Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the application of quality management in terms of eight educational standards in elementary schools, 2) to determine the supporting factors for the implementation of quality management in elementary schools, 3) to determine the inhibiting factors of quality management in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative research conducted in public elementary schools in Makassar district with the research subjects being the principals and teachers at public elementary schools in Makassar district who are the team for formulating eight National Education Standards in their respective schools. Data was collected by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques through data reduction, data display and data verification, while the validity of the data uses credibility, time triangulation, transperability, dependability, confirmability. The research results obtained are 1) The implementation of quality management is carried out with four activities, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of quality management in schools, namely the leadership of the principal, facilities and infrastructure that are fulfilled and good relations with residents in the school. around school. 3) The inhibiting factors for implementing quality management in schools are teachers who have not mastered 4 skills, namely pedagogic, personality, professional and social. Abstract

Di Era globalisasi saat ini, setiap lulusan pada jenjang pendidikan khususnya sekolah menegah kejuruan SMK berada pada tingkat kegagalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui pengaruh pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan serta lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 7 Pinrang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian assosiatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI multimedia 1, multimedia 2, dan multimedia 3 berjumlah 92 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisiskan mengunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran produk kratif dan kewirausahaan serta lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 7 Pinrang, dimana kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 87% dan sisanya sebesar 13% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa  semakin baik pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan serta lingkungan keluarga, maka minat berwirausaha siswa akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Moodle is an application program that can change learning media into web form. The benefits of using MOODLE online are very important, especially in the current era of the covid-19 pandemic. This research study is about the Development of Interactive Learning Media Using Moodle During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Class X Economics at SMA 4 Muhammadiyah Makassar. This research is a penelitian reserch and development (R&D). Research with 38 students in class X in SMA 4 Muhammadiyah Makassar conducted online. The results of this study indicate that the analysis phase of students requires the development of interactive learning media using Moodle in economics subjects with specialization in the role of economic actors in economic activities, the design of instructional media designs in the form of flowcharts, storyboards, compiling materials, practice questions, quizzes, and compiling media assessment instrumens and student responses. The validation development stage by material experts obtained an average value of 4.61 with the "Very Eligible" category, media expert validation obtained an average value of 4.36 with the "Very Eligible" category, the validation of economic learning practitioners obtained a value of 4, 19 with the "Eligible" category, Implementation Phase (Implementation), at this stage the results obtained showed a positive response with a percentage of 65% for all indicators. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the delivery of material, questions, and discussions is clear, the media is designed in an attractive manner, the use of media can improve understanding and this media is useful in learning activities. and develop media assessment instrumens and student responses

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Cross-Sectoral Activities Convergence Action in Stunting Handling in Sinjai district. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview techniques. Technical data validation. The data analysis technique used consists of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that in the Implementation of Cross-Sectoral Activities Convergence Action in Stunting Handling (Case Study: Sinjai Regency) seen from the implementation of public policy concepts, namely efforts to create relationships that allow policies to be realized such as Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stunting Prevention and Handling in Villages and Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2021 concerning Stunting Prevention and Handling in Regions that  is a guide in the implementation of integrated stunting handling interventions and the existence of Regional Head committees as seen from the Decree of the Regent of Sinjai Number 363 of 2022 concerning the Formation of a Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction in Sinjai Regency. Meanwhile, judging from the implementation of public policy in Sinjai Regency in terms of handling stunting, there are 6 dimensions of assessment. Of the six dimensions, there are 4 dimensions that are included in the good assessment, namely Inter-Organization Communication, Characteristics of the Implementing Organization, Economic, Social, and Political Conditions and Implementing Tendencies. While 2 dimensions are considered quite good, namely Standards, Objectives, Policies, and Resources. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation has been running but needs consistency in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of strategic management and the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Pergis Campalagian and determine the implementation of strategic management on the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Perus Campalagian Kab. Polewali Mandar. This type of research is a qualitative research. The instruments used to collect data are interviews and documentation and then analyzed using reduction analysis, display and analysis stages of verification and conclusion drawing. The results of this study illustrate that the implementation of strategic management at Madrasah Aliyah Pergis Campalagian is going well. However, this needs to be improved, especially in the aspect of strategy formulation and implementation. Meanwhile, the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah seen from the input, process and output requires management activities, especially in the input and educational process aspects. The implementation of strategic management on the quality of education must be supported by the leadership of qualified principals, so as to produce the right decisions.

