Abstract

The year 2015 telecommunications company (PT Telkom) launched a new culture is referred to as Community cultural Activation Provocation is the role of management strategy with optimization of the function of coordination, communication and performance or so-called fan. Fan culture is a breakthrough in efficiency to make it as one of the keys to success in any company. Based on problems in the work unit, the review results against sorcery, finally giving the analysis and answer the problems in work units can actually be ditengahkan, with the process of optimization of the function of communication, coordination and performance through. The result of the author's findings, i.e. as a strategy-oriented management effectiveness on the performance expected, namely reaching 100T then one of the officers of the competence is the increase in effort which also deals with the placement of employees on the job that suits your skills and education. This is a form of coordination and communication. Thus it can be said that the coordination and communication is closely related to the performance of the employees in the exercise of activities in achieving the objectives of each work unit, including progress in the company of Telkom.Keywords: Culture; Management Strategies, Efficiency, Coordination, Communication,Performance

Abstract

Job satisfaction issues are also inseparable from the daily lives of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Singosari Unit, Malang. It can be seen that job satisfaction is still not fulfilled. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine and analyze the influence of job descriptions and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction partially, (2) to identify and analyze the effect of job descriptions and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction simultaneously, and (3) to know and analyze the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. In this study the population is all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The Singosari Malang Unit has a total of 31 people and all of them will be used as research samples or called Quota Sampling. Quota Sampling states that the sample component is the same as the composition of the population with regard to the characteristics of interest. From the research results it can be seen that (1) Job description variable and organizational culture partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) Job description variable and organizational culture has a significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. (3) Job description variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SMA Negeri 1 Pagak Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research, sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan etos kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 65,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (4) Variabel etos kerja adalah variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,865.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; a) the partial influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee work productivity, b) the simultaneous influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee work productivity, and c) dominant influencing factors on work productivity. The population in this study were all employees of the State Junior High School 1 Pakis Malang Regency a total of 75 people. in this study the researchers made the entire population (75 employees) as a sample. So the number of samples in this study was 75 people. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. research results show; a) leadership style variables and job satisfaction partially affect work productivity, b) leadership style variables and job satisfaction simultaneously affect work productivity, and c) job satisfaction variables are the most dominant variables affecting employee work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aimed a) to find and analyze the effect of work stress and information technology on employee performance partially, b) to identify and analyze the effect of work stress and information technology on employee performance simultaneously, and c) to find out and analyze the dominant influence on employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of SMP Negeri 2 Pakis Kabupaten Malang, a total of 35 people. In this stud,y the researchers made the entire population (35 employees) as a sample which was 35 people. The data analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Research results showed; a) the variables of work stress and information technology had a partial effect on employee performance, b) variables of work stress and information technology simultaneously influenced employee performance, and c) information technology variable had the most dominant influences on the performance. Abstract

Pelaku usaha (UMKM, Bumdes, KWT) sebagian besar masih kurang memahami pemasaran berbasis digital(digital marketing). Keterbatasan dalam teknologi ini mengakibatkan pangsa pasar untuk produk-produk darikarangploso sangat lemah. Hal ini berdampak pada kemajuan industri masyarakat yang saat ini dijalankan oleh UMKM. Artikel ini berisi kegiatan PkM di Kecamatan Karangploso, Malang yang fokus kepada pendampingan peningkatan produk hingga digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah qualitative approach dengan observasi lapangan. Hasil PkM berupa pembahasan aspek telah dibahas untuk mencari solusi dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai SMP Negeri 1 Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Variabel stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 33,3%, (2) Variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 46,0%, (3) Variabel beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 66,6%, (4) Variabel stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 73,9%, (5) Variabel beban kerja adalah variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,878.

Abstract

Pada umumnya prestasi kerja pegawai  dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kualitas pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dan manajemen mereka. Setiap karyawan akan bersaing dalam mendapatkan prestasi kerja pada pekerjaanya. Tentunya persaingan prestasi kerja di dukung oleh lingkugan kerja dan budaya organisasi yang nyaman dan tidak ada tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Negeri 2 Sumbermanjing Wetan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Sumbermanjing Wetan sejumlah 30 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah prestasi kerja. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi  mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, artinya apabila dilakukan peningkatan lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi yang semakin baik dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai.Kata kunci:  lingkungan kerja; budaya organisasi; prestasi kerja pegawai

Abstract

The acceptance of local potentials and resources for the management of land with the concept of rice fields to be used as shops (paddy cafes). Several changes also accompanied, including the acceptance point of view by the community in which the concept of a rice field cafe is considered a driving force and an impetus for the community's economy. Of course, this is an interesting urgency for presenting scientific research that aims to find out which variables affect the acceptance of innovation in the form of a rice field cafe concept involving 51 respondents, and then uses the integration of two approaches, namely TAM and UTAUT. For UTAUT, a new variable was added, which was Brand and Service Trust. Then, all of these variables were formed into a conceptual model and processed with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The obtained results indicate the acceptance of 7 out of 8 hypotheses. This shows the positive influence of the respondents on the acceptance of the visit and their willingness to be exposed to the concept of a rice field cafe. The final result of this research is that the respondents of this research have felt the acceptance of the development of the economic potential resulting from the rice field cafe concept.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze existing literature on the impact of digital marketing on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Novelty: The findings show that digital marketing began to be noticed by large companies during the emergence of Web 2.0. Research Method: The method used a systematic literature review approach using the Scopus database with the keywords digital marketing and MSMEs. This study provides insight into the development of digital marketing and the impact of digital marketing on MSMEs. The practical implications of this research are that this study provides a theoretical analysis of the benefits received by MSMEs if they adopt digital marketing and that this study also provides further scope for digital marketers to approach their targets. The results of this study can be a valuable guide for companies in optimizing their marketing strategies in this digital era. Conclusion: This study is highly relevant considering the important role of social media in driving current marketing strategies. By examining social media advertising reviews and their impact on growth, this study can provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Through careful analysis, this study can identify the factors that influence the success of social media advertising and how it impacts business growth.
