Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of consumer satisfaction in using goods delivery services on J&T Express in West Nias Regency. This study is a descriptive research with qualitative approach with J&T Express research object of West Nias Regency. Data sources are taken from documentation, interview results and observation results. In this study, interviews with various questions on research topics were conducted directly. The results of the study show that consumers are less satisfied in the services provided by J&T Express Nias Barat in terms of delivery services and delivery of goods to direct consumer addresses, where many consumers complain whether it is delay in delivery of goods, damage to goods, couriers making unilateral cancellation of goods or errors of delivery that become an evaluation material for J&T's own services so that the service provided to consumers is even better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of the use of personal protective equipment on the occupational safety and health of the medical personnel. This study use two variables, namely the use of PPE with Occupational safety and health at the Afulu Health Center UPTD, North Nias District. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, from the research findings it can be concluded that the use of personal protective equipment can explain occupational safety and health by 0,731 wuth a percenatage of 73,1% and remaining 26,9% being influenced by other variables that are not in the research. From the result of the T test calculation that T count>t table, namely 3,262>2,034 and the significant value is 0,003<0,05. So it can be said that the use of personal protective equipment has as positive and significant effect of on occupational safety and health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kearsipan dalam upaya meningkatkan pengelolaan penatausahaan administrasi dan mengetahui kendala manajemen kearsipan dalam upaya meningkatkan pengelolaan penatausahaan administrasi di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman kota Gunungsitoli. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip pada Dinas Perkim Kota Gunungsitoli belum terlaksana secara optimal, masih banyaknya masalah-masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pengelolaan arsip mulai dari penciptaan hingga pemusnahan arsip, hal tersebut membuat proses dari pengelolaan tersebut belum optimal. Dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip Dinas Perkim Kota Gunungsitoli menghadapi beberapa hambatan yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan pegawai, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, ketiadaan gedung khusus tempat penyimpanan arsip, belum melaksanakan penyusustan dokumen arsip, tidak ada SOP penyimpanan arsip, serta tantangan penggunaan arsip digital. Kata kunci: Manajemen Kearsipan, Pengelolaan Penatausahaan Administrasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out consumer preferences in designing traditional Nias clothing, find out the design after conducting a SWOT analysis, and find out the obstacles that exist in the process of making traditional Nias clothes. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The sample in this study were 6 people consisting of business owners, traditional leaders, employees, and consumers. Data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations. The results of this study are steps in determining consumer preferences in designing traditional Nias clothing at UD. Vivi is the determination of the size motif and type of material, color selection based on market demand, the design produced by UD. Vivi in designing Nias traditional clothing is seen in terms of shape, size, quality, and product durability, the findings of threats to UD. Vivi is that it can come from various factors, namely competition, changes in market trends, changes in consumer preferences, especially among the younger generation who may prefer clothes with modern styles rather than traditional ones, which can reduce demand for traditional Nias clothing, the influence of foreign cultures: Influence from outside culture, and the tools used are still traditional.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how distribution channels are, the factors that influence distribution channels and distribution channel strategies in increasing customer satisfaction at Lion Parcel Gunungsitoli City. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The sample in this study was 4 people consisting of business owners, admin staff (couriers) and customers at Lion Parcel Gunungsitoli City. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The results of this research are firstly that the distribution channel at Lion Parcel is quite good, prioritizing good service quality and providing convenience in carrying out transactions and bonuses for regular customers, secondly, the factors that influence distribution at Lion Parcel in Gunungsitoli City are the distance that is quite far and the infrastructure does not support it and the courier staff is still minimal and the third is Lion Parcel Gunungsitoli City, namely adding workers so that goods can be distributed properly and looking for other alternatives to speed up the distribution process.

Abstract

The phenomena that occurred at the research location were as follows: 1) lack of active participation of village communities in the development process; 2) lack of basic infrastructure development such as roads, electricity, and internet access is very important for village progress; 3) lack of sustainable management of natural resources to protect the environment and ensure the availability of resources for future generations. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Village SDGs System and sustainable development in Loloana'a Gido Village, Gido District, Nias Regency. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. And the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the interview above, it can provide an explanation of the Analysis of the Village SDGs System in Sustainable Development in Loloana'a Gido Village, Gido District, Nias Regency. Analysis of the Village SDGs system is an important approach to understanding the objectives of SDGs can be implemented in an integrated manner at the village level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) pada Percetakan Delaux Paper di Kota Gunungsitoli untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Delaux Paper telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui kontrol yang ketat, pemilihan bahan berkualitas, dan inovasi berkelanjutan, memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan. Namun, ada beberapa kelemahan dalam kualitas pelayanan, terutama dalam keandalan dan ketanggapan terhadap permintaan pelanggan. Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan responsivitas dan empati dalam situasi komplain pelanggan. Penerapan TQM telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, namun perbaikan lebih lanjut masih diperlukan dalam beberapa aspek pelayanan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan TQM dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

Waste that is not managed properly can have various negative impacts on the environment and public health, such as air and water pollution, aesthetic disturbances, and an increased risk of vector-borne diseases such as flies and rats. In traditional markets, this problem often arises due to the high buying and selling activities that produce various types of waste, both organic and inorganic. This study aims to identify the characteristics of waste produced in the traditional market of Gunungsitoli City, analyze the level of traders' participation in waste management, and examine the factors that affect this participation. The research methods used are a qualitative approach through direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews with traders and market visitors, and analysis of waste management policies that have been implemented by local governments and market managers. The results of the study show that even though market managers routinely socialize about cleanliness, traders' awareness to manage waste independently is still low. The main factors causing this are the limitations of waste management facilities, such as the availability of sorted waste bins, and the low understanding of traders about the adverse effects of waste on health and the environment. Therefore, continuous collaboration is needed between local governments, market managers, and the community, especially traders, to build a better cleanliness culture. Efforts that can be made include providing adequate infrastructure, training or education on waste management, and providing incentives or strict sanctions for traders so that they are more motivated to maintain cleanliness. With this integrated approach, it is hoped that waste management in the traditional market of Gunungsitoli City can run more effectively and sustainably.
