Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Analysis of the Use of Online Personnel Applications (KEPO) on Personnel Data Management, Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) in Solok City, in making a breakthrough in the digital world of employees throughout Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The employee data used in this research was 41 people, consisting of Head of Section, Head of Subdivision and General Functional Staff (BKPSDM). The research results show that a comparative analysis of employee absence management, before and after using the Kepo application to make a breakthrough in the digital world of employees throughout Solok City, can make data management easier. Most application processing systems initially followed a manual processing system design using a fingerprint machine so that the processing of personnel data was slow which could result in slow delivery of information. The use of the KEPO (Online Personnel) application, which is an application that will make it easier to carry out personnel administration, store personnel data digitally, and make the process of managing personnel administration easier compared to previously using a fingerprint machine for attendance is the right choice compared to others.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Besi Dansink guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan daya saing bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan inovasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Besi Dansink Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Toko Besi Dansink Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sekitar 40 responden. Dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22. Berdasarkan analisis statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada Toko Besi Dansink Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis statistik dalam penelitian menggunakan uji-t, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,381 > t tabel sebesar 2,026 dan sig. 0,023 < 0,05. Variabel inovasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada Toko Besi Dansink Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,331 < t tabel sebesar 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi 0,191 > 0,05. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (X1) dan variabel inovasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada Toko Besi Dansink di Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 7,091 > F tabel sebesar 3,250 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05.

Abstract

The aim of this research  is to investigate how the debt to equity ratio and fixed asset turnover impact the growth of profits. The focus of this research will be on analyzing the financial records of companies within the food and beverage industry that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. A total of 48 companies will be included in the study. Purposive sampling was utilized to select 31 companies for the study. Quantitative data was employed for analysis. The findings indicate that the debt to equity ratio has a partial but significant impact on profit growth. This is evidenced by the research results that the t-count value> t table (-2.186> 1.987) and a significance value of 0.032 <0.05. Thus, H1 in this study is accepted. According to the test results, it was found that profit growth is not significantly impacted by fixed asset turnover. This is evidenced by the research results showing the t-count value <t-table (-0.742 <1.987) and a significance value of 0.460> 0.05. Thus, H2 is rejected in this research. The results of the study suggest that both the debt to equity ratio and fixed asset turnover do not collectively influence profit growth to a noticeable extent. The research findings clearly demonstrate a calculated f value <f table (2.402 <3.10) and a significance value of 0.097> 0.05. Thus, H3 in this study is rejected. The value of 0.053 or 5.3% demonstrates this, with the remaining 94.7% being affected by unexplored variables.

Abstract

This study will look at the impact of cash reserves and company size on corporate value (a case study of coal mining sub-sector businesses listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2022). In this study, 17 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange were chosen using a purposive sample method. This research uses quantitative data. The results of the statistical research indicate that cash reserves have a considerable impact on the value of the enterprises under consideration. This is demonstrated by the t-test results: 2.549 > t-table 1.668, significance 0.014 > 0.05. Thus, it can be determined that Cash Holding influences Company Value. The statistical analysis results indicate that Firm Size significantly influences Company Value in the examined companies. This is demonstrated by the t-value of -1.801 < t-table 1.668 and a significance of 0.078 > at a significance threshold of 0.05. As a result, it is reasonable to conclude that the Cash Holding variable has a large influence on Company Value. Cash reserves and firm size have a significant impact on the value of a firm. The f test confirms this, with a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05 and an f-value of 4.182 < f-table 3.134. This is demonstrated by the R Square value of 0.154, or 15.4%, with the remaining 84.6% influenced or clarified by parameters not examined in this study, such as Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Debt To Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial inclusion and financial literacy on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), specifically 3 kg LPG gas depots located in Bukit Sundi and Kubung Districts, Solok Regency. MSMEs in this area still face various obstacles, particularly limited access to formal financial services and low understanding of business operators regarding financial management. The study employs a quantitative method utilizing multiple linear regression to analyze primary data obtained from surveys completed by 40 gas depot owners. Findings indicate that financial literacy positively impacts MSME performance, although financial inclusion does not have a significant partial effect. Nevertheless, when considered together, both variables significantly influence business performance. This finding confirms the importance of improving financial literacy for MSME operators rather than merely expanding access to financial services. This research recommends that future studies consider additional variables such as work incentives, human resource quality, and productivity to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence MSME performance.

