Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penyuluh pertanian dalam pengembangan kelompok tani di Kelurahan Depokharjo Kecamatan Parakan Kabupaten Temanggung. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah studi lapang dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif serta deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert dan skor interval. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Peran penyuluh pertanian dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai komunikator sangat berperan dengan nilai 321, sebagai fasilitator berperan dengan nilai 283, sebagai edukator sangat berperan dengan nilai 328, sebagai motivator sangat berperan dengan nilai 313, sebagai konsultan berperan dengan nilai 281, sebagai organisator sangat berperan dengan nilai 297, dan sebagai evaluator sangat berperan dengan nili 299. Sehingga ditemukan rata-rata peran penyuluh pertanian dalam pengembangan kelompok tani di Kelurahan Depokharjo Kecamatan Parakan Kabupaten Temanggung sangat berperan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai komunikator, fasilitator, edukator, motivator, konsultan, organisator, dan evaluator sangat berperan dengan nilai rata-rata 303,14.

Abstract

Tujuan khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan penelitian fundamental II ini adalah 1). Mengkaji keragaan pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok. 2) Mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada berupa survey dengan pendekatan FGD. Penetapan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Area Sampling) di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas dengan pertimbangan di lokasi penelitian terdapat pengrajin gula kelapa sebagai pola nafkah utama. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik penetapan responden dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling) sebanyak 20 pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak, dengan 5 pedagang pengepul/tengkulak.Teknik pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan Interactive Model of Analysis dan kuantitatif dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keragaan pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok mencakup status kepemilikan pohon kelapa, sumber tenaga kerja, orientasi usaha, orientasi bekerjasama, orientasi berprestasi, proses perkembangan usaha gula kelapa cetak, produksi gula kelapa cetak, penggunaan teknologi bersifat konvensional/tradisional dan kemitraan dengan kelembagaan pemasaran. Nilai profitabilitas pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak menunjukkan hasil 64,20 persen, artinya setiap pemakaian input produksi sebesar Rp 1,00 maka akan menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 64,20. Dengan demikian pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas masuk kategori menguntungkan karena memiliki nilai profitabilitas > 0.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui rata-rata biaya, rata-rata pendapatan dan kelayakan usahatani yang diperoleh petani cabai rawit anggota Kelompok Tani Karya Muda Desa Tambaksari Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kelompok Tani Karya Muda merupakan kelompok tani yang paling aktif di Desa Tambaksari Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus, berjumlah 20 petani anggota anggota Kelompok Tani Karya Muda Desa Tambaksari Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap yang melakukan usahatani cabai rawit pada musim tanam bulan Juli 2023 - Januari 2024. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa rata-rata biaya usahatani cabai rawit sebesar Rp. 12.468.402/musim tanam, rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 38.227.048/musim tanam, kelayakan usahatani R/C Rasio sebesar 4,06.

Abstract

Research objectives a) Identify the internal and external factors of ant sugar business actors in Serayu Larangan Village, Mrebet District, b) Find out the level of production, production costs, profits and profitability of ant sugar business actors in Serayu Larangan Village, Mrebet District. The research method used was a survey with location determination carried out purposively in Serayu Larangan Village, Mrebet District with a total of 3,831 productive coconut trees managed by 169 craftsmen with an average production reaching 115,050 kg. The sample was determined purposively as many as 20 ant sugar business actors who were considered to represent those who had been working in this profession for more than 3 years and also as their main livelihood. The type of data collected is primary and secondary data through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Qualitative and quantitative data processing techniques. Profitability is the ratio between profit/profit from sales of ant sugar. The results of the research show the identification of internal and external factors in the ant sugar business, including availability of land, availability of raw materials, skills of the perpetrator, availability of labor in the family and sources of capital, market demand, prices of ant sugar products tend to be high, technological developments, and the presence of competitors. from outside villages, and collaboration with outside. Ant sugar business actors in Serayu Larangan Village, Mrebet District have an average total cost structure of IDR 94,952.37,- with an average of IDR 159,732.50,-. The gain or profit was IDR 64,780.13, - with a profitability value of the ant sugar business actor of 68.22%, meaning that every time IDR 1.00 of production input is used, it will produce a profit of IDR 68.22.

Abstract

Lemon is one of the horticultural commodities that has potential and is currently receiving priority for development. The aim of this research is to analyze internal factors and external factors, formulate alternative strategies, and determine strategic priorities that can be carried out in the lemon business (Citrus Limon L.) development strategy. The data analysis method used by researchers is IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM matrix analysis. Based on the research results, 12 internal factors and 12 external factors were obtained in PT XYZ's lemon business. In the IE matrix, the results of comparing the total score values ​​from the IFE and EFE matrices show that the position of lemon business (Citrus Limon L.) is in cell V with coordinate values ​​2.42608; 2.71945. Looking at the position of PT XYZ's lemon business (Citrus Limon L.), 6 alternative strategies were produced in the SWOT matrix which can be carried out as steps in developing the lemon business (Citrus Limon L.). The analyze QSPM results show that there are 3 strategies that are priorities in developing  lemon business (Citrus Limon L.), namely: 1) Carrying out product development and offering products to new businesses/consumers; 2) Develop product marketing by maintaining economical selling prices to consumers; 3) Expanding the scope of market penetration through collaboration with government agencies, other companies and culinary businesses made from lemon. Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are considered the engine that drives a country's economy. The research results showed that as many as 45% of MSMEs failed to continue their business. This community service partner is the Banyumas Regency Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Association (ASPIKMAS) which has a membership of more than 5000 MSMEs. There are three problems faced by MSMEs, namely organizational management, fixed asset investment decisions and preparing capital budgeting. The solution offered to service partners is to carry out lectures and training activities on managing MSMEs, fixed asset investment and preparing capital budgeting. The results of this community service show an increase in partners' knowledge regarding management knowledge, fixed asset investment and capital budgeting methods. The results of community service also show an increase in partners' skills in preparing capital budgeting. The results of the partner satisfaction survey regarding the implementation of community service showed a very good assessment.

