Abstract

The aim of this research was to identify the results of implementing financial reports based on ISAK 35 in non-formal religious education public organizations, namely Madrasah Diniyah Ula and Wustho Baiturrahman Kumbang Anchor Situbondo. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation at Madrasah Diniyah Ula and Wustho Baiturrahman Kumbang Anchor Situbondo. The conclusion of this research was that the financial report form of Madrasah Diniyah Ula and Wustho Baiturrahman Kumbangsari still uses a simple method, namely only in the form of recording cash inflows and cash outflows and including descriptions of transactions that had occurred, not yet implementing the applicable financial reporting guidelines, namely ISAK 35 which included Comprehensive Income Report, Cash Flow Report, Net Asset Change Report, Financial Position Report (Balance Sheet), and Notes to Financial Reports (CaLK).

Abstract

Objective: The curriculum in Indonesia emphasizes learning with the 5.0 society era approach. The era of society emphasizes learning that is integrated with social culture. But in fact it is difficult to implement because students do not know the visualization of the concepts and problems discussed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning media that can provide visualization of problems and integrated social culture. Method: The method used is RnD with 3D design (Define, Design, Development) and the last stage of evaluation Results: The results obtained from this study are virtual simulation media integrated with traditional kekehan games getting a very valid criteria score. The results of students' responses show that virtual simulation media can already help students in helping physics problems. The evaluation results for improvement are related to the visualization of animation for kekehan so that it can move in the concept of moment of inertia and angular momentum. Novelty: Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the validation of virtual simulation media integrated with traditional kekehan games and the response of students after using virtual simulation media integrated with traditional kekehan games

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation on Generation Z's performance in modern work environments. Generation Z has unique characteristics that distinguish them from previous generations, including in terms of work motivation and expectations of the work environment. This study is a systematic literature review of fifteen relevant scientific articles, using a thematic-qualitative analysis approach. The results show that factors such as leadership style, work environment, rewards, organizational commitment, and digital technology influence motivation and ultimately impact Generation Z's performance. This study emphasizes the importance of an adaptive leadership approach and a supportive work environment to increase the motivation and productivity of Generation Z. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja Generasi Z di lingkungan kerja modern. Generasi Z memiliki karakteristik unik yang membedakan mereka dari generasi sebelumnya, termasuk dalam hal motivasi kerja dan ekspektasi terhadap lingkungan kerja. Studi ini merupakan tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap lima belas artikel ilmiah yang relevan, dengan pendekatan analisis tematik-kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, penghargaan, komitmen organisasi, dan teknologi digital turut mempengaruhi motivasi dan pada akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja Generasi Z. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan lingkungan kerja yang suportif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas Generasi Z. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on member satisfaction for the Multiguna Berkah Loan product at KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Camplong Branch. The research employed a quantitative method through multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 98 respondents drawn from the population of members using the loan product. The results indicate that both product quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on member satisfaction. These findings demonstrate that improvements in product and service quality can increase member satisfaction, which in turn can strengthen their loyalty to the Multiguna Berkah Loan product at KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Camplong Branch. This research provides important implications for the management of KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Camplong Branch to continuously enhance product and service quality and collect feedback from members for sustainable improvement.

Abstract

This research is descriptive research, while the method used is the survey method at the Tani Sadar cooperative and the Gunung Madu cooperative. In this study, 20 samples were used for each cooperative which were determined based on simple random sampling. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and analysis tables. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The condition of the business environment of the Tani Sadar cooperative and the Gunung Madu cooperative has a medium category 2) the successful performance of the Tani Sadar cooperative and the Gunung Madu cooperative has a category 3) there is a tendency of the relationship between the business environment and the successful performance. Suggestions that can be given regarding this research are: 1) the government and NGOs as facilitators, must support and develop cooperatives to be independent so that cooperatives do not always depend on facilitators. With the existence of independence, the cooperative will exist. 2) The management of the cooperative must often conduct counseling to its members, this is to create a sense of trust in the members of the cooperative so that members will participate more often in activities. 3) cooperatives must be more open to their members so that members will feel confident in the cooperative

