Abstract

This study focuses on financial literacy training using the financial planning application aturduit.id for teachers, staff, and students at SMK Negeri 1 Karang Tengah, Cianjur, West Java. The objectives were to improve understanding and effective financial management, support entrepreneurial aspirations, and develop financial record-keeping skills. The training method was conducted online via Zoom in July 2023 with the participation of 54 participants. The materials presented included the basics of financial literacy and digital finance. As a result, participants showed an increased understanding of financial concepts, average daily use of financial technology in teachers, staff and students by 27%, and skills in accurate financial recording in teachers, staff and students by 26% on average. The implications of this training indicate that the adoption of the aturduit.id application contributes significantly to improving financial literacy. It is recommended to continue similar training and conduct long-term impact evaluation to strengthen financial literacy and support better financial goals Abstrak Studi ini fokus pada pelatihan literasi keuangan menggunakan aplikasi perencanaan keuangan aturduit.id untuk guru, staf, dan siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Karang Tengah, Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif, mendukung aspirasi kewirausahaan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan pencatatan keuangan. Metode pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring via Zoom pada Juli 2023 dengan partisipasi 54 peserta. Materi yang disajikan meliputi dasar-dasar literasi keuangan dan keuangan digital. Hasilnya, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang konsep keuangan, penggunaan teknologi keuangan sehari-hari rata-rata pada guru, staf dan siswa sebesar 27%, dan keterampilan dalam pencatatan keuangan yang akurat pada guru, staf dan siswa rata-rata sebesar 26 %. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini mengindikasikan bahwa adopsi aplikasi aturduit.id berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi keuangan. Disarankan untuk melanjutkan pelatihan serupa dan melakukan evaluasi dampak jangka panjang untuk memperkuat literasi keuangan dan mendukung tujuan keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The Indonesian government prioritizes policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship across all segments of society. This initiative aims to promote the attainment of the sustainability development goals (SDGs), which have been introduced through various initiatives and are projected to be accomplished between 2015 and 2030. Entrepreneurship remains a less favored means of earning a living among certain Indonesians. Particularly among the youth, there is a prevalent belief that pursuing entrepreneurship is not their primary ambition or aim. The correlation between entrepreneurship and economic growth has been well-established. Consequently, studying entrepreneurship education becomes a compelling endeavor to foster entrepreneurship, particularly among aspiring entrepreneurs. The business model canvas (BMC), enables users to synchronize earnings with objectives, including environmental and social dimensions. The purpose of this training exercise was to establish the following objectives aree to enhance comprehension and effectively employ the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the process of business planning, to enhance proficiency in creating BMC as a means of managing business plans and to promote the adoption of BMC as a solution to the business planning challenges faced by entrepreneurial students. The implementation of community service (PkM) aims to foster international collaboration between lecturers and students from UNJ and UMS. It is expected to enhance understanding, knowledge, and make a constructive impact on the business planning and development of BMC with the business community.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study purposes to investigate the complex relationship among work autonomy, work crafting, work satisfaction, and innovative work behaviour. Background Problems: How autonomy, crafting, and work satisfaction relate and, more collectively, affect young lecturers' innovative work behaviours within the shifting educational circumstances in Indonesia is a major concern. Novelty: This research has groundbreaking importance because it applies the self-determination theory to this particular academic context of Indonesia. It emphasises the impact of cultural variations on the motivation and behaviour of young lecturers. It offers an innovative perspective on how young lecturers may be innovative and adaptable in the face of pedagogical and technical changes that are occurring at a fast rate. Research Methods: The study uses a mixed method approach in which 382 young lecturers from state universities in Indonesia participate in surveys, in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. By using structural equation modelling (SEM) by Lisrel and systematically coded by NVIVO, it becomes possible to analyse the complex interrela­tionships between the variables. Finding/Result: Work crafting on work satisfaction and work satisfaction on innovative behaviour has a significant positive impact. In contrast, work autonomy has no significant influence on lecturer work satisfaction. Excessive autonomy and interference without assistance will lower lecturer work satisfaction. In a dynamic educational environment, encouraging young lecturers to use creative teaching techniques and having institutional support can boost their creativity. Conclusion: What is brought into sharp focus through this study is the balance of autonomy with adequate support for young lecturers in a world that is rapidly developing in terms of digital education. Thus, pressure exists in universities to ensure young lecturers enjoy convenience in their work and support them to ensure they obtain the institutional support and work tools required in the digital era.