Abstract

Pliken Village is one of the villages in Kembaran Sub-district, Banyumas Regency, which is rich in agricultural potential. The majority of the community work as farmers, but many also work as soybean tempe artisans. Farmers have not realized the importance of environmentally friendly products in agricultural production due to a lack of knowledge of the good and sustainable impacts of environmentally friendly products. In addition, the large number of tempe craftsmen makes Pliken Village the center of soybean tempe production. The high potential of soybean tempe production must be balanced with the widespread marketing of Pliken Village soybean tempe products. One strategy in marketing is seen from product packaging. There is no product labeling on soybean tempe products in Pliken Village. Product labeling will make Pliken Village's tempe soybean famous. In an effort to make farmers aware of the good impact of environmentally friendly products and the importance of product labeling on soybean tempe, it is necessary to empower agricultural productivity by using environmentally friendly products and marketing strategies through labeling. The solution offered is to provide information related to the concept of environmentally friendly products and training in making environmentally friendly products, as well as the concept of marketing strategies with product labeling. The targets of this service are active farmer groups and soybean tempe craftsmen. The methods used are lectures/counseling, mentoring, and direct practice of making environmentally friendly products. Activities began with an environmentally friendly product workshop, then socialization of marketing strategies through product labeling.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the potential and contribution of the agricultural sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Banyumas Regency. Methodology: This study employed documentation techniques to acquire secondary data from various official sources, utilizing secondary data analysis techniques. Results: The agricultural sector was evaluated using Location Quotient (LQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analyses, while the potential of leading commodities was visualized using a geographic information system (GIS). Findings: The results showed that the agricultural sector in Banyumas Regency plays a significant role in the regional economy, although it is a non-base sector based on the LQ analysis. However, several subdistricts showed promising potential in leading commodities such as rice, corn, and coconut. Novelty: DLQ analysis indicated the future growth potential of the agricultural sector, while Klassen typology and Shift Share analysis provided an overview of the structure and dynamics of the regional economy. Originality: The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the local government in formulating more focused and sustainable development policies, especially in improving the competitiveness of the agricultural sector in Banyumas Regency. Conclusion: It is recommended that the Banyumas Regency government optimize leading commodities, improve rural infrastructure, expand market access, and encourage technology and innovation to maximize the potential of this sector. Abstract

ABSTRAKPT Indigen Karya Unggul atau biasa dikenal Indigen Farm merupakan salah satu perusahaan start up yang bergerak dalam bidang Agribisnis. Perusahaan ini memiliki lima lini binis yaitu farming management, penjualan hasil produk pertanian, penyedia sarana produksi, serta sebagai tempat pelatihan dan pengembangan budidaya pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil perusahaan, penerapan manajemen serta bauran pemasaran pada PT Indigen Karya Unggul. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Produk unggulan yang dihasilkan PT Indigen Karya Unggul yaitu melon premium dengan jenis golden topaz dan kirin. Kedua melon tersebut mempunyai ciri-ciri yang berbeda dan mempunyai keunggulan masing-masing. PT Indigen Karya Unggul juga mempunyai produk olahan yaitu indi juice. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT Indigen Karya Unggul yaitu dengan mengadakan kegiatan Open Farm, selain itu penyaluran buah melon juga dijual kepada reseller, buyer dan toko buah. Penerapan manajemen pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT Indigen Karya Unggul yaitu diawali dengan menentukan segmen pasar dan segmen konsumen, lalu menerapkan jobdesk kepada karyawan yang sesuai dengan posisi masing-masing, perusahaan juga memberikan arahan kepada karyawan dan pengendalian agar pemasaran produk berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan.

Abstract

Mina padi, as a form of integrated agriculture that combines rice and fish farming, has dual potential as a food source and an educational tourism object. Although the Mina Padi Panembangan Tourism is the only rice-fish agrotourism in Banyumas and is conceptually a Smart Fisheries Village, its area has shrunk from 25 Ha to 11 Ha, indicating a decline. This research aims to formulate a development strategy for rice-fish integrated agrotourism in Panembangan Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach, with data obtained from 4 internal respondents (managers and farmers) and 50 external respondents (visitors). Data analysis was conducted through three stages: internal (IFE) and external (EFE) environmental analysis, SWOT analysis, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine priority strategies. The results of the IFE and EFE analyses indicate that the business position is in Quadrant I, suggesting a highly favorable situation for aggressive growth. Based on the AHP analysis, the main priority strategy is to submit a grant proposal to support the sustainability of activities in the rice-fish farming area for the rice-fish tourism series as an initial step in the growth and development of the rice-fish farming business, with a weight result of 0.192. This strategy is expected to support the sustainable growth and development of the rice paddy-based agrotourism business in Panembangan Village.
