Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to physical objects with sensors, computing power, software, and other technologies that communicate and exchange data with other devices, platforms, and systems over the Internet or other communication networks. Remarkable developments in IoT have paved the way for new possibilities, enabling the creation and automation of innovative services and advanced applications and constituting a collection of crucial enabling technologies for smart homes. In this New-Normal Era, the concept of an IoT-based Smart Air Conditioner (AC) as a Preventive Effort against COVID-19 is a proposed innovation and application. The Smart AC is designed based on the analysis of existing problems and is equipped with literature obtained in the study. The purpose of this study is to review the research literature on IoT-enabled Smart AC to emphasize the main trends and open problems of integrating IoT technology to create sustainable and efficient Smart homes. The IoT-based Smart AC was designed and equipped with air quality filter features, human sensors, temperature control, voice control, Cloud Storage, and Solar Panel services that can be controlled via smartphone devices. From the framework and study results, the IoT offers many benefits. The IoT-based Smart AC concept is one step ahead of existing AC products.

Abstract

This research aims to design an information system for buying and selling motorbike units using the Waterfall method. The information system for buying and selling motorbike units has an important role in supporting motorbike sales business activities, from ordering to the payment process. The design of this system was carried out by following the Waterfall method approach which consists of several stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The needs analysis stage involves identifying business and system user needs, including required functions and system requirements. Next, system design is carried out by designing the structure, interface and transaction process flow using the notation and methods provided by the Waterfall method. In implementation, an information system for buying and selling motorbike units is developed based on the design that has been created. Then, testing is carried out to verify the success of the system in carrying out its functions and ensure conformity with the specified needs. After that, the system is ready for use and maintenance is carried out to maintain the performance and reliability of the system on an ongoing basis. By applying the Waterfall method in designing a motor unit buying and selling transaction information system, it is hoped that it can produce a system that is structured, has functions that suit business needs, and is tested overall. The Waterfall method also allows developers to have a clear understanding of each design stage before moving on to the next, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and deficiencies in the system.

Abstract

Some motorbike service workshops generally do not use information technology, so there are several obstacles found in their business processes. Where the process of recording service data takes quite a long time because the data is still written manually using books, so there is still a lot of data that is still not neatly arranged. When inputting service data there are often errors, so that the service data is no longer accurate. Then checking, updating and searching for spare parts stock takes a long time, because there are no reports of spare parts stock that will run out or have already run out. So if there are consumers who need spare parts, it is often these consumers. The wait was quite long because the company checked manually by checking directly at the warehouse. The Unified Modeling Language design model can make it easier for system developers to design the system that will be created because of its object-oriented nature. This Motorcycle Dealer Service Management Information System can make it easier for workshop admins to process motorbike service data in Motorcycle Workshops. By using this Motorcycle Dealer Service Management Information System, you can save time and simplify admin performance in carrying out motorbike servicing and creating service transaction reports.

Abstract

Community service is an activity that aims to help a particular community in several activities. This activity is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, an educational activity in the community in the form of introducing website-based motorbike sales technology. This technology was introduced in order to increase sales of motorbikes, especially to 2-wheeled motorbike brokers. The program partner is the two-wheeled motorbike broker community in Kedungwuni sub-district, Pekalongan district. With many problems occurring, one of which is lack of sales and lack of knowledge of buyers as well as crime when purchasing vehicles. In this service, we developed a motorbike sales application that utilizes advances in information technology to overcome these obstacles. This application is designed with a user-friendly interface, so it can be used easily by the realtor community. In the framework of this service, we also carry out outreach and training to the broker community regarding the use of this application. The aim is for the realtor community to optimize their motorbike sales potential through this application, as well as obtain other benefits, such as wider access to the market and efficiency of time and energy. Through this service, it is hoped that it can increase efficiency and effectiveness in the motorbike sales process, as well as provide benefits to the broker community in increasing access to the market. The results of program implementation show that the broker community received the training quite well with a score of 66.5%.

