Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the impact of promotion strategies and pricing on the level of customer satisfaction related to the acquisition of Erigo fashion products, with a specific focus on customers in the Wonomerto District area. The methodological approach applied is quantitative, involving the distribution of survey instruments to individuals who have purchased Erigo products. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques to measure the contribution of each independent variable. The study findings indicate that promotion has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, primarily driven by the level of information exposure and the quality of marketing communication content. Pricing was also demonstrated to have a substantial influence, with the alignment between monetary value and product quality being the main driver of satisfaction. In aggregate, both promotion and price show a strong contribution toward increasing consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi yang semakin berkembang Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) sangat penting untuk diterapkan di perusahaan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa efektif dan efisien kinerja pegawai, terutama pada perusahaan distribusi produk makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Adhikari Universal sentosa selaku perusahaan distribusi produk Nestlé di kota Langsa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peranan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pengendalian sales order. Perusahaan distributor ini menggunakan sistem NexDis 6 (ND6) sebagai Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) yang dirancang untuk membantu manajemen penjualan dan distribusi produk. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peranan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam meningkatkan produktivitsa dan pengendalian distribusi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah supervisor sales dan karyawan yang berinteraksi langsung dengan penggunaan sistem ND6. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitataif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data secara wawancara, observasi dan hasil dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis sistem ND6 terbukti mampu mempercepat kinerja karyawan dimana tingkat akurasi pencatatan menjadi lebih akurat, proses interaksi informasi dapat diakses dengan cepat dan terpusat serta terbukti efektif dalam pengendalian sales order melalui pemantauan pesanan dan stock barang secara realtime, mampu meminimalisir kesalahan pesanan dan hoordinasi antar bagian semakin meningkat.

Abstract

With Generation Z entering the workforce, they bring a new perspective to their work expectations, prioritizing balance and flexibility in their work. This literature review has the purpose of analyzing any impact from Work-life balance towards performance by employee in companies nowadays. By examining 10 recently empirical studies conducted across various sectors also geographical contexts, this study provides consistent evidence of a true and significantally association between WLB and employee performance. Work–life balance reflects individuals’ capacity to manage work-related demands alongside personal responsibilities and is widely recognized as a key factor in fostering a healthy, productive, and sustainable work environment. These findings confirm that organizations that effectively implement WLB policies are able to boost employee well-being and also boost their quality work. Therefore, work–life balance needs to be prioritized as part of human resource management strategies to support improved employee performance and organizational or company sustainability. This review provides a conceptual contribution to companies and researchers in understanding the necessity of Work–life balance become main aspect for improving employee quality of work.
