analysis (SNA) Applied in the psychology field of study. Research questions are used to analyse the dataset of journal articles and conference papers collected from IEEE Xplore. 50 papers gathered after applying the advance search of “Social Network Analysis” AND "Psychology" OR "Behaviour prediction" OR "Emotion prediction" OR "Depression" OR "Self-harm" OR "Happiness" ranging from the year 2019 to 2021. Of the 50 journals and papers collected, one journal is the most cited, namely the journal Armstrong R, Hall BJ, Doyle J, and Waters E in 2011. "Cochrane Update. 'Scoping the scope' of a Cochrane Review". The Journal of Public Health. We found that the discussion and uses of SNA in psychology can be divided as to propose a model of early prediction, to propose a model on how to handle and process the data, also analysing psychological factors and problems using the SNA and social computing itself.

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID‑19) has forced the world to come into a halt. Houses have been board up, cultures and the normality of humans as social beings have been overhauled. The model of psychological wellbeing of teenagers during this pandemic is the main discussion of this research. This study was done using the sequential mixed method. The three phases of this research attempts to answer the following questions: “How are the seven variables (Self Efficacy (SE), Emotional Intelligence (EI), Peer Attachment (PA), Social Support (SS), Meaning of Life (ML), Resilience (R)c and Psychological Wellbeing (PW)) that affect the psychological wellbeing of teenagers during the COVID-19 pandemic related?”, “What are the qualitative findings related to the types of psychological disorders that teenagers have experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic?” Quantitative data gathering was done using the likert scale, while qualitative data collection was done through interviews. This research involved 849 respondents during the first phase and 17 interviewees on the second phase. All participants are teenagers with age range 12-17 years old. The first phase of the study has shown that the SEM model fit test showed that the structural model tested in this study was stated or fit with an RMSEA value of 0.012. The results of hypothesis testing to see the significance of the relationship between variables were carried out by t-test with p values of 0.05 and 0.10. There are 25 hypotheses accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, two hypotheses, H4 and H14 are rejected, i.e. emotional intelligence and meaning of life show no significant effect on psychological well-being among teenagers during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the second phase, it was found that the type of psychological disorder(s) experienced by teenagers during the pandemic include: anxiety, mood swings and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high employee turnover rate in IT companies in Indonesia caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and limitations in employee self-development due to the lack of implementation of Learning Organization culture which has little impact on Organizational Commitment. employees in a company. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Learning Organization and Organizational Commitment influence Turnover Intention and whether Organizational Commitment mediates the influence of Learning Organization on Turnover Intention. The research object in this study is Turnover Intention. In this study, the population chosen by researchers was 235 employees of PT. The data collection (sampling) technique used by researchers in this research is nonprobability sampling. By using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. Research data processing was carried out using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) or called PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0 software and the Baron and Kenny Mediation Method (1986). The results of this research show that Learning Organization has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, Learning Organization is not significant on Turnover Intention, and Organizational Commitment mediates the influence of Learning Organization on Turnover Intention. The nature of mediation is Partial Mediation or partial mediation. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment is a determining and strengthening factor for Employee Turnover Intention at company X, while Learning Organization is not a factor that determines Employee Turnover Intention at company X

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of brand image and word of mouth (WOM) mediated by perceived value on the purchasing decisions of parents of students at Cendekia Harapan School in Badung, Bali. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to a sample of parents. The study sample consists of 158 respondents, including parents of students from kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school levels at Cendekia Harapan School.The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS software version 3.3.2. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that parents' purchasing decisions (PD) are not simultaneously influenced by brand image (BI) at 1.16, indicating a small impact of brand image on parents' purchasing decisions. Parents' decisions are influenced by word of mouth (WOM) at 4.12, signifying a significant impact of word of mouth on parents' purchasing decisions. Perceived value is influenced by brand image (BI) at 5.70, indicating a substantial influence of brand image on perceived value. Perceived value is influenced by word of mouth (WOM) at 6.93, emphasizing the considerable impact of word of mouth on perceived value. Parents' decisions are influenced by perceived value (PV) at 3.68, signifying a significant impact of perceived value on parents' decisions. Brand image and perceived value have a positive relationship with parents' decisions. The higher the brand image and perceived value, the higher the parents' decisions. Word of mouth (WOM) and perceived value also have a positive relationship with parents' decisions. The higher the word of mouth (WOM) and perceived value, the higher the parents' decisions.

Abstract

Perkembangan era saat ini berdampak pada penggunaan media sosial yang semakinmeluas. Fenomena ini dialami oleh seluruh kalangan terutama kalangan generasi muda.Fleksibelitas serta kemudahan untuk mengakses sosial media emungkinkan para penggunauntuk menyampaikan informasi apapun mengenai diri mereka dengan bebas, kapanpun, dandimanapun. Kondisi tersebut berdampak signifikan pada self-disclosure yang dimiliki olehgenerasi muda dalam konteks penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian sebelumnyamenunjukkan bahwa setiap individu mengekspresikan tingkat self-disclosure yang berbeda,hal ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik kepribadian masing-masing individu. Bertolak padakondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran proses self-disclosureyang berkaitan dengan dimensi big five personality pada mahasiswa sebagai penggunamedia sosial. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan teknikanalisis Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). berdasarkan dari keterangan 10mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan media sosial serta berasal dari berbagai daerah diIndonesia ditemukan bahwa terdapat dinamika yang berbeda dalam sisi self-disclosure padatiap mahasiswa pengguna media sosial yang disoroti melalui dimensi big five personality.