Abstract

Every agency needs letters, especially the Village Office, because many people need them for purposes such as moving, getting married, giving birth, etc. West Kedungwuni is one of the sub-districts in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java. Prototyping is used when developing systems. This model produces software prototypes that allow users and developers to interact during the information system development process. After completing all research stages, the system created can meet the needs stated in the problem formulation and can assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail in West Kedungwuni District by integrating the database with the Mobile application. Abstract

This paper discusses the implementation of a payment gateway in the mobile-based Pawon Mbok'E eating house ordering system. The integration of a payment gateway into mobile applications is crucial for facilitating secure and convenient transactions. Pawon Mbok'E aims to enhance customer satisfaction by enabling users to order food and make payments seamlessly through their mobile devices. Method research used is development system order mobile based with payment gateway integration. This implementation involves selecting an appropriate payment gateway, integrating it with the existing ordering system, ensuring security measures are in place, and testing for reliability and user-friendliness. The success of this implementation will provide Pawon Mbok'E customers with a streamlined ordering and payment process, thereby improving overall service efficiency and customer experience. Abstract

The Mobile Event Decoration Booking System is an innovative solution designed to facilitate users in ordering event decorations. By implementing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method and the PIECES framework, this system ensures that the developed application meets the needs and expectations of users. This research aims to identify and analyze key features in the ordering process and evaluate user satisfaction with the application. Respondents provide valuable feedback regarding the interface, functionality, and overall user experience through UAT. The research results indicate that this application can enhance the efficiency of bookings, reduce communication errors between service providers and customers, and offer a better experience. With the application of the UAT method, users feel that this system effectively meets their needs, resulting in an improved experience in event planning. These findings suggest that the factors influencing user satisfaction and interest are adequate and should be maintained. The Mobile Event Decoration Booking System has successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the booking service, with an average user satisfaction rate of 95%.

Abstract

This research aims to implement QR code technology in an Android-based futsal field rental system. The development method used is an Android-based software development method (Mobile Apps Development). QR codes are used as a medium for user identification and verification when ordering a futsal field. This system is designed to make it easier for users to make field reservations quickly and efficiently. Users can make orders via the Android application by scanning the QR code available at the futsal field location. The implementation results show that using QR codes can speed up the reservation process and reduce the possibility of data input errors. Apart from that, using this system can also improve the user experience in ordering futsal fields. It is hoped that the implementation of QR codes in this system can increase efficiency and convenience in the overall futsal field ordering process.

Abstract

The application of the Design Thinking method in the development of a mobile web-based online mail system aims to increase efficiency and convenience in creating, managing, and sending letters digitally. Design Thinking, as an approach that focuses on solving problems by understanding user needs in depth, is used to design more intuitive and user-centric solutions in online correspondence systems. This approach consists of five main stages: empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing, all of which have an important role to play in creating mobile web applications that are accessible, secure, and meet user needs, both in terms of functionality and user experience. In the ideation stage, various concepts and features that can improve efficiency, such as automated mail delivery, cloud-based mail archive management, and electronic notifications and verification, were developed. In the prototyping stage, the design of the interface and basic functions of the application is created which is then tested by involving users to obtain feedback that can improve the system. Testing is carried out on an iterative basis, with a focus on testing functionality and user experience, to ensure that the application can be used effectively and efficiently. The results of the implementation show that this system can increase the speed and ease of digital mail management and provide a better user experience compared to conventional mail systems

Abstract

Serangan siber berbasis pemindaian jaringan dan eksploitasi sistem menjadi ancaman signifikan bagi keamanan aplikasi web. Alat seperti Nmap dan Metasploit banyak digunakan oleh peretas untuk mengidentifikasi celah keamanan serta mengeksploitasi sistem target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas layanan Cloudflare dalam memitigasi serangan reconnaissance dan eksploitasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimental dengan melakukan simulasi serangan terhadap dua lingkungan server: satu tanpa proteksi Cloudflare dan satu dengan konfigurasi penuh layanan Cloudflare. Serangan dilakukan menggunakan teknik pemindaian port dan service enumeration dari Nmap, serta injeksi payload eksploitasi menggunakan Metasploit Framework. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Cloudflare mampu secara signifikan mengurangi keberhasilan pemindaian dan eksploitasi, dengan tingkat deteksi dan pemblokiran mencapai lebih dari 90% terhadap permintaan mencurigakan. Fitur seperti Web Application Firewall (WAF), rate limiting, dan penyembunyian IP server terbukti efektif dalam menghambat proses pengintaian serta serangan berbasis payload otomatis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Cloudflare merupakan solusi mitigasi yang efisien dalam meningkatkan ketahanan sistem web terhadap serangan berbasis Nmap dan Metasploit.
