Abstract

Perubahan yang terus-menerus dalam bisnis menuntuk orang-orang dalam organsasi untuk dapat adatif dengan cepat. Ketangkasan belajar (learning agility) menjadi hal strategis dalam pengembanan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusian. Artikel ini melakukan pengujian secara statistik atas pengaruh dari budaya belajar terhadap ketangkasanan belajar. Apakah budaya belajar memiliki dampak yang langsung ataukah tidak langsung terhadap ketangkasan belajar? Artikel ini didasarkan pada studi empiris terhadap 107 orang manajemen puncak dari beberapa perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan PLS based SEM dengan menggunaakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa budaya belajar merupakan antesiden dari keterlekatan kerja (work engagement) dan keterlekatan kerja merupakan prediktor yang baik untuk ketangkasan belajar. Karena itu keterlekatan kerja merupakan mediator pada hubungan antara budaya belajar dan ketangkasan belajar. Untuk menjadi pembelajar yang tangkas dalam organisasi bisnis dewasa ini, para pegawai didorong agar memiliki keterlekatan kerja yang baik dan terus menerus dipapar dengan budaya belajar yang intensif maka akan membangun ketangkasan belajar yang memadai.

Abstract

Ketidaksetaraan dalam hal digital skill menjadi tantangan tersendiri yang dihadapi organisasi baik perusahaan maupun pemerintahan untuk menjamin produktivitas dan efektivitas dalam work from home semasa Covid-19. Pengembangan digital skill menjadi faktor penting yang coba dibahas pada artikel ini.  Apakah digital skill dari pegawai yang melakukan WFH itu lebih dipengaruhi oleh digital leadership dari supervisornya ataukah oleh digital collaboration yang mereka lakukan dalam tim kerja? Riset empiris yang bersifat cross sectional dan melibatkan 824 pekerja kantoran 32 propinsi di Indonesia sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data mengunakan online-questionnaire dengan pendekatan convenience dan snowballing sebagai sampling method. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling yang berbasis partial least square dalam format first order constructs. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara statistik menjelaskan bahwa digital skill dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh digital collaboration dan digital collaboration dipengaruhi oleh digital leadership. Digital leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap digital skill. Kepemimpinan supervisor selama melewati masa COVID-19 sebaiknya lebih diarahkan untuk mendorong berkembanganya digital collaboration sehingga melalui hal tersebut berkembanglah digital skill.

Abstract

Produktivitas dan keterlekatan kerja menjadi isu strategis ketika perusahaan selaku organisasi bisnis menghadapi masa sulit seperti saat pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji faktor-faktor produktivitas dan keterlekatan kerja pegawai milenial. Apakah ambidextrous leadership dan juga digital culture berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan keterlekataan kerja? Artikel ini dikembangkan berdasarkan riset kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan kausal terhadap pegawai milenial di DKI Jaya sebagai responden. Analisis structural equation modelling berbasis aplikasi SmartPLS digunakan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa produktivitas kerja pegawai milenial semasa Covid-19 tidak dipengaruhi oleh digital culture, ambidextrous leadership maupun work engagement. Namun work engagement saja yang dipengaruhi oleh kedua faktor tersebut. Work productivity and engagement have become important issues when business organizations face difficult times such as during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to statistically examine the factors that affect productivity and work attachment for millennial employees. Do ambidextrous leadership and digital culture have enough influence on productivity and work engagement? This article was developed based on quantitative research with descriptive and causal analysis of data obtained from 399 millennial employees in DKI Jaya as respondents. Structural equation modeling analysis based on the SmartPLS application was used to obtain conclusions. This article proves that work productivity of millennial employees during Covid-19 is not affected by digital culture and ambidextrous leadership, but work engagement is impacted.

