Abstract

Organizational Culture Theory is an approach in the field of management studies that examines how organizational culture influences the behavior, decisions, and performance of individuals within an organization. On the other hand, leadership style refers to the approach or style used by a leader to influence and guide members of an organization. This research utilizes the Literature Review method with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) approach to explore the scope of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style according to previous studies, the impact of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Performance according to previous research, and other related variables. The findings obtained from the identification of 27 articles indicate that 89% of the articles provide evidence that Organizational Culture has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance, and 63% of the articles demonstrate that Leadership Style has a significant positive impact on Performance. Other related variables include Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Restructuring, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Management Control System, Work Ethic, Work Environment, and Employee Engagement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyse the moderation role of creative self-efficacy on the influence of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on creative behaviour in the context of creative industries i.e., Madurese batik. Madurese batik is a heritage and has its own uniqueness because Madurese batik is a form of history that must be maintained for its sustainability. This research used a quantitative approach to test and analyse the influence of motivation on creative behaviour, with creative self-efficacy as a moderator. This study tests the conceptual model that has been formed based on the behavioural theory, which is the grand theory for the formation of the research model. The data collected from 310 women who make typical batik were then tested using (SEM-PLS). The results show that all hypotheses are proven. Extrinsic and intrinsic motivation indirectly influence creative behaviour; creative self-efficacy is able to be a moderator in the influence of motivation (extrinsic and intrinsic) on creative behaviour. The results indicate that the success of creative behaviour is due to strong motivation, so this becomes an important part of women's creative activities. The novelty of this study is the ability of creative self-efficacy to moderate the relationship of motivation toward creative behaviour. Self-efficacy has an important role in carrying out certain behaviours.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of financial knowledge and financial inclusion on the financial behavior of MSME actors in Bangkalan Regency. Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes data from 80 MSME entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling. The primary data was collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that both financial knowledge and financial inclusion significantly influence the financial behavior of MSMEs in the region. This study contributes to the literature by addressing the gap in research on financial behavior among MSMEs in developing regions, particularly in Bangkalan. It combines financial knowledge and financial inclusion to provide a comprehensive understanding of financial behavior in this context. The study extends the behavioral finance framework and offers practical insights for policymakers and financial service providers to design inclusive financial policies and educational programs aimed at improving MSME financial practices. Theoretically, it enhances the understanding of financial behavior in rural MSME contexts, while practically calling for integrated policies that combine financial education with better access to financial services.

Abstract

Madura is an island in Indonesia that is rich in diversity. Madura's diversity can innovate in the development of traditional businesses, the difficulties that exist in Madura. However, there are several obstacles that UMKM in Madura often face. These obstacles, such as marketing which is still generally traditional, difficulty accessing financial services, can make UMKM players tend not to understand how to manage UMKM finances properly and correctly. The research objective is to determine the influence of financial knowledge, love of money, and financial self-efficacy on the financial management of Madurese MSMEs. The population is MSME actors in sub-districts in Sampang district, with a sample of 100 MSME actors in Sampan district. Quantitative research is used by researchers as a type of research, where data is collected through questionnaires and interviews with multiple linear analysis and classical assumption analysis. The results explain that financial knowledge, love of money, and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on the financial management of MSMEs in Madura. This research provides the implication that increasing financial knowledge and self-confidence in financial management can improve the quality of financial management of MSMEs in Sampang district.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the application of Artificial Intelligence in the employee recruitment and selection process. The research method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Method using the Publish Or Perish 8 (POP) Application and Vos Viewer. Researchers searched the database from Google Scholar for the period 2015 – 2022. Obtained 200 journals then carried out data reduction using inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain 11 journals that would be reviewed. The results of this research state that artificial intelligence in the recruitment and selection process is very good to use in carrying out the initial recruitment and selection process because it will impact the efficiency of time, energy and costs for the company, but in the final selection it still requires a human recruiter, not IA because IA is difficult to adapt. regarding language and culture which will result in bias in decision making. The tools that are often used in multinational companies are Job Agrigator software, candidate assessman software and ATS (Applicant tracking software).

Abstract

In Indonesia, a large number of MSMEs have not yet implemented efficient financial management techniques. The financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is examined in this study in relation to financial inclusion, financial self-efficacy, and a Love of money. Purposive sampling and other non-probability sampling techniques were used in a quantitative approach. Researchers investigated variable relationships using four analytical approaches: multiple regression analysis, data quality assessment, standard assumption verification, and hypothesis testing. The results show that while financial inclusion and financial self-efficacy do not have a partial impact on financial management, a Love of money does. However, the financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is simultaneously impacted by these three factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti perihal tim virtual global. Kajian literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membagi menjadi 3 pembahasan yaitu: definisi, anteseden, dan konsekuensi dari tim virtual global. Definisi tim virtual global berfokus alat komunikasi. Sementara itu, Anteseden atau faktor-faktor yang mempengaruh kinerja tim virtual juga cukup banyak, diantaranya: kepemimpinan, komunikasi, kepercayaan, umpan balik, komitmen.  Kepercayaan menjadi faktor terbanyak yang diteliti sebagai anteseden kinerja tim virtual global. Dan cukup banyak ditemukan variabel yang sama dengan yang digunakan antara konsekuensi dan anteseden dari global virtual juga cukup banyak, diantaranya: knowledge sharing, komunikasi, kepercayaan, dan hubungan. Adapun keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurang dalam membahas mengenasi tim kohesi, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu meneliti faktor tersebut.

Employee empowerment involves giving authority, autonomy, and opportunities to develop, while the work environment includes physical and psychological aspects that affect work comfort and effectiveness. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey on MSMEs in Madura Island, and involves data collection through questionnaires filled out by employees and managers. Data collected as many as 103 samples will be analyzed using the smartPLS 4.0 technique to test the relationship between employee empowerment, work environment, work productivity, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that employee empowerment does not significantly affect employee performance, employee empowerment significantly affects work productivity, work environment significantly affects employee performance, work environment significantly does not affect work productivity, work productivity significantly does not affect employee performance in MSMEs in Madura Island. These findings provide important insights for MSME owners and managers in designing empowerment strategies and creating a supportive work environment. By increasing employee empowerment and creating a conducive work environment, MSMEs can improve overall employee productivity and performance. This study suggests that MSMEs should pay more attention to these factors in an effort to improve their competitiveness and business success.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how corporate culture and transformational leadership style affect worker motivation and performance enhancement. A proportionate stratified random selection technique was used to select 93 respondents from among the 1,200 employees of PT. Sasa Inti Gending, the study's population. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect the data, and SmartPLS software was used to analyze the results using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). According to the study's findings, transformational leadership and a favorable corporate culture significantly boost workers' motivation for their jobs. Additionally, work motivation plays a mediating role in the interaction between organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance and has a major impact on enhancing employee performance. Strategic implications for human resource management are provided by this study, particularly with regard to initiatives to enhance employee performance through the development of optimal work motivation, the implementation of an inspirational leadership style, and the building of organizational culture.
