This research done in Polytechnic State of Sriwijaya and aimed at: finding the influence of Job Characteristic, individual characteristic, motivation on Lecturer Performance. This research used data that collected by survey with lecturer as respondent. Ninety five respondents were choosing as the samples by Stratified Random Sampling Method. Path Analyisis techniques were used to analyze data with use SPSS version 15.00 for windows. Job Characteristic, individual characteristic, as the independent variables (X), and Lecturer Performance as the dependent variables (Y). The results revealed that Job Characteristic has a significant effect on motivation. Perceived usefulness partially has a significant effect on computer self efficacy. Perceived ease of use partially has a significant effect on computer self efficacy. Attitude, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use simultaneously have significant effect on computer self efficacy.Key words:Job Characteristic, Individual Characteristic, Motivation, Performance

This study aims to determine the influence of the physical environment, perceived value, and image of hotel on consumer behavioral intentions. Population of this research is all the people who've been stay at 3 and 4 star hotels in Palembang. Based on the number of existing populations obtained amount of sample is 183 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling technique with a type of accidental sampling. Based on ANOVA test results F count is 82.420 and F table is 3.189 with significance 0.000 <0.05, so the regression model can be used to predict the influence of the physical environment, perceived value and image of hotel on consumer behavioral intentions to choosing hotel. Statistical analysis showed that physical environmental factors have not significant effect on consumer behavioral intentions to choosing hotel. Perceived value have significant effect on consumer behavioral intentions to choosing hotel. Image of hotel have significant effect on consumer behavioral intentions to choosing hotel. Therefore, 3 and 4 star hotels in Palembang need to pay attention to develop and maintain better physical environments so that positive perceptions of image and value can be developed to create customers’ positive behavioral intentions

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Market Orientation, Organizational Culture and Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Marketing Performance of Small Businesses. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews to the owner or manager of a small business in Palembang City. The population in this study is manufacturing of Small Business in Palembang, amount of 1,687. Based on the population obtained a sample of 94 respondents. Data collection techniques used is Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling Method. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to see the effect of the independent variables, namely Market Orientation, Organizational Culture and Orientation on Marketing Performance of Small Business. The results explained that the Market Orientation, Organizational Culture and Entrepreneurship Orientation simultaneously have significant effect on Marketing Performance OF Small Business. Then, partially market orientation have significant effect on Marketing Performance of Small Business. Organizational culture have significant effect on Marketing Performance OF Small Business. Entrepreneurship orientation have significant effect on Marketing Performance OF Small Business.

Culinary tourism is part of tourism activities that continue to grow in Indonesia, but studies on culinary tourism are still rarely. The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship among the image of a tourism destination, experiential value perception with tourist satisfaction while in the culinary attractions. The study was conducted in Palembang City which is known as a city with a variety of typical traditional foods. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 140 local tourists who visited culinary attractions in Palembang City. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis method with data processing software namely AMOS and SPSS. Research findings state that the image of tourism destinations has a relationship with the experiential value perception significantly. Then, the experiential value perception has a relationship with tourist satisfaction significantly and the image of tourism destinations has a relationship with tourist satisfaction significantly. Implications of research results can be useful for referrals for other researchers or parties interested in culinary tourism destinations

The development of tourism in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly and become one of the sectors that play a major role in developing the economy and improving people's welfare. This study aimed to determine the effect of advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing on decision tourist visits (study on Water Fun Palembang). Respondents selected is the visitor of Water Fun amounted to 120 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, the researchers used their own judgment by way of deliberate in selecting members of the population which are considered to provide specific information in accordance with the desired criteria researchers. The effect of advertising variable on the decision of tourist to visit is 0.391. The effect of sales promotion variables on the decision of tourist to visit is 0.240. There is an effect of direct marketing variables on the decision of the tourist to visit amounted to 0.334. Manager of Water Fun Palembang should maintain and where possible to improve the promotion through advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing so that tourists will still decide to visit Water Fun.

Analisis laporan keuangan daerah sangat penting dalam rangka menilai pengelolaan keuangan daerah berdasarkan prinsip akuntabilitas dan prinsip transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis laporan keuangan daerah dengan menggunakan rasio kemandirian, rasio efektifitas, rasio efisiensi, rasio aktivitas dan rasio pertumbuhan untuk periode 2016 s.d. 2020. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat kemandirian keuangan sangat rendah dan memiliki pola hubungan instruktif dengan rasio di bawah 25%. Rasio aktivitas berada pada kriteria “kurang efektif” karena memiliki nilai di bawah 100%. Rasio efisiensi kurang dari 100% yang berarti pemerintah telah melakukan efisiensi anggaran. Rasio aktivitas menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran untuk belanja rutin lebih besar daripada pengeluaran untuk belanja pembangunan. Rasio pertumbuhan menunjukkan pergerakan yang fluktuatif dan tidak stabil.

This research aims to determine the significance of Electronic Word of Mouth both partially and simultaneously on tourists decision to visit at Puncak Mas Lampung. The research methods used descriptive method with quantitative approach. Total population drawn from the data one years back as many as 210.000 people. The sample technique used is convenience sampling as many as 100 respondent. Techniques of collecting data through questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. Analysis data was procesed by using the SPSS program version 24 with analysis tecnique used is multiple regression. The result of this research show that partially concern for other has not positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit. But expressing positive feelings, helping the company and platform assiatance has positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit. Concern for other, expressing positive feelings, helping the company and platform assistance simultaneously have positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Physical Environment on Visiting Decisions. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of survey techniques to visitors who have come or visited Semambu Island Tourism Village through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, this study uses incidental sampling technique with a sample of 70 respondents. The research data uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis processed with IBM SPSS Ver 25. The results show that the physical environment and tourist attractions have a positive relationship and have a significant effect on visiting decisions.

This research uses a quantitative approach using numbers, starting from data collection, data interpretation, and discussion of the results of the analysis. This type of research is causal research, which is research that shows the causal relationship between independent variables on the dependent variable in addition to measuring the strength of the relationship between these variables through hypothesis testing. The research method used in this study is a survey method. The population in this study are consumers who have enjoyed food in local restaurants in Palembang. The type of sampling used is purposive sampling. To meet the minimum requirements for a path analysis tool, 240 study respondents were taken with the provisions of the selection of consumers who have enjoyed food at a local restaurant in Palembang with certain considerations. The results show that service quality and restaurant image, both have a linear relationship with perceived value, while physical environment is found to have no effect on perceived value. It is also found that service quality, physical environment, restaurant image and perceived value, all have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the causality relationship among destination image, tourist motivation, service quality and perceived value on tourist satisfaction and loyalty. Population in this study was tourists who had visited in four tourist destinations in Palembang namely: Jakabaring Sport City, Kemaro Island, Benteng Kuto Besak and Kambang Iwak Park. The analysis method used in this study is path analysis, with sample of the research were 180 respondents and type of sampling used was purposive sampling. The results indicated that there were significant effects destination image, service quality, perceived value on tourist satisfaction. There was no significant effect tourist motivation on tourist satisfaction. Then, there was a significant effect destination image and tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty. There was no significant effect perceived value on tourist loyalty.
