Abstract

This paper seeks to strengthen the opinion or concept that states the importance of the family in dealing with the terrorism crisis in Indonesia. This paper is the result of qualitative research on a variety of data sources (works); books and articles discussing and or researching the role of the family in dealing with terrorism emergencies. Berger's theory of social construction is used to see the role and or function of writing, where this paper is still at the level of externalization, of three steps; externalization, objectification, and internalization to become Social Actions, to become people's habits. Meanwhile, in order to control social actions, it employs preventive and repressive measures, while on the process side, it employs persuasive, coercive, and curative measures. As a result, three conclusions are possible. First, terrorism remains a social problem in Indonesia, requiring serious, substantial, and long-term solutions. Second, there are several reasons and or reasons why terrorism remains a social problem, but the core of the problem is the role and or function of the family that does not work or runs optimally. Third, in order for the family role and or function to function properly, both the husband and wife must be competent in the field of family roles and or functions. These competencies are attained by husband and wife through participation in the Pre-Marriage Course, Bride and Groom Candidate. As a result, husbands and wives to be must attend a marriage course and all of its variations at least once before marriage, and it is preferable to be present during marriage.Keywords: Role/function of family; Counter terrorism; Marriage course.Tulisan ini bertujuan menguatkan pendapat atau konsep yang menyatakan betapa penting peran keluarga dalam menanggulangi darurat terorisme di Indonesia. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif terhadap sejumlah sumber data (karya), buku dan artikel dan atau hasil penelitian mengenai pentingnya peran keluarga dalam menanggulangi darurat terorisme. Untuk melihat peran dan atau fungsi tulisan digunakan teori konstruksi social berger, dimana tulisan ini masih berada pada level ekternalisasi, dari tiga langkah; eksternalisasi, objektivikasi dan internalisasi untuk menjadi tindakan sosial. Sementara dalam upaya pengendalian tindakan sosial  dari sisi sifatnya menggunakan usaha preventif dan represif, dari sisi prosesnya menggunakan usaha persuasif, koersif dan kuratif. Hasilnya ada tiga kesimpulan yang dapat dicatat. Pertama, terorisme masih menjadi masalah sosial di Indonesia, yang membutuhkan penanganan serius, substansial dan berkelanjutan. Kedua, ada beberapa alasan dan atau penyebab mengapa terorisme masih menjadi masalah sosial, namun inti dari masalahnya adalah peran dan atau fungsi keluarga yang kurang berjalan maksimal. Ketiga, agar peran keluarga berjalan dengan baik, pasangan suami dan isteri harus mempunyai kompetensi bidang peran dan atau fungsi keluarga. Kompetensi itu didapat oleh pasangan suami dan isteri di antaranya adalah dengan mengikuti Kursus/bimbingan calon pengantin.  Karena itu, mengikuti kursus perkawinan dan segala jenisnya harus diikuti calon suami dan isteri, minimal sekali sebelum perkawinan, malah akan lebih baik ada juga selama dalam perkawinan.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter penting karena krisis moral pada era globalisasi. Dampak yang ditimbulkan ada sisi positif dan negative. Ibnu Miskawaih adalah tokoh filosof Islam yang menyentuh konsep pendidikan karakter, bukunya tahzib al-akhlak wa tathir al-a’raf. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalsis: konsep pendidikan karakter Ibnu Miskawaih, rekonstruksi pendidikan karakter di Era global. Penelitian kepustakaan mengacu pada kepustakaan primer; kitab Tahdzibul Akhlaq (Ibnu Miskawaih). Pendekatan menggunakan kualitatif, obyektif dan pragmatik, metode content analisis. Kesimpulan metode deduktif. Hasil Penelitian: konsep karakter Ibn Miskawaih the Golden (The Doctrin of the Mean). Karakter manusia dibangun dari empat landasan; menahan diri, keberanian, kebijaksanaan, dan keadilan. Memandang pendidikan sebagai sarana penanaman akhlak mulia, memanusiakan manusia, sosialisasi individu, dan penanaman rasa malu, harus direonstruksikan diera global, dan mampu mengajarkan dan menanamkan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik dengan dibekali iman, sesuai dengan hakikat pendidikan yaitu help student become smart and good