Abstract

Scientific reasoning is a fundamental skill that must be developed in higher education, particularly in science-related disciplines. However, existing learning resources often lack an explicit focus on data interpretation and evidence-based analysis, both essential for scientific reasoning. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of a data literacy-based e-module designed to enhance undergraduate students’ scientific reasoning skills. Employing a design and development approach based on the ADDIE model, the research included analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The e-module was developed by aligning curriculum needs, scientific reasoning indicators, and core data literacy principles. Content and construct validity were assessed through expert reviews, yielding high validity scores (above 3.7) and strong reliability (α = 0.83-0.94). Small-scale trials with undergraduate science education students demonstrated high levels of learning activity (72%-94%) and consistent student engagement throughout the learning phases. Students' scientific reasoning improved significantly, with N-Gain scores ranging from 0.49 to 0.74, categorized as moderate to high, particularly in indicators such as proportional thinking. Statistical tests indicated no significant differences between class groups, suggesting consistent effectiveness across cohorts. Student feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with agreement levels reaching 100% on most evaluation indicators. This research contributes to the advancement of pedagogical design by integrating data literacy into the scientific reasoning process, offering a replicable learning resources that can be adapted across science disciplines to better prepare students for data-driven scientific inquiry in the digital era.

Abstract

Strategy is a way to obtain success in achieving certain goals. Apart from strategies, a method is also needed to facilitate an action. True or false is a collaborative activity with the characteristics of choosing a statement question between true or false, which can invite students to be involved with the learning material immediately. The true or false method needs to be used in Islamic jurisprudence learning to train students to learn or read so that they can master the material. Each student will express their opinion whether it is true or false regarding the statements they get so that students will easily require themselves to read and understand the material. jurisprudence learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data analysis carried out through triangulation, namely data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on observations made by researchers of MA Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, researchers analyzed the need to improve student learning outcomes through a method or method so that students are not too passive in learning and are enthusiastic about improving literacy. The supporting factors are that students can more easily accept the material being taught, students can easily remember the material. This is because students are encouraged to think broadly and be responsible for their choices. By expressing his thoughts and opinions. So that the learning process can be effective and can learn optimally. Meanwhile, the obstacle factor lies in the students themselves in the sense that whether the students want to or not try to learn independently. However, teachers must also provide encouragement and support or ways to improve students so that they do not get bored and can understand the material so that they can improve student learning outcomes. The previous class conditions when students were studying fiqh looked passive and unenthusiastic, so this greatly affected student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research analyzes encouraging inclusivity: strategies for supporting students with special needs in general classes. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The research subjects comprised the Head of the Madrasah, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, the Deputy Head of Curriculum, the Deputy Head of Infrastructure, and Guidance and Counseling for Teachers, Students, and Parents. Data collection techniques use interview observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that implementing an inclusive approach in general classes requires an integrated combination of methods and techniques. First, intensive teacher training is vital, focusing on improving skills in identifying and responding to individual student needs. Furthermore, developing flexible and adaptive teaching materials allows students with special needs to access the curriculum in a way that suits their abilities. Educational technology, such as software that supports differentiated learning and communication tools, also plays an important role. Emotional and social support, through counselling programs and the formation of peer support groups, contributes to creating an inclusive and supportive environment. The results of this research underscore the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents, and communities in creating a supportive educational ecosystem for all students, especially those with special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas V SDN 4 Plososari pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesia melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dengan guru kelas, dan dokumentasi aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran. Sebelum penerapan Jigsaw, minat belajar siswa tergolong rendah, terlihat dari minimnya keberanian bertanya, sikap pasif dalam diskusi, dan keterlibatan yang terbatas. Setelah model diterapkan, terjadi peningkatan yang jelas pada antusiasme dan partisipasi siswa, ditunjukkan melalui keberanian mengemukakan pendapat, interaksi aktif dalam kelompok ahli maupun kelompok asal, serta kesungguhan saat mempresentasikan hasil diskusi. Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memperoleh nilai memuaskan, dengan hanya dua siswa yang berada di bawah KKTP. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Jigsaw efektif meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa, sehingga layak direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, kolaboratif, dan bermakna.
