Indonesia has diverse ethnic groups, religions, and cultures. This diversity can trigger identity conflicts if not appropriately managed; therefore, a non-extreme understanding is required. One of the obligations of university students is to carry out community service, including efforts to strengthen religious moderation. This community service's purpose is to explore efforts to strengthen religious moderation through the Safari Ramadan activities conducted by the Special Student Activity Unit for the Institute for Quranic Recitation Development and Da'wah (UKMK LPTQ & D) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and its implications for the community, the campus, and members of UKMK LPTQ & D. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews and observations, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with students and community members. Based on the findings, the efforts to strengthen religious moderation during the Ramadan Safari activities reached all age groups, including children, adolescents, youth, and adults. These efforts were implemented through various programs, such as religious moderation seminars, religious moderation studies in mosques, religious moderation quiz competitions, and training on religious moderation for adolescents and youth. Keberagaman ini dapat memicu konflik identitas apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Untuk menghadapinya, diperlukan pemahaman yang tidak ekstrem. Salah satu kewajiban mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi adalah melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, antara lain dalam hal penguatan moderasi beragama. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengungkap upaya penguatan moderasi beragama dalam kegiatan Safari Ramadhan yang dilaksanakan oleh Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Khusus Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Qur'an dan Dakwah (UKMK LPTQ & D) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, serta implikasinya terhadap masyarakat, kampus, dan anggota UKMK LPTQ & D. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara semiterstruktur terhadap mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, penguatan moderasi beragama dalam kegiatan Safari Ramadhan menjangkau semua kelompok usia, mulai dari anak-anak, remaja, pemuda, hingga orang tua. Upaya penguatan moderasi beragama dilakukan melalui berbagai program, seperti seminar moderasi beragama, kajian moderasi beragama di masjid, lomba cerdas cermat moderasi beragama, dan pelatihan moderasi beragama bagi remaja serta pemuda. This study explores the importance of parent teaching practices in shaping Islamic morals in children within the context of a modern society facing moral and ethical challenges. Using a quantitative approach through surveys, data were collected from 100 parents with children aged 5-12 years. The survey instrument was used to identify parent teaching practices, parents' perceptions of their impact, and factors influencing their effectiveness. The survey was then analyzed using percentages to determine the percentage level of parents' opinions. The results indicate that parental involvement, the quality of teaching materials, and consistency in teaching play crucial roles in shaping children's character. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of increasing parental involvement, diversifying teaching methods, and maintaining consistency in Islamic religious education at home. By strengthening parent teaching practices, it is hoped that children will be better equipped to face moral and ethical challenges in modern society.

This study employed an explanatory sequential design to investigate the implementation of the parent teaching program and its impact at an elementary school in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It was conducted in two stages: distributing and analyzing questionnaires to 76 students in the first stage and interviewing teachers and parents in the second stage. Data analysis employed basic statistics for quantitative analysis and thematic analysis for qualitative aspects. The results indicate that the parent teaching program at this school commences with the program's planning stage, during which teachers directly involve parents in meetings. The program is implemented after final exams or a week before the school holidays. It has a positive impact on the development of students' soft skills. Following the program's implementation, students demonstrated increased teamwork, communication, and creativity activities. Additionally, the program boosted students' self-confidence and critical thinking skills, which could benefit them in the future. It can be concluded that this program represents an innovative approach to enhancing students' soft skills by making use of local resources.

Program kesehatan sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan siswa secara global. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Program Sekolah Sehat dan dampaknya pada kebiasaan hidup siswa di tiga sekolah dasar menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan variasi dalam penerapan program di ketiga sekolah. Sekolah dengan dukungan penuh dari kepala sekolah dan keterlibatan aktif guru cenderung berhasil lebih baik. Sebaliknya, sekolah dengan kendala infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia menghadapi kesulitan. Dampak program juga bervariasi; sekolah dengan lingkungan yang mendukung dan siswa yang aktif menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pola makan sehat, aktivitas fisik, dan kesadaran kesehatan. Tantangan utama termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya keterlibatan siswa, dan masalah infrastruktur. Rekomendasi mencakup penelitian lebih mendalam tentang faktor pendukung, analisis peran lingkungan sekolah, dan studi komparatif antar-sekolah untuk pemahaman lebih holistik. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk strategi implementasi program kesehatan sekolah yang lebih efektif.

