Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of online Physical Education, Sports and Health learning in junior high schools in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a quantitative descriptive research and survey method. The sample in this study was 90 students, consisting of 3 schools, namely 30 students from SMP Negeri 1 Air Putih, 30 students from SMP Negeri 3 Air Putih, and 30 students. /i and Water Al Washliyah Private Middle School 6. This study has 9 indicators that are used as a reference for assessing the level of implementation of online Physical Education Sports and Health learning. The results of this study are: (1) Indicators of learning readiness, 83.78%; (2) Learning Material Suitability Indicators, 60.07%; (3) Learning Method Indicator, 82.59%; (4) Learning Media Indicators, 58.96%; (5) Material Mastery Indicator, 70.74%; (6) Learning Process Indicator, 70.67%; (7) System Indicators and Assessment Process, 79.56%; (8) Learning Constraints Indicator, 60%; (9) Learning Evaluation Indicator, 85.70%. Of the 9 indicators, it can be concluded that the level of implementation of online Physical Education, Sports and Health learning in junior high schools in Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency is 72.45% in the good category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many volleyball underpassing lessons in schools are still conventional, as school learning activities are still teacher-centered. The objectives of this research are: To determine the feasibility of the Volleyball Bottom Passing E-Module Learning Media for junior high school students. This research uses a research and development model (Borg And Gall) using the ADDIE development model which includes (1) Research and Information Collecting (Preliminary Study), (2) Planning (Research Planning), (3) Develop Preliminary Form Of Product (Development Design), (4) Preliminary Field Testing (Preliminary/Limited Field Trial), (5) Main Product Revision (Main Product Revision/Limited Field Test Results) (6) Main Field Testing (Wider Product Trial) After media This learning was used in the implementation stage, learning media was declared suitable for use as teaching material in schools with an average material expert score of 3.7 and an average media expert score of 3.7, an average score of small group trials. amounted to 3.5 and students' response as users was 3.4 so the suitability of the learning media developed was in the "outstanding" category.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between a disciplined lifestyle and futsal performance among students at Sunggal 2 Public Junior High School. This study highlights the importance of structured habits, such as adherence to schedules, a healthy diet, and physical fitness, as factors supporting success in sports. Using a quantitative correlational method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to ten students aged 14–16 who actively participate in extracurricular futsal activities. The results show a significant positive relationship between a disciplined lifestyle and futsal performance, with discipline contributing to physical readiness and tournament success. This study emphasizes the important role of a disciplined lifestyle in supporting sporting excellence and provides insights for educators and coaches to improve student sporting performance through fostering a structured lifestyle. This is demonstrated by a significance value of 0.042 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical fitness learning based on outdoor education on achievement motivation in students of SMA Negeri 11 Medan. This study uses a pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique in this study uses a random sampling technique. The sample in the study was 34 students in the experimental class and 34 students in the control class. Data collection was carried out using an achievement motivation questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test. The results showed that the t count value> t table (24.868> 2.035). So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of physical fitness learning based on outdoor education on achievement motivation in students of SMA Negeri 11 Medan. The effect given by physical fitness learning based on outdoor education is also shown by the posttest results (90.17) which are better than the pretest results (75.02) of achievement motivation in students of SMA Negeri 11 Medan.