Abstract

Pembentukan kedisiplinan beragama pada siswa terjadi melalui proses tertentu yakni melalui kontak sosial individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok, individu dengan lingkungan sekitar. Pemberian pendidikan agama dalam keluarga berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan beragama anak (sejak dini sampai remaja dan dewasa). Hal ini karena orang tua merupakan tempat yang utama dan pertama dalam mendidik anaknya. Penciptaan suasana atau budaya religius di sekolah berarti menciptakan suasana atau iklim kehidupan keagamaan di sekolah yang dapat membentuk kedisiplinan siswa dalam beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam keluarga dan budaya religius sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan beragama siswa pada SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian merupakan penelitian survey yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 378 siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen tahun pelajaran 2020/2021, sampel diambil sebanyak 30% dari total populasi, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 113 siswa yang diambil dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang sudah diuji kevalidan dan kereliabelannya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pendidikan agama Islam dalam keluarga dan budaya religius sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan beragama siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disarankan perlunya dipupuk kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan beragama siswa agar terwujud kepribadian siswa yang berdisiplin, perlunya masukan dan perhatian dari pihak sekolah melalui program sekolah tentang Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam keluarga, perlunya diciptakan budaya religius sekolah yang lebih menjawa tantangan dan permasalahan siswa terutama disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan usia remaja, perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan terkait kedisiplinan beragama siswa dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the influence of learning activities on Arabic learning achievement. 2) To find out the influence of students' interest in learning on Arabic learning achievement. 3) To find out the influence of learning activities and student interest in learning on Arabic learning achievement. This research uses survey methods with quantitative approaches and correlational analysis techniques. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation techniques. The target population in this study was all MTsN 1 Karanganyar students which amounted to 851 people. Meanwhile, the sample was 247 students. The results of the study: 1) Learning activities have been proven to affect the achievement of learning Arabic for MTsN 1 Karanganyar students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Since the calculated value of t is greater than ttable 2.535 > 1.969734, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted; 2) student’s interest of learning has proven to have an effect on the achievement of learning Arabic for MTsN 1 Karanganyar students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This is because tcount is greater than ttable 57.680 < 1.969734), then H 0 is rejected and H2 is accepted; 3) student’s learning activity and interest in learning have been shown to have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Arabic students of MTsN 1 Karanganyar Academic Year 2021/2022. This is because Fcounts 2661,664 with a table F value of 3,032. So that the value of Fcounts > Ftable or 2661.664 > 3.032. And a significant rate of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Human life is colored by twists and turns of problems and problems that sometimes make it difficult for humans themselves and others. They perpetuate in his word which is written in the Qur'an Karim as follows. This, of course, gives rise to the special nature of former thugs, because in their previous world not all of them wanted to carry it. Various studies to alleviate the problem of thugs have actually been carried out by the police. This means that Islamic education places morals as the main foundation before students are given other lessons. This assembly was initiated by KH. Muhammad Ali or often called Abah Ali. The education is expected to be able to form and foster good character, it is not enough to give it in schools, but the role of taklim councils is still a lot that is able to carry out learning and coaching leading to akhlakul Karimah. This research is categorized as research using a research and development (R & D) approach which begins by finding the problems that exist in the consciousness of former thugs, then proceeds to explore the results of relevant research and development problems being studied and then analyze them. The result of the research is that coaching is a process, regulation, method of fostering, and so on, or efforts, actions, and activities that are carried out efficiently. Majlis Qur'an, Dhikr, and Sholawat or commonly called Base-Cam was established around 1995, this assembly started from the call or recommendation of KH. Idris, who preached his da'wah, all leaned on the Prophet as a role model when he preached Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of TQM in SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali Regency; (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of TQM at SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, questionnaires and document studies. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using interactive model qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali Regency is indicated by the strategic plan, quality policy, upside-down organization, participatory and entrepreneurial leadership models, systems and procedures QMS ISO 9001:2015, conducting a self-assessment that has been running in accordance with quality guidelines and applicable legislation, supported by team work that has entered the hard work stage, in the last 3 years SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali Regency has finally succeeded in realizing customer satisfaction, respect towards everyone, management based on facts and making continuous improvement.

