Abstract

Developments in the field of information and communication technology have produced various products. One of the results of this development is Android-based smartphones. The development of smartphones themselves has been used in the field of education, smartphones are used as learning media. This learning media is usually available in the form of an application that can be downloaded on the Play Store or Google Play. However, can this application produce learning media that is fun, effective and not boring or can this application overcome learning difficulties? This research, which aims to determine the effect of Android application-based learning media on students' interest in learning, will use quantitative research methods with analytical methods using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that there is a large influence of Android application-based learning media on the interest in independent learning of Islamic Religious Education students at the Islamic University of Indonesia. This is proven by the results of a simple linear regression analysis test carried out, the test results show that the price or value of Android application-based media has a big influence on students' interest in independent learning. The influence of learning media proves that media is one of the factors that influences interest in learning. This research aims to find out the benefits of smartphones as a learning medium for Islamic education management and what applications can be used in learning media. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted by interviews. Data analysis used is in the form of data collection and data presentation.

Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing and analyzing what the teacher's role is in carrying out learning evaluation in schools. This research was carried out using qualitative research using the method of literature study or through literature study, namely collecting information relevant to the topic or problem that is the object of discussion which describes the role of the teacher in the evaluation of learning. The subject of this research is the teacher who plays a role in carrying out the evaluation of learning in schools. The results of this study indicate that in the learning evaluation process, the teacher acts as an evaluator whose function is to find out whether or not a teacher is successful in the learning process, or evaluation can also be said to be a determinant to find out whether the process/method of teaching and learning must be maintained or improved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the Learning System is implemented at the MDTA Education Level at MDTA Al Khairat Tembung. The method in this research is a qualitative method through data collection through interviews with one of the sources as an instrument. The informant in this research was one of the madrasa heads at MDTA Al Khairat Tembung and took a review of several journal and book literature. Data collection techniques use 3 methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the learning system cannot be separated from the obstacles or problems faced, such as the lack of a madarasah budget to meet various needs such as operational costs, school facilities and infrastructure, teacher salaries, and procurement of subject books.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah suatu proses yang melibatkan serangkaian tindakan guru dansiswa berdasarkan interaksi yang terjadi dalam situasi pendidikan menuju suatu tujuan.Interaksi atau interaksi antara guru dan siswa merupakan syarat utama dalam mengajar.Interaksi dalam proses belajar mengajar mempunyai arti yang luas. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan,atau studi kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan data dan penelitian terdahulu. Tujuanpenulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran tatap muka danpembelajaran daring. Kelebihan yang mampu di peroleh akan adanya pola pembelajransecara daring ialah penggunaan teknologi dan juga membiasakan dengan terusmengembangkan pola kehidupan yang terus menerus berkembang. Kompetensi yang harusdimiliki oleh guru menjadi tuntutan akan keberlangsungan pemberian pembelajaran dilembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The existence of a teacher competency development program is very important to improve their performance so that they can be said to be professional teachers. The teacher competency development program functions as a teacher transformation process. The real world of teacher work is student learning in classroom learning activities. Teacher performance is all the results of the teacher's efforts in delivering the learning process. educational goals, which include all activities related to his duties as a teacher. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of teacher competency development programs in improving performance in schools. The research was conducted using the literature study method, which involves collecting data to understand and study theories from various relevant literatures. Teacher competency development is becoming increasingly important and necessary, especially in the context of improving career paths in functional teacher positions. Without continuous self-development, a teacher will encounter difficulties, even difficult to achieve a higher functional position. Performance evaluation is a systematic process for determining the specific benefits or job measures of an organization in the task of establishing internal comparability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap hasil pembelajaran siswa kelas IX di SMP IT Al-Hijrah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala likert untuk mengukur persepsi terhadap pemberian reward, serta tes hasil belajar untuk menilai pencapaian akademik siswa. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa pemberian reward memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil pembelajaran siswa, dengan kontribusi sebesar 25,1%, sedangkan 74,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,225 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,040, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif diterima. Reward terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemberian reward secara konsisten dan terstruktur untuk memotivasi siswa, serta pengembangan variabel tambahan dalam penelitian lanjutan, seperti gaya mengajar guru atau pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, untuk memperluas wawasan terkait hasil pembelajaran.
