Abstract

Wabah virus Covid-19 berdampak sangat luas pada sendi kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Sehingga pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan Pendidikan di Masa Darurat Penyebaran Virus Corona. Strategi pembelajaran selama ini kebanyakan hanya berkutat pada proses pembelajaran konvensional (tatap muka), sehingga pada saat terjadi fenomena darurat maka strategi pembelajaran tidak akan berjalan efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendapatkan informasi kendala proses belajar mengajar secara online terhadap adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi kendala dan akibat dari pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kegiatan proses belajar mengajar disekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami siswa, guru dan orang tua dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar online yaitu penguasaan teknologi yang masih kurang, penambahan biaya kuota internet, adanya pekerjaan tambahan bagi orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar, komunikasi dan sosialisasi antar siswa, guru dan orang tua menjadi berkurang dan jam kerja yang menjadi tidak terbatas bagi guru karena harus berkomunikasi dan berkoodinasi dengan orang tua, guru lain, dan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Developments in the field of information and communication technology have produced various products. One of the results of this development is Android-based smartphones. The development of smartphones themselves has been used in the field of education, smartphones are used as learning media. This learning media is usually available in the form of an application that can be downloaded on the Play Store or Google Play. However, can this application produce learning media that is fun, effective and not boring or can this application overcome learning difficulties? This research, which aims to determine the effect of Android application-based learning media on students' interest in learning, will use quantitative research methods with analytical methods using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that there is a large influence of Android application-based learning media on the interest in independent learning of Islamic Religious Education students at the Islamic University of Indonesia. This is proven by the results of a simple linear regression analysis test carried out, the test results show that the price or value of Android application-based media has a big influence on students' interest in independent learning. The influence of learning media proves that media is one of the factors that influences interest in learning. This research aims to find out the benefits of smartphones as a learning medium for Islamic education management and what applications can be used in learning media. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted by interviews. Data analysis used is in the form of data collection and data presentation.

Abstract

This article discusses Competency and Employment by applying descriptive analysis methods to explore all sources related to this topic. The data collection approach in this research is through library research, where data sources such as books, scientific journals, literature and other publications become the basis for investigating Competency and Employment. The aim of this research is to understand the importance of competency and work ability in the context of the world of work. Competencies Refer to the combination of knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to succeed in a job or profession. The availability of appropriate competencies really supports improving employee performance, which in turn is closely related to the organization's strategic goals through the processes that occur.

Abstract

Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan kegiatan manajemen yang dilaksanakan oleh guru BK atau konselor untuk memfasilitasi fungsi BK yang diawali dengan adanya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengarahan serta evaluasi agar mencapai tujuan Bimbingan dan Konseling yang efektif dan efisien. Kenyataannya, ada berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pendidikan, misalnya masalah emosional, motivasi belajar siswa rendah, tekanan akademik, dan karir yang tak pasti. Melihat kompleksitas permasalahan yang terjadi dalam era global saat ini, di mana persaingan yang begitu semakin ketat, untuk mengatasinya diperlukan implementasi Bimbingan dan Konseling pada siswa di madrasah. Agar program Bimbingan dan Konseling di madrasah berjalan dengan baik, maka diperlukan manajemen untuk mengelola program-program tersebut secara terstruktur dengan tepat. Berdasarkan masalah di atas, penelitian ini memiliki 3 tujuan. Adapun tujuan-tujuan penelitian adalah 1). Mendeskripsikan implementasi Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling di MAN 1 Jombang. 2). Mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa di MAN 1 Jombang. 3). Mendeskripsikan implementasi Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di MAN 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah koordinator dan guru BK, beberapa wali kelas dan guru mata pelajaran, serta melibatkan beberapa siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan selama observasi dan wawancara dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa implementasi Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling di MAN 1 Jombang berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat bermacam-macam motivasi belajar siswa di MAN 1 Jombang. Implementasi Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa diwujudkan dengan program BK MAN 1 Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of tahsin Al-Qur'an through the Al-Qur'an lovers movement as well as its inhibiting and supporting factors. The research used used qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects amounted to 15 children. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using triangulation. The conclusion of the study was that the improvement of tahsin al-Quran through the movement of Al-Qur'an lovers at the Al-Qur'an Education Park in Carang Wulung Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency went well during the activity.. Then the use of learning methods applied by the Al-Qur’an lovers movement in improving children's tahsin Al-Qur’an is the method of lecture, question and answer, demonstration and discussion. The inhibiting factors of this activity are that there are children who are not present in teaching and learning activities and there are some children who tend to play and joke with their friends during tahsin activities. The supporting factors for this activity are the use of learning methods used in delivering quality, good and supportive tahsin material, children are enthusiastic in tahsin activities through the movement of Al-Qur’an lovers because during the activity they always play an active role in learning to read the Qur'an and the ability to manage tahsin activities well by the teacher in conditioning this activity. Recommendations for further research can examine or study related to tahsin Al-Qur'an at different age levels, different teaching methods and others.