Abstract

Organizational transformation in the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) has a high urgency given its central role in the democratic system and public decision-making. This study aims to examine the organizational transformation of the DPRD of Takalar Regency and to analyze the determinant factors in the organizational transformation of the institution. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants for this study consisted of DPRD secretariats, DPRD members, and political party officials, with a total of 21 informants. This research collects primary data through FGD. The results of the study show that organizational transformation at the DPRD Takalar secretariat is carried out to 1) increase efficiency in policy-making and supervising executive performance through optimizing decision-making processes and improving legislative products; 2) strengthen accountability and transparency in DPRD; and 3) strengthening the relationship between the DPRD and the community. DPRD must be an inclusive forum for public participation and community aspirations. Overall, organizational transformation in the DPRD has a high urgency to improve efficiency, accountability, capacity, and relations with the community. By adopting an approach that focuses on system change, organizational culture, and community involvement, DPRD can become a more responsive, effective institution, and able to respond to the challenges faced by society and the state.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) the magnitude of the direct influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, (2) the magnitude of the direct influence of the family environment on student learning outcomes, (3) the magnitude of the direct influence of learning activities on student learning outcomes, (4) the magnitude of the influence indirectly, learning motivation and family environment on learning outcomes through student learning activities in social studies subjects at SMPN 4 Mangarabombang. This research is a quantitative research with a research designex post facto type which was held at SMPN 4 Mangarabomban in May - July 2022.The population in this study as many as 257 people with the sampling technique is random sampling with a total sample of 156 people. The procedure for collecting data is through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used consisted of: (1) Path Analysis, (2) T-test at a 5% alpha significant level. The results showed that; (1) Learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with the value of t-count < t-table (3.877 > 1.976), (2) Family environment has an effect but not significant on learning outcomes because the value of t-count < t-table (0.313 <1,976) with a value of of0.025, (3) Learning activities have a significant effect on learning outcomes with the value of t-count < t-table (7,749 > 1,976). (4) Learning motivation has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.262 greater than the direct effect of 0.257, (5) Family environment has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.259 greater than the direct effect, namely 0.021, (6) Simultaneously, learning motivation and family environment have an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.521 which is also greater than the direct effect on learning outcomes which is only 0.278. (7) In multiple linear regression, the equation of the linear line Y=2,241+0,403X1+0,025X2+0,816X3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja dosen melalui mediasi proses pembelajaran di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, sebanyak 100 orang. Menggunakan teknik sampel Jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Kompetensi dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, Kompetensi, sarana prasarana dan proses belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses belajar di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, Sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses belajar di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi, aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournamen (TGT). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan dari data hasil penelitian tersebut ditemukan bahwa : (1) Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa persentase rata-rata  dari semua indikator motivasi belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 75,012% mengalami peningkatan nilai pada siklus II sebesar 79,024%. Hal ini menunjukkan motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. (2) Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan rata-rata persentase indikator aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 62,05%   dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 75,00%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa berada pada kategori baik. (3) Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Sungguminasa. Dengan rata-rata nilai hasil posttest mahasiswa pada siklus I sebesar 64,38 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80,10. Dari persentase ketuntasan juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa pada kelas tersebut berada pada kategori cukup, tinggi dan sangat baik.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the Use of Mail Application Information Systems at the Sulawesi Region Environmental and Forestry Law Security and Enforcement Center (SIAP GAKKUM). The purpose of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Use of Mail Application Information Systems at the Sulawesi Region Environmental and Forestry Law Security and Enforcement Center (SIAP GAKKUM). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Administration Sub-Division, the Admin of the SIAP GAKKUM Application, Administration Staff, and 2 employees. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation techniques, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the management of letters at the Center for Security and Enforcement of Environmental and Forestry Law in Sulawesi Region, showed that the process of managing letters was in accordance with procedures so that it could be said to be effective. The use of cost and time is very efficient so that it can be categorized as effective, data security in the SIAP GAKKUM application can be guaranteed because access is only given to employees, application access and information can be accessed easily by employees according to the user account and account level owned. This research can be used as a reference material in the development of digital-based mail applications, there are several advantages of this application including efficient use of time, costs, data security guarantees, and flexible data access.
