Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bumdes Karya Agung Mandiri di Desa Pasir Agung Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Costumers Statisfaction Index (CSI). Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan BUMDes Karya Agung Mandiri Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 252 orang. Sampel diambil secara sengaja dengan melihat nasabah yang masih aktif selama 5 tahun dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dari metode Importance Performance Analysis  (IPA) terdapat 3 atribut yang termasuk kedalam Kuadran I, 9 atribut pada Kaudran II, 10 atribut pada Kuadran III, dan 3 atribut pada Kuadran IV. Sedangkan hasil dari metode Costumers Statisfaction Index (CSI) menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan untuk atribut kualitas pelayanan pelanggan adalah 77,04% berada pada rentan 66% - 80% dengan kateogri “puas”. Artinya secara keseluruhan pelanggan BUMDes Karya Agung Mandiri sudah puas atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh BUMDes.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial feasibility of the dairy goat farming business at Azka Amanah Farm, located in Rambah Village, Rambah Hilir District. The research aims to examine the business profile, analyze income, and assess the financial feasibility of the enterprise. A case study approach was used, applying quantitative analysis to evaluate cash flow and financial feasibility. The results indicate that the business is managed systematically, with the selection of superior livestock breeds, a planned breeding pattern, and high-quality feed provision. The farm's revenue has significantly increased yearly, mainly from the sale of goat kids, feces, urine, and milk. Financial analysis shows that the business is profitable, with an NPV of Rp. 377.922.948, an IRR of 66%, a Net B/C ratio of 3.11 (>1), and a Payback Period of 1 year, 4 months, and 11 days. These findings indicate that the dairy goat farming business at Azka Amanah Farm is financially feasible and has promising prospects for further development.

Abstract

MSMEs in Ujung Batu District tend to have higher incomes than Tandun District. This difference is indirectly suspected to be influenced by three main factors, namely the initial capital, the length of the business, and the location of the business. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the differences in the income of culinary MSMEs in Ujung Batu and Tandun Districts, Rokan Hulu Regency. The main factors studied include initial capital, business location, and length of business. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through surveys, interviews guided by questionnaires, and documentation with a sample of 98 business actors. Data analysis was carried out by independent sample t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in income between culinary MSMEs in Ujung Batu and Tandun Districts, where Ujung Batu had an average income of IDR 26,765,306 higher than Tandun with an income of IDR 17,903,061. In addition, the results of the regression test revealed differences in variables that affected income, where in Ujung Batu the significant variables were Initial Capital (X1) and Duration of Business (X3). while in Tandun the significant influence is Initial Capital (X1) and Business Location (X2). This study recommends that Tandun MSME actors can increase initial capital so that the MSMEs that are run can sell competitive products and it is recommended that Tandun MSMEs can choose strategic business locations, for example, close to crowds and have a large parking lot.