Abstract

This study examines the role of women in leadership within the management of Islamic educational institutions, specifically at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Seblak. The background of this research is based on the increasing involvement of women as leaders in the field of education, despite facing various challenges such as gender stereotypes and limited support from related institutions.The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Mrs. Nyai Nur Laili Rohmah applies a democratic and open leadership style that prioritizes participation. Moreover, she successfully integrates classical management functions—planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising—with Islamic spiritual and moral values.Mrs. Nyai’s leadership fosters an educational environment that is religious, inclusive, and orderly, while also demonstrating that women possess equal ability and competence as men in managing educational institutions. This study underscores the importance of supporting gender equality and strengthening women’s capacities so they can contribute optimally to the management of Islamic education.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling service management is a process that involves planning, implementing, and evaluating various services provided to students in order to help them overcome the problems or challenges they face, whether in personal, social, academic, or career aspects. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the management of guidance and counseling services at MTsN 1 Jombang? 2) How is the academic achievement of students at MTsN 1 Jombang? 3) How is the Management of Guidance and Counseling Services in improving the Academic Learning Achievement of Students at MTsN 1 Jombang. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive case study research type. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing are the methods used for data analysis. Triangulation of sources, time, and techniques are used to ensure the authenticity of the data. The research results found by the researcher are: (1) The Guidance and Counseling service management plan to improve students' academic achievement must be stated in an activity schedule in the form of a calendar. The calendar consists of annual, semester, monthly, and weekly calendars. (2) The implementation of the Guidance and Counseling service management to improve students' academic achievement is carried out through observation, checklist preparation, interviews, and direct and indirect interactions. (3) Evaluation of the Guidance and Counseling service management in improving students' academic achievement is carried out in two ways, namely through the process and results. The process shows that handling individual services cannot always be completed quickly, because it takes time, while the results can be seen from the graduation rate; if the output is good, then its success can be said to be clear.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasantri Ma’had Jamiah Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (UNHASY) Tebuireng Jombang melalui pelatihan pembuatan Risol Makyo dan Risol Mentai. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya kemandirian ekonomi santri di era modern yang menuntut penguasaan keterampilan praktis berbasis kebutuhan pasar, khususnya di sektor kuliner. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tiga tahap utama, yaitu persiapan (survei, penentuan lokasi, penyusunan materi, dan penyediaan bahan serta peralatan), pelaksanaan (penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung), serta evaluasi (penilaian kualitas produk dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan). Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu dengan materi pelatihan yang terstruktur, meliputi aspek teknis pengolahan hingga strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta pada aspek rasa, tekstur, dan tampilan produk, dengan seluruh kelompok memperoleh kategori “Baik” hingga “Sangat Baik”. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan utama berupa antusiasme peserta, dukungan institusi, dan relevansi produk dengan tren pasar, sementara kelemahan meliputi keterbatasan waktu pelatihan dan modal awal. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membentuk pola pikir wirausaha yang kreatif dan adaptif. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pesantren yang berkelanjutan dan dapat direplikasi di daerah lain.

Abstract

We as humans often skip our cell phones and use them for too long as they are always around us and a part of our lives. Excessive and improper use of cell phones, however, can cause various negative impacts, one of which is a decline in health. Cell phones emit radio frequencies when in use, which produces excessive radiation that can cause many side effects, such as disrupting sleep patterns and sleep quality. This study aims to determine how cell phone radiation affects the human body when falling asleep. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, using a descriptive approach and analyzing previous literature. The results showed that exposure to electromagnetic radiation from cell phones can affect a person's sleep quality, especially for those who use them too often. The level of influence is different for each person, but this radiation is not strong enough to cause serious effects like X-rays because it is not ionized. Nevertheless, it can cause sleep problems and headaches. It is recommended to keep a safe distance from cell phones while sleeping and limit cell phone use before bedtime to reduce the risk.