Abstract

Character education is an urgent education because considering the moral crisis that occurs on all fronts in the era of globalization, in addition, the impact caused by this era of globalization and information has positive and negative impacts, such as in Indonesia, which is currently experiencing a crisis and lacks figures who can be used as an example, because many public figures are now committing crimes such as corruption, collusion, prostitution, and so on. Ibn Miskawaih is one of the prominent Islamic philosophers who touched the concept of character education which is famous in his book Tahzib al-akhlak wa tathir al-a'raf. This study aims to describe and analyze: (1) the concept of Ibn Miskawaih's character education (2) the reconstruction of character education in the global era (Ibn Miskawaih's concept analysis). This research is library research that refers to primary literature including the book of Tahdzibul Akhlaq (Ibnu Miskawaih), secondary library books, relevant books, journals, and documents. This study uses a qualitative approach in addition, objective and pragmatic, with the method of content analysis. Drawing conclusions using the deductive method. The results showed that: The concept of Ibn Miskawaih's character is, namely The Golden (The Doctrine of The Mean). He stated that human character is built on four foundations, namely self-restraint, courage, wisdom, and justice. Viewing education as a means of inculcating noble character, humanizing humans, socializing individuals, and inculcating shame, must be reconstructed in the current global era so that it can be used as human nature or the result of exercises in order to make a good character.

Abstract

Character education in Indonesia continues to be turned on. In various scientific forums, education experts look for new formations, innovations, and reactivation of an educational concept that is characterized by the life of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine the characteristics of education in Indonesia. The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to solve the current problem based on the data, analyze, and interpret the data. This research resulted in the idea of ASWAJA Value-Based Character Education. How to internalize the value of ASWAJA Character Education which is effective and can be part of the formation of a good national personality. ASWAJA-style Islamic education is very relevant and suitable to be reconstructed and socialized to students as a guide for daily religious life.

Abstract

Abstract: Article 27 Paragraph (2) Law Number 2 of 2020 introduces the term "good faith" which forms the basis for the policy of non-prosecution of government officials either criminally or civilly. The good faith phrase has led to public polemics and debates. This article aims to describe the position of Law Number 2 of 2020 as well as the meaning and the concept of "good faith" as found in Law No. 2 of 2020 based on the Civil Code. This research utilizes the library method. The research results show that: first, Law Number 2 of 2020 is an adequate legal instrument to provide a strong foundation for the government and related institutions to make certain necessary policies and measures during the Covid-19. Second, the good faith phrase as found in Law No. 2 of 2020 can be interpreted and implemented through 4 (four) indicators, namely: (1) there is business; (2) legal guarantees through regulations that are a win-win solution; (3) implementation of regulations that are appropriate and run optimally; and (4) cooperation between all parties. Abstrak: Pasal 27 Ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 menyebut kata “iktikad baik” yang menjadi dasar kebijakan pejabat pemerintah tidak dapat dituntut secara pidana maupun perdata. Frase iktikad baik tersebut sempat menimbulkan polemik dan perdebatan di kalangan masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kedudukan Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 dan sekaligus makna dan konsep “iktikad baik” yang ada dalam undang-undang tersebut berdasar Civil Code. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, UU No. 2 Tahun 2020 merupakan perangkat hukum yang memadai untuk memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pemerintah dan lembaga-lembaga terkait untuk pengambilan kebijakan dan langkah-langkah tertentu yang diperlukan di masa Covid-19. Kedua, frase “iktikad baik” yang ada dalam UU No. 2 Tahun 2020 dapat diinterpretasikan dan diterapkan melalui 4 (empat) indikator, yaitu: (1) adanya usaha; (2) jaminan hukum melalui regulasi yang win-win solution; (3) implementasi regulasi yang tepat dan berjalan maksimal; dan (4) adanya kerja sama antara semua pihak.

Abstract

This study aims to explain Sufi education in Het Boek Van Bonang using a philosophy of education approach. The three major questions in this study are: the nature of the text; how Sufism appears in Sunan Bonang's text; and the value it contains. This study shows that the text discusses Sufism education, which is a form of Sunan Bonang's criticism of the developing Sufism teachings. Sunan Bonang's teaching is in accordance with Imam Ghazali's Sufism education, namely sunni Sufism (khuluqi amali); this teaching criticizes the concept of wahdatul wujud in Sufism philosophy. Sunni Sufism education leads to becoming Allah's beloved through the path of rijalulllah, while philosophical Sufism leads to becoming Allah's beloved through the path of understanding. The difference between the two lies in the path to Allah. In general, Sunni Sufism is in accordance with the sharia path to Allah. The similarity between philosophical Sufism and Sunni Sufism education is in the aspect of karomah, where both Sufism teachings accept the concept of karomah in its implementation.