Abstract

The study took place at PERUMDA Pincuran Gadang Drinking Water in Solok City with the aim of investigating the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance. The research involved 89 employees from the company, selected using the Total Sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysis revealed that both work motivation and discipline have an impact on employee performance. The multiple linear regression analysis yielded the formulation Y = 10.074 + 0.353X? + 0.409X? + e. The coefficient of determination elucidates that 52% of the fluctuation in Employee Performance (Y) can be ascribed to the influence of Work Motivation (X?) and Work Discipline (X?), whereas the residual 48% is attributable to extraneous variables beyond the purview of this inquiry. Findings from the t-test evince that both Work Motivation and Work Discipline, when considered in isolation, exert a statistically significant and favorable bearing on Employee Performance, as evidenced by t-statistic values surpassing their respective critical thresholds. Furthermore, the F-test substantiates that, in concert, Work Motivation and Work Discipline wield a consequential and substantive impact on Employee Performance, underscored by the F-statistic value (41.110) exceeding the F-table value (3.12) and a significance probability markedly inferior to the 0.05 criterion (0.000).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the growth and  effectiveness of parking retribution revenue toward Local Own Source Revenue of Solok City. The research was conducted at the Transportation Agency of Solok City, with the population consisting of financial reports on parking retribution revenue. The research sample includes data on targeted and realized parking retribution revenue as well as the realized Local Own Source Revenue of Solok City. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, using both primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques employed include growth analysis, effectiveness analysis, and contribution analysis. The results show that the growth of parking retribution revenue in Solok City during the period 2021–2024 was unstable, with the highest growth of 157% occurring in the third semester of 2022. In terms of effectiveness, parking retribution revenue has not yet achieved an optimal level, with average effectiveness rates of 33% in 2021, 85% in 2022, 44% in 2023, and 47% in 2024. Indicating that parking retribution revenue still plays a relatively minor role in supporting the Local Own Source Revenue of Solok City. This study focuses on one type of Local Retributions, namely roadside parking fees, with an observation period of 2021–2024. Furthermore, the analysis is limited to measuring the growth and effectiveness of parking retribution revenue, and therefore does not comprehensively cover other factors that could potentially influence Local retribution revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efisiensi Kerja dan Peningkatan Kinerja terhadap penggunaan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) di kalangan guru sekolah dasar di Dusun Bukit Sari dan Sari Mulya, Kecamatan Jujuhan Ilir, Kabupaten Bungo, Jambi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel total dengan 35 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner langsung kepada guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI), dengan nilai t sebesar 4,404 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 <0,05. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,647 menunjukkan bahwa variabel penelitian mampu menjelaskan 64,7% pengaruh tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSIA Permata Bunda Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kausal. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R²), serta uji hipotesis melalui uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,949 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,99394 serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,577 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 57,7% variasi kepuasan pasien dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu, pihak rumah sakit diharapkan dapat terus melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan secara berkelanjutan agar mampu memenuhi harapan serta kebutuhan pasien secara optimal dan meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap layanan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Tidak hanya hasil kerja yang menunjukkan kinerja organisasi, tetapi juga proses kerja dari perencanaan hingga pencapaian hasil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Camat 11 orang, Puskesmas 22 orang dan Kantor Urusan Agama 11 orang dengan jumlah 44 orang. Dengan modus pengambilan sampel memakai model Total sampling. Modus pemungutan informasi yang dipakai adalah dengan pemakaian angket/daftar pernyataan. Hasil studi yang sudah dilaksanakan bisa diketahui bahwasanya gaya kepemimpinan berdampak kepada kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya secara parsial kinerja pegawai berdampak melalui budaya organisasi. Sementara gaya kepemimpinan beserta budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara berbarengan. Adapun besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpn serta budaya organisasi kepada kinerja pegawai sebanyak 28,1%. Dan selebihnya sebesar 71,9% ditentukan melalui variabel yang tak dibahas pada studi ini.