Education in Indonesia has experienced various changes, in the form of policies or laws. Islamic education is an important part of indonesia’s journey to independence. Issues regarding the legality and role of religion in the national education system are then rexognized and can be applied at every level of education. This article aims to understand the history and system of Islamic education since independence, the new order and the reform era. This article is library education in Indonesia has experienced various changes, in the form of policies or laws, Islamic research where the author collects data from various references. The results of this research state the role and position of Islamic education and make the position of relegius education ( including Islamic education) an intergral part of the national education system. This law as the starting point for the revival of Islamic education within the framework of equal education policies.

The Nine-Year Compulsory Education Policy in Indonesia aims to enhance access to and quality of basic education for all school-aged children. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of teachers and parents regarding this policy and to identify the factors influencing their views. The research methodology employed includes both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with teachers and parents in several regions of Indonesia. The analysis techniques used include frequency distribution, percentages and averages to describe teachers' and parents' perceptions of the 9 Year Compulsory Education policy. The results indicate that the majority of teachers and parents support this policy, despite some challenges in its implementation. Factors such as economic conditions, accessibility to education, and the quality of educational facilities influence their perceptions. The recommendations from this study include increased policy socialization, provision of adequate educational facilities, and enhancement of teacher competencies.

This research delves into depicting Islamic character values in 'Nussa The Movie,' examining its relevance and application in Islamic education. Employing a qualitative methodology with descriptive content analysis, the study scrutinizes the movie's narrative, dialogues, and visual elements. Seven key Islamic character values identified include good role modeling, wisdom, generosity, patience, honesty, justice, and sincerity. The findings suggest that 'Nussa The Movie' transcends mere entertainment, emerging as a potent tool for imparting Islamic character education to children. These values are intricately interwoven with the movie’s narrative, offering viewers examples of character traits aligned with Islamic teachings. Despite its educational potential, the study acknowledges limitations and encourages further research on long-term impacts and cultural variations in character education through animated media. This research emphasizes the importance of this film as a resource for educators and parents in instilling Islamic values, thus contributing to a broader discussion on the integration of entertainment and education in character development.

Twenty-first century education demands learning approaches that cultivate students’ critical, reflective, and adaptive thinking skills to respond to rapid changes in society. Although deep learning has been widely promoted as a strategy to support transformative education, many elementary schools in Indonesia still rely on conventional, teacher-centered methods, leading to limited student engagement, shallow understanding, and minimal opportunities for reflection and inquiry. This gap between the expected transformative learning practices and the realities of classroom implementation provides an opportunity to investigate how deep learning can be applied effectively at the primary level. This study aimed to explore the implementation of a deep learning system in elementary education and examine its contribution to realizing transformative learning. The research employed a qualitative descriptive design with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation at SD Negeri 46 Pagaralam, South Sumatra Province. The participants consisted of teachers and students directly involved in deep learning practices. The findings show that deep learning was implemented through five strategies. These strategies foster active engagement, higher-order thinking, and the development of human values such as empathy, ethics, and social responsibility. The study concludes that deep learning not only enhances the quality of the learning process but also contributes significantly to students’ cognitive and character transformation. The implications highlight the importance of teacher training, flexible curriculum, and technological support to sustain deep learning implementation in elementary schools.

Di era saat ini, siswa dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan yang luas seperti keterampilan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, berkolaborasi, dan berkomunikasi. Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dianggap sebagai cara pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan tersebut karena melibatkan siswa dalam proyek-proyek berbasis kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk lebih memahami bagaimana guru dapat merencanakan pembelajaran IPA yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar di OKU Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran melalui Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dapat menjadi cara yang efektif dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar. Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam kurikulum ini memberikan dampak positif pada pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA
