Abstract

Abstrak: Modal usaha sangat berpengaruh bagi bertambahnya pendapatan UMKM, diharapkan dengan modal usaha UMKM dapat mengembangkan usahanya dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang ada. Dengan modal usaha juga UMKM bisa berinovasi dengan usahanya sehingga menambah pendapatan. Tidak hanya modal usaha saja, pendampingan kepada para UMKM juga mesti dilakukan demi menangani kasus yang dilalui oleh UMKM sendiri, pendampingan juga berguna untuk membuka pengetahuan baru bagi UMKM yang kurang baik dalam pengelolaannya. Pendekatan penelitian yang dikenakan dalam riset ini merupakan pendekatan riset kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Pinjaman modal mempengaruhi secara signifikan peningkatan Pendapatan UMKM. Variabel pendampingan usaha juga mempengaruhi secara signifikan peningkatan Pendapatan UMKM. Variabel independen yakni pinjaman modal serta pendampingan usaha mempengaruhi secara simultan terhadap Pendapatan UMKM. Kata Kunci: Pinjaman Modal; Pendampingan; Pendapatan; UMKM. Abstract: Business capital has a significant impact on the increase in UMKM income. It is expected that with business capital, UMKM can develop its businesses by following the current trends. With business capital, UMKM can also innovate their businesses to increase income. Not only business capital but mentoring for UMKM must also be carried out to handle cases faced by UMKM themselves, mentoring is also useful to open up new knowledge for UMKM that is not good in management. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach using SPSS as an analysis tool. Loan capital significantly affects the increase in UMKM income. The business mentoring variable also significantly affects the increase in UMKM income. The independent variables, namely loan capital and business mentoring, simultaneously affect UMKM income. Abstract

This research aimed to understand the Ininnawa tradition maintained by the Bugis people of nurturing their children in Kukup Village. The method used in this research was qualitative descriptive with a social phenomenology paradigm. Research findings: the Ininnawa tradition is a tradition where has a benefit for the Bugis generation in improving and maintaining cultural preservation to keep them facing and overcoming challenges. The Ininnawa tradition aims to increase the Bugis people's ability to adapt to their surroundings. This tradition is learning to develop intellectual skills and a principle firmly entrenched in adulthood about "seriousness" and "shame" in the spirit of success. The Ininnawa tradition is a hereditary inheritance from the Bugis people that is to be done from time to time in their lives as a way of preserving the culture that has a philosophy of thinking, feeling, and believing to behavior in society, which includes Sipakatau (not distinguish each other), Sipakainge (recognizing each other), and Sipakalebbi (mutual respect). The Ininnawa tradition exemplifies personality and social attitudes in everyday life. This tradition is consistent with Islamic teachings, which aim to instill good morals by the requirements of the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Zakat and waqf are significant social financial instruments in Islam that play a vital role in reducing economic risks and improving the welfare of society. Zakat, as an obligatory act for financially able Muslims, serves to redistribute wealth equitably and help those in need. Meanwhile, waqf involves giving assets for the public good in the long term, contributing to the development of education, health, and infrastructure. This study aims to see how zakat and waqf play a role in reducing economic risks, especially in the Jayapura area. In Indonesia, especially in Jayapura, the potential of zakat and waqf is very large in supporting economic growth and poverty alleviation. However, challenges such as public distrust of management institutions, low awareness of zakat obligations, and less than optimal utilization of waqf assets hinder its effectiveness. A SWOT analysis shows that with the right strategy, weaknesses and threats in zakat and waqf management can be overcome, maximizing their potential to improve community welfare. Collaborative efforts between the government, zakat and waqf management institutions, and the community are essential to improve literacy, transparency, and accountability in managing resources so as to optimize the role in reducing economic risks and promoting community welfare in Jayapura.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of faith, social influence, regulation, and bank functions on the intention to use Islamic banking. The study used quantitative method and the data was collected using a structured questionnaire. The sample consisted of 200 customers of one of the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia: Bank Mandiri Syariah, which is located in Jayapura, the capital city of Papua Province. The data were obtained by random sampling using through a face-to-face survey. The internal consistency reliability and validity test indicated that all scale items were proven reliable and valid. The multiple regression linear was used to analyze the influence of independent variables toward dependent variables. This study suggested that faith significantly affected the customers intention to use Islamic banking. Meanwhile, social influence, regulation, and bank functions did not show a significant influence on customers’ intention to use Islamic banking.Key words : Islamic Banking; Faith; Social Influence; Regulation; Bank Function

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the deepening of socio-cultural values that exist in the Wannas community of Koya Koso village based on ethno-religion caused by the integration of the Bugis tribe in it. The research seeks to reveal an ethno-religious group which is an ethnic group of people whose members are also united by different religious and ethnic backgrounds. The concept of socio cultural values is an inculcation of a way of life of respect, sincerity, and tolerance for the diversity of cultures that live in the midst of a plural society. The research method used is field research or field research with a qualitative approach with data sources from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study describe the conditions that exist in the Wannas hamlet, Koya Koso village among the indigenous Papuans, migrant communities from the Bugis tribe of South Sulawesi are able to adapt to the surrounding environmental conditions and understand the local culture but their is no significant cultural acculturation, this illustrates that integration socio-cultural values of respect for differences, religious tolerance, and social coherence.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, and work environment on employee performance either partially or simultaneously between variables. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Lakawan is 125 people with a total sample of 95 employees. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is SPSS with classical assumptions and multiple regression. The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence between leadership on employee performance, the better the leadership, the higher the employee performance. A positive effect of compensation on employee performance was also found, which means that giving appropriate compensation will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Then the work environment variable also found a positive influence on employee performance, meaning that the more comfortable the employee is in the work environment, the better the performance will be. While the variables of leadership, compensation, and work environment together, were found to be able to improve the performance of employees of PT. Come on. The most dominant variable contributing to employee performance is the work environment.