Abstract

COVID-19 does not only cause a physical and mental health crisis, but also an economic crisis. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as pillars of the national economy need business resilience to survive. This article tries to discuss the ability of MSMEs for resilience, flexibility, and collaboration. This article is an attempt for answering the question whether business flexibility and collaboration capability have a positive and significant impact on MSME resilience. A cross-sectional quantitative study was conducted to answer this question. The study involved 506 owners and/or managers of MSMEs in Java and Sumatra as respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3. From the results of statistical analysis, it was concluded that MSME resilience was influenced by business flexibility and collaboration capabilities of MSMEs. Collaboration capability has a direct or indirect effect on business resilience, but business flexibility does not play a mediator role. To increase business resilience, MSMEs can develop business flexibility based on digital technology and collaboration.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the level and the effect of digital engagement and gamification on work engagement of employees who work in Jakarta and Tangerang. Research methodology: This research used descriptive, comparative and associative methods. It used primary data through the questionnaire distribution with 401 respondents of employees who work in Jakarta and Tangerang. This study used multiple regression techniques as the data analysis technique. Results: The results of the study indicate that digital engagement has no influence on work engagement, but gamification influences work engagement. Limitations: This research only assessed digital engagement, gamification and work engagement variables, and only employees who work in Jakarta and Tangerang, and there was limited clear literacy of gamification and digital engagement. Contribution: This study shows the level of work engagement, digital engagement and gamification and how digital engagement and gamification affect work engagement. Employers can use this research as consideration to improve their employees work engagement by implementing the concept of gamification and noticing their employee’s level of digital engagement. Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the level and effect of emotional intelligence and digital skills on the work readiness of the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. Research Methodology: This study was based on quantitative approaches using the computation of regression. It used primary data through the questionnaire distribution with 401 respondents of the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. Results: The results of the study indicate that emotional intelligence and digital skills influence work readiness. Limitations: This research only assessed emotional intelligence, digital skills, and work readiness variables, and only the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. Contribution: This study shows the level of emotional intelligence, digital skills, and work readiness and how emotional intelligence and digital skills affect work readiness. The millennial generation can use this research to improve their work readiness by implementing emotional intelligence and digital skills.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the impact of digital quotient, authentic leadership, and perceived organizational support on work engagement of employees who work in the health industry during this COVID-19 in West Jakarta. Research methodology: The methods in this research were quantitative and survey. We obtained primary data through the questionnaire distribution with 391 respondents of health care workers who work in West Jakarta. This study used multiple regression techniques as the data analysis technique. Results: The study results indicate that digital quotient, authentic leadership, and perceived organizational support influence work engagement. Limitations: Only digital quotient, authentic leadership, perceived organizational support, work engagement variables, and health care workers in West Jakarta were assessed in this research. Contribution: This study shows the level of work engagement, digital quotient, authentic leadership, perceived organizational support and how digital quotient, authentic leadership, and perceived organizational support affect work engagement. Employers or organizations can use this research to improve their employees' work engagement by noticing their employee's level of digital quotient and implementing authentic leadership and perceived organizational support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi individu dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Elevenia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 140 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 22 sebagai pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi individu dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kompetensi individu terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine how much coping stress levels, social skills, and internet addiction affect employee engagement of millennial employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Methodology: Questionnaires were distributed to 391 millennial office employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The samples used were only 196 respondents because we used the Krejcie and Morgan method. The technique used by the author to analyze the data was multiple regression techniques. Results: This study show that social skills and internet addiction affect employee engagement while coping with stress does not affect employee engagement. Limitations: This study focuses on coping stress, social skills, internet addiction, and employee engagement, and only on millennial office workers in Jabodetabek. This is supported by very clear references on coping stress, social skills, internet addiction, and employee engagement Contribution: This research shows how to overcome stress, social skills, and internet addiction that affect employee engagement and shows employee engagement, stress coping, social skills, and internet addiction. This research will help companies to find ways to increase employee engagement in their companies.

Abstract

Keterlekatan dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan transformasi bisnis perusahaan dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari kepemimpinan digital dan dukungan organisasional terhadap kepuasan dan keterlekatan kerja para pegawai perkantoran. Studi kuantiatif berbasis survey dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dilakukan untuk menguji model penelitian yang dikembangkan. Aplikasi spreadsheet seperti Ms Excel digunakan untuk analisis data. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan purposive dan snowballing dimana responden yang lebih awal diperoleh dimintai kesediaanya untuk mereferensikan rekan kerja mereka sebagai responden selanjutnya. Pendekatan sampling ini efektif mendapatkan partisipasi dari 377 pegawai perkantoran di DKI Jakarta. Hasil analisis menerangkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital dan dukungan organisasional memberikan dampak positif, langsung, dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan dan keterlekatan kerja. Untuk membuat pegawai perkantoran di perusahaan swasta lebih puas dan tertekat dalam bekerja semasa transformasi digital, maka perusahaan direkomendasikan untuk menyediakan dukungan organisasional yang memadai serta menerapkan kepemimpinan digital yang efektif.