Abstract

Dalam masa persaingan bisnis yang terus meningkat, khususnya di sektor industri golf, kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan efektivitas pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Padang Golf Cikarang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 169 partisipan yang terdiri dari para pegawai di PT Padang Golf Cikarang dengan metode random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melakui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan SOP memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t-hitung (5,034) yang melebihi t-tabel (1,974) serta tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Sementara itu, efektivitas pelatihan kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-hitung (1,421) lebih kecil dibandingkan t-tabel (1,974) dan tingkat signifikansi yang melebihi 0,05. Namun secara simultan penerapan SOP dan efektivitas pelatihan memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai F-hitung (119,355) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan F-tabel (3,02) serta nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penerapan SOP dan merancang program pelatihan yang lebih relevan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Research Originality — This study provides a unique empirical examination of technology acceptance within Indonesia's public administration system. Unlike previous research, which often focuses on developed countries, this study addresses a gap by analyzing challenges and strategies specific to a developing nation. It contributes to the innovation diffusion theory and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) by offering real-world data on the adoption of a digital system within a government institution. Research Objectives — To evaluate the effectiveness of the NADINE (Digital Official Script System) application implemented by Indonesia's Ministry of Finance (MOF). Specifically, it investigates user satisfaction, identifies areas for improvement, and explores the relationship between policy success and the Application's performance. Research Methods — A quantitative survey approach is employed, collecting data from over 2,500 MOF employees. Importance-performance analysis is used to assess user satisfaction and prioritize key areas for improvement. Correlation and regression analyses examine the relationship between policy success and the Application's effectiveness. Additionally, a word cloud analysis is conducted to extract insights from user feedback. Empirical Results — Findings indicate high user satisfaction with both the Policy and the NADINE application. Despite the positive reception, areas such as user interface and navigation require improvement. A strong positive correlation is observed, demonstrating a close link between policy effectiveness and application performance. Regression analysis further confirms this influence, suggesting that improvements in the Application can enhance policy outcomes. Implications — The study highlights the importance of relative advantage, compatibility, and ease of use in user acceptance of digital government systems. Key recommendations include enhancing user training and optimizing the user interface to improve the overall user experience. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and system developers in designing and implementing digital solutions in public administration, particularly in developing country contexts.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformational, dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja pada perusahaan swasta di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya jumlah angkatan kerja Generasi Z di Indonesia serta tingginya tingkat turnover yang menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 349 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 4 poin, dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan sedangkan kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya strategi manajerial dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, serta sistem kompensasi yang adil untuk meningkatkan keterikatan dan retensi karyawan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengambil kebijakan di perusahaan serta memperkaya literatur akademik dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks generasi muda di dunia kerja modern. Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya prevalensi gangguan kesehatan mental seperti stres, kecemasan, dan burnout di kalangan karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di wilayah perkotaan, khususnya Jakarta. Generasi ini dikenal memiliki karakteristik unik seperti ketergantungan pada teknologi, keinginan akan work-life balance, serta sensitivitas terhadap tekanan kerja. Dalam konteks dunia kerja modern yang dinamis dan penuh tuntutan, generasi Z lebih rentan mengalami tekanan psikologis yang berdampak negatif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan mental. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menelusuri faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi gangguan kesehatan mental mereka, terutama beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori dan melibatkan 384 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan rumus Lemeshow. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental (t = 7,951; p = 0,000), begitu pula lingkungan kerja (t = 5,357; p = 0,000). Kedua variabel ini secara simultan menjelaskan 40,9% variasi gangguan kesehatan mental yang dialami responden. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi serta lingkungan kerja yang tidak mendukung secara fisik maupun sosial merupakan pemicu utama gangguan kesehatan mental pada generasi Z. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat serta inklusif. Karyawan generasi Z juga didorong untuk proaktif menjaga kesehatan mentalnya. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada ruang lingkup variabel yang sempit dan fokus geografis yang terbatas pada Jakarta, sehingga penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk memperluas variabel dan melibatkan lintas generasi serta metode campuran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-learning on Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) within corporate environments through a theoretical literature review. The research employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing 20 peer-reviewed journal articles sourced from databases such as Publish or Perish and Mendeley. Of these, 11 studies utilized quantitative methods while the rest applied qualitative approaches. The articles were selected using non-probability sampling techniques, including random and snowball sampling, focusing on keywords such as e-learning, digital learning, and training. VOS viewer was used for bibliometric analysis and visualization of research trends related to e-learning. The findings reveal that e-learning has developed significantly and is closely associated with key factors such as digital learning, learning motivation, learning effectiveness, and employee performance. E-learning platforms have shown to not only improve knowledge transfer and training efficiency but also encourage innovative behaviors among employees by enhancing flexibility, collaboration, and engagement. Visualization analysis showed a growing trend in research related to e-learning and innovation, with several research areas still underexplored, particularly regarding how digital learning influences the generation and implementation of new ideas at work. This study concludes that e-learning serves as a strategic tool for developing innovative work behavior, contributing both to organizational performance and to the advancement of knowledge in human resource management and educational technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap keterikatan karyawan di PT Pertamina Marine Solutions. Keterikatan karyawan menjadi elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan loyalitas sumber daya manusia, terutama di sektor maritim yang menuntut profesionalisme dan kolaborasi tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 112 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik lingkungan kerja maupun budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kondisi fisik dan sosial di tempat kerja serta nilai – nilai budaya organisasi yang dipahami dan dihayati oleh karyawan, mampu meningkatkan semangat, dedikasi, dan penyerapan dalam pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen dalam merancang strategi peningkatan keterikatan karyawan melalui perbaikan lingkungan dan penguatan budaya organisasi.
