Abstract

As one of the largest coal mining service companies in Indonesia, PT. RTP is engaged in integrated mining equipment rental services with international standards for mining companies in Tabalong. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of assertive communication (X1) on the performance of PT. RTP (Y), to find out the effect of attached supervision (X2) on the performance of PT. RTP (Y), and to find out the effect of assertive communication (X1) and inherent supervision (X2) together on the performance of PT. RTP (Y). The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire. The results of this study are Assertive Communication has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. RTP. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the t test for the physical evidence variable because the value of tcount < ttable where -0.809 < 2.447 and the significance value obtained is 0.450 greater than the value of = 0.05. Inherent supervision has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. RTP. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the t test for the physical evidence variable with a value of tcount > ttable where 3.702 > 2.447 and the significance value obtained is 0.010 which is smaller than the value of = 0.05. Assertive communication and inherent supervision together have a significant impact on employee performance of PT. RTP. This is evidenced by the Fcount statistic of 8.030 which is greater than Ftable 4.76, it can be concluded that the independent variable of assertive communication (X₁), attached supervision (X₂) simultaneously has a significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

The rise in fuel prices over the past two years has considerably impeded Indonesian society's present economic recovery following the Covid-19 outbreak. Fuel oil, often known as BBM, is a fuel produced by refining crude oil deep inside the ground. This study intends to explore how the covid 19 pandemic affected lower-class residents of the Rumpin sub-district by raising fuel prices. The case study approach method is used in this study's qualitative investigation. The lower class community is the focus of the study. The study's findings and analysis demonstrate how claustrophobic the lower-class community in Rumpin District is despite the fact that this fuel is essential for movement. so that fuel will still be bought despite the price hike. According to the study's findings, the government's experience with inflation compelled them to adopt a policy of raising fuel prices.

Abstract

Three company groups made up of ten Ganesha College of Economics students took part in the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) Kemdikbud Ristek in 2022. Within the context of higher education, the P2MW program promotes the enhancement and development of students' entrepreneurial skills. This study intends to evaluate the P2MW implementation that took place within STIE Ganesha for 4 months, from August to November 2022. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study. Through observation, reading, and interviews, data were gathered and processed. P2MW had a significant favorable effect on universities, instructors, and students, according to the findings. Additionally, because they don't understand the program, supervisors and students may encounter difficulties implementing P2MW's digital reporting mechanisms. The Belmawa Kemdikbud Ristek rules ensure that P2MW STIE Ganesha's deployment is successful. Universities are urged to offer more support to instructors and students in entrepreneurship so that they are better equipped to participate in the next program.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore and discuss the crucial impact of educator quality and competence on producing high-quality graduates by examining relevant literature and its application in existing research. Employing a qualitative methodology, including systematic literature review and content analysis, the study draws from literature sourced online concerning the variables under investigation. The analysis incorporates insights from fifteen scholarly articles, shedding light on the relationship between the quality of educators and graduates. Findings indicate that existing literature has been effectively integrated into the study's conclusions. The recommendations provided offer qualitative contributions to the field of education, particularly in education management. Future research can build on this work by examining the same variables using different methods and research contexts

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pramesta Baja Utama Jatake Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 67 responden. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, ketiga hipotesis diterima. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kompensasi yang memadai dan disiplin kerja yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.

Abstract

Driving activities on the highway are inseparable from various risks such as accidents and death. The government as the executor to protect the public makes some rules aimed at ensuring the implementation of accident insurance that occurs while driving. The government established PT Jasa Raharja to implement the rules that have been made, both in the form of Laws, Government Regulations or Minister of Finance Regulations. Information on traffic accident insurance is not known by all levels of society, both in terms of claim procedures, requirements and also types of accidents that can be covered, so that many people end up being burdened by the accidents that occur. STIE Ganesha conducts community service programs in collaboration with related parties to provide socialization about driving safety on the highway, including socialization about guarantees for traffic accident victims carried out by PT Jasa Raharja. The participants who were targeted in this socialization were students, offline motorcycle taxi drivers, surrounding communities and also STIE Ganesha employees. This service went well so that the participants could understand the material given during the event and could become a liaison between the community and information about traffic accident guarantees.

Abstract

The Taxation is one of the main pillars of state revenue that supports national development, However, tax compliance in Indonesia is still a big challenge, especially for companies located in the country's border areas. The purpose of this study is to explore how CoreTax system affects the tax compliance, identify the challenges, and analyze the implications. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, through in-depth interviews, documentation studies and field observations. The data was analyzed thematically based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), tax compliance theory, and Institutional Theory. The results of this study show that the implementation of CoreTax initially faced of limited digital literacy and technical understanding, but it continuously increased with full support from DJP tax institution. CoreTax has been proven to make easy and simplify reporting, increase transparency, and strengthen the actual compliance through an automated sanctions mechanism. In addition to the technical aspects, institutional legitimacy and trust in the DJP tax institution have also proven to play an important role in shaping compliance morale. This research has practical implications for government to strengthen the digital infrastructure, provide technical guidance, and expand the socialization in areas with limited access to technology. From an academic perspective, these findings enrich the literature on CoreTax's digital taxation system that supports sustainable tax compliance.

Abstract

Kajian ini mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan dan pengembangan dengan kinerja anggota dewan dan pegawai di lingkungan DPRD Kota Tangerang Selatan. Keaslian penelitian ini berfokus pada institusi legislatif, yang masih jarang diteliti dalam kajian pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat sejauh mana program pelatihan dan pengembangan memengaruhi hasil kinerja. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei, dengan melibatkan 75 partisipan melalui distribusi kuesioner secara online. Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja, sebagaimana tercermin dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,821, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan sangat kuat serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 67.4% mengindikasikan bahwa proporsi terbesar variasi kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor pelatihan dan pengembangan. Model regresi (Y = 9.859 + 0.774X), mengonfirmasi pengaruh positif dan uji t menunjukkan hasil signifikan (t = 12.272; p < 0.05). temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa implikasi pelatihan dan pengembangan yang sistematis menjadi elemen fundamental guna memperkuat serta produktivitas institusi legislatif.
