Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Work Discipline and Quality of Work Relations to Employee Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office with a sample of 32 respondents who were researched using a quantitative method. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be interpreted that Employment Relations partially have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t-test with a significant value of 3.657 > 2.045 in the value of the significance level, 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be interpreted that Employment Relations have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office. This is evidenced by the T test with a significant value of 4.716 > t table 2.045 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Labor Relations and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office. This is evidenced by using the F test with a significant value  of 41.337 > 3.33 and a significant value of 0.000 and this value is much smaller than a (0.05). This can also be seen from the R Square value obtained at 0.740 or 74% and the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani strawberry lokal di Landia Farm, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, dalam membangun branding produk yang kuat guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal maupun global. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif berbasis masyarakat, kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan, praktik, dan pendampingan intensif terkait strategi branding, desain kemasan, diversifikasi produk, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya branding, menghasilkan desain kemasan yang menarik, dan mengoptimalkan media sosial untuk promosi. Implementasi strategi branding yang diajarkan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan, pendapatan, dan nilai tambah produk strawberry lokal. Selain dampak ekonomi, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Keberhasilan PKM ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan branding produk lokal sebagai strategi untuk mendukung perekonomian lokal dan membangun kemandirian komunitas, yang dapat dijadikan model bagi pengembangan masyarakat di daerah lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Company Value from the perspective of Company Growth on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The sample used in this study consists of 10 samples from a population of 19 companies in the Automotive sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. The method used in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination test (R2), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that partially, Company Growth does not have a significant effect on Company Value, with a significance value of 0.335 > 0.05. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test using the F test, it is known that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable, meaning that Company Growth collectively has a significant effect on Company Value. In this study, the variable Company Growth can only explain 80.7% of the Company Value according to the results of the coefficient of determination test (R²), indicating a low proximity between the dependent and independent variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model discussed in this study.

Abstract

Well-performing personnel are a major source of motivation for social care agencies. Employee motivation and discipline are good indicators of this. Finding out how work motivation and discipline affected employees' performance at the Solok Regency Social Service Office was the aim of this study. This research falls under the category of quantitative research. The primary data that was used was gathered by having respondents fill out questionnaires. The study's population comprised all 39 employees who worked at the Solok Regency Social Service Office. Total sampling was the method employed for sampling in this investigation. 39 persons were the total number of samples that were to be used. Multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing, and research instrument testing were all used in the data analysis technique. The study's findings showed that work motivation affected employee performance, work discipline had no effect on employee performance, and work motivation and discipline had an impact on employee performance at the same time.

Abstract

Recognizing the significance of human resource management in attaining organizational objectives, firms and leaders must enhance their focus on communication and the workplace environment for their employees. This study seeks to examine the impact of communication and work environment on employee effectiveness at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Solok City. This research is a quantitative analysis. The utilized data are primary data acquired via questionnaires disseminated to respondents. The study population consisted of 41 employees from the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Solok City. The sample method employed in this investigation was complete sampling. The study sample comprised 41 individuals. The employed data analysis methods included research instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The data test results indicate that the communication variable does not influence employee work effectiveness. The work environment influences employee productivity. Subsequently, communication and the work environment collectively influence employee productivity. The coefficient of determination indicates that 81.9% of the work effectiveness of employees at the Solok City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) is affected by communication and the work environment, while the remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables not addressed in this study.

Abstract

The study took place at PERUMDA Pincuran Gadang Drinking Water in Solok City with the aim of investigating the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance. The research involved 89 employees from the company, selected using the Total Sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysis revealed that both work motivation and discipline have an impact on employee performance. The multiple linear regression analysis yielded the formulation Y = 10.074 + 0.353X? + 0.409X? + e. The coefficient of determination elucidates that 52% of the fluctuation in Employee Performance (Y) can be ascribed to the influence of Work Motivation (X?) and Work Discipline (X?), whereas the residual 48% is attributable to extraneous variables beyond the purview of this inquiry. Findings from the t-test evince that both Work Motivation and Work Discipline, when considered in isolation, exert a statistically significant and favorable bearing on Employee Performance, as evidenced by t-statistic values surpassing their respective critical thresholds. Furthermore, the F-test substantiates that, in concert, Work Motivation and Work Discipline wield a consequential and substantive impact on Employee Performance, underscored by the F-statistic value (41.110) exceeding the F-table value (3.12) and a significance probability markedly inferior to the 0.05 criterion (0.000).

Abstract

Teacher performance should be further improved to produce highly capable human resources in the increasingly competitive global era. Job training, which is a process of improving work competency, affects teacher performance. Supervision and educational training through management, administration, and leadership agendas depend on the school leader. Due to their complexity, schools need coordination. The success of the school also depends on the success of the principal. This study investigated teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang and aimed to determine whether there was a relationship between training and leadership and teacher performance at the school. This type of research is called quantitative research. The data used is qualitative . This study used a total sampling method on a population of 56 respondents, which included all teachers at SMKN 1 Gunung Talang. The results of the statistical analysis showed that training and leadership partially had a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. Then, training and leadership simultaneously influenced the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. In addition, the R-squared value increased to 0.575, or 57.5%, which indicates that additional variables not discussed in this study affect the majority.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of human resource management strategies at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office. This research is a study that uses qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of human resource strategies at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office has been implemented but must be developed again because basically human resources have many differences for each individual. Planning at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office has been done well through planning, implementation, organizing. In terms of organizing, human resources owned by the Bintan Regency Environmental Office are still developing and training in order to implement the policies contained in the Bintan Regency regional regulations because the Bintan Regency Environmental Office is engaged in the government sector that regulates government regulations through policies that have been regulated in law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PDAM Kota Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, dengan total ukuran sampel sebanyak 48 responden. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PDAM Kota Solok; menurut uji-t, nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel, khususnya 4,308 dibandingkan dengan 2,01290, dan tingkat signifikansinya adalah 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Demikian pula, Pelatihan Kerja juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan di PDAM Kota Solok; uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung melebihi nilai t tabel, dengan hasil 3,670 lebih besar dari 2,01290 dan tingkat signifikansi pada 0,000, juga lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan dan Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, karena nilai F hitung sebesar 59,812 melampaui nilai F tabel sebesar 3,20 (59,812 > 3,20). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa, jika dipertimbangkan secara bersama-sama, Kualitas Layanan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PDAM Kota Solok. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan dan Pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 72,7% terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PDAM Kota Solok, sementara sisanya sebesar 27,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain, seperti etika komunikasi dan kepercayaan pelanggan, yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan (Bepelitbang) Kabupaten Solok. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah adanya hubungan Motivasi Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Di Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan (Bepelitbang) Kabupaten Solok. Dengan sampel 52 responden yang diteliti dengan metode total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, dapat diartikan bahwa Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t dengan nilai signifikan thitung  2,173 > ttabel 2.009 dalam nilai tingkat signifikasi, 0,035 < 0,05. Jadi bisa diartikan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t dengan nilai signifikan thitung 7,267 > t tabel 2.009 dan nilai tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0.05, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Motivasi Dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Di Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan (Bepelitbang) Kabupaten Solok. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji F dengan nilai signifikan fhitung 43,485> ftabel 3,19 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari a (0,05). Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari nilai R Square diperoleh 0,640 atau 64% dan 36% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kemampuan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja
