<![CDATA[The Republic of Indonesia's Government established BPJS Kesehatan as a public legal organization to organize the national health insurance program. The shift in the clustering policy of inpatient classes to Standard Inpatient Classes (KRIS) is one important adjustment implemented by the Government of Indonesia as part of a series of changes and improvements in regulations of the National Health Insurance (JKN). This change in KRIS raises the question of whether the existence of KRIS is adequate to meet the demands of the community after being acclimated to class-based inpatient facilities. To collect relevant information from the general public, this study uses a qualitative approach using a case study methodology. This study takes place in Klaten Regency and Yogyakarta Special Region Province based on a number of factors and considerations. Purposive sampling approach and in-depth interviews were used in this study to acquire data from four informants who represented various preset criteria. This study concluded that the acceptance of the community of active users of BPJS Kesehatan from each class at the research site related to the KRIS policy plan was relatively high. Furthermore, the study indicated that a thorough campaign is required as part of efforts to adopt KRIS based on the characteristics of the community and taking geographical and demographic variances into account]]>

<![CDATA[Segala protokol, himbauan, hingga pemberitaan mengenai perkembangan Covid-19 yang pertama kali muncul diCina pada awal tahun ini terus berkembang. Baik melalui media konvensional hingga media sosial, segala informasitentangnya terus membanjir dimanapun. Berita bohong atau hoaks dengan tujuan masing-masing juga makin marakturut meramaikan lalu lalang informasi yang terus mengalir setiap harinya. Utamanya di media sosial Facebook,hoaks banyak tersebar dan sangat mudah diakses oleh siapapun mengingat pengguna Facebook juga tak sedikit.Terlebih masyarakat dewasa ini hampir semuanya memiliki gawai dan sangat mudah dalam mengakses dan terterpainformasi. Dari membanjirnya informasi yang dipelintir, salah satu informasi yang saat ini mulai kerap dipelintiryaitu informasi yang berkaitan dengan vaksin Covid-19. Latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda, lingkunganyang bervariasi, dan penerimaan pesan yang beraneka ragam tentu menjadi peluang dalam penyebaran hoaks terkaitvaksin Covid-19. Maka dari masalah ini, muncul pertanyaan apa saja jenis hoaks yang muncul dalam pemberitaanvaksin Covid-19 dan bagaimana intensitas pemberitaan hoaks vaksin Covid-19 seiring semakin gencarnya vaksinCovid-19 dikenalkan oleh Pemerintah melalui berbagai media. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualititaif. Fokus dari artikel ini yaitu analisis mengenai beritaberitahoaks yang tersebar di Facebook terkait vaksin Covid-19 di mana data dikumpulkan dari kanal Hoax Busteryang ada pada website www.covid19.go.id milik Komite Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional(KPCPEN). Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa ada kecenderungan pemberitaan mengenai vaksin Covid-19 padajenis hoaks tertentu dan intensitas pemberitaan yang ada. <![CDATA[The movement of overseas students to their university's city often leads to cultural clashes and adaptation challenges. Open communication within families, akin to the pluralistic family model, is crucial amid these challenges. Cultural clashes, exemplified by sexual issues on Telkom University's campus, underscore the parental role in providing positive sexual education to enhance students' awareness. This study aims to explore how parental communication, particularly in pluralistic families, influences overseas students' sexual education and awareness. Using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and observations, the research reveals the significant impact of parental communication on sexual education at Telkom University. Pluralistic families employ open communication, acting as friends to facilitate effective advice reception. Parental messages greatly influence students' attitudes toward sexual education.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a culturally diverse country. Java is a tribe with a plethora of cultural endowments. Cuisine; music; dance; rituals/ceremonies; craft; calendar (calendar); language; to architecture or buildings that exist in Javanese cultural traditions are examples of Javanese cultural assets. Javanese culture is an essential element in Indonesia's variety that other countries do not own. As a result, it is critical to maintain Javanese culture as one of Indonesia's original resources. However, in the contemporary period, the people began to believe that Javanese culture, as the original traditional culture of Indonesia, was antiquated and out of date. The advancement of information and communication technology in the modern period can be viewed from two perspectives: positive and harmful. This paper is the end outcome of qualitative study. The documentation study method, one of the qualitative data collecting methods used in this writing, is used to collect data in this writing by reading and analyzing associated documents. Denis McQuail's media theory as part of mass communication is used as the analysis knife in this work. As a result, with correct management, the media can be used to preserve Javanese culture. Not only can the media educate, but it may also serve as a marketing vehicle for Javanese culture, resulting in economic rewards.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a multicultural nation with a variety of ethnic groups, religions, and faiths. This diversity can be an advantage and at the same time can cause horizontal conflict in society. Ideology and national politics owned by the Indonesian people are important as guidelines in the life of the nation and state within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Students as one of the important elements in the journey of the Indonesian nation need to get attention related to the discourse of national politics. This research seeks to see students' perceptions related to national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and survey method. Respondents were university students in Jakarta and Bandung (200 people). This study aims to map the perceptions of students in Jakarta and Bandung towards national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism and to see whether there is an influence of understanding of national politics and religious moderation on religious radicalism among students in Jakarta and Bandung. The results showed that in students' perceptions of the understanding of national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism, the majority are in the moderate category or not good enough (average 55%). In addition, the influence of understanding nationalism and religious moderation on religious radicalism was also found to be 3.1%. This means that there is still a need to increase students' understanding in Jakarta and Bandung of national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism.]]>

<![CDATA[Waria atau wanita-pria adalah istilah yang digunakan di Indonesia untuk merujuk kepada transgender atau transpuan. Indonesia memiliki populasi waria yang cukup signifikan, dengan salah satu konsentrasi tertinggi di Kawasan Duri Selatan, Jakarta Barat, terutama di Kampung Duri. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi bagaimana Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) waria menggunakan identitas dalam kehidupan sosial dan pribadinya, melibatkan proses negosiasi identitas yang mempengaruhi cara mereka berkomunikasi dan membentuk identitas sosial mereka. Studi ini mengadopsi teori Negotiation Identity oleh Stella Ting Toomey. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana PSK waria di Jakarta mengelola identitas mereka sebagai suatu proses negosiasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap 4 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PSK di Kampung Duri melakukan berbagai strategi negosiasi identitas seperti perubahan nama, pakaian, dan penampilan untuk mencerminkan identitas mereka yang sesungguhnya. PSK waria sering menghadapi diskriminasi dan kekerasan verbal serta non-verbal yang membatasi interaksi informan dengan masyarakat. Terkadang, eksistensi informan bahkan dapat menyebabkan pengusiran paksa dari komunitas. Para informan juga mengalami kesulitan akses terhadap layanan masyarakat dan medis serta sering mengalami stigma dalam upaya mencari bantuan.]]>

<![CDATA[The digital era surely facilitates all matters, but if we are not careful, this period can trap us in a misdirected pit since we are not adept enough in reading. Community service in the form of socialization in Nglinggi Village is one small step toward fostering literacy, particularly digital literacy related to media ethics and understanding of online love scams, which are becoming increasingly common today and frequently confuse victims and perpetrators. The transmitted understandings and continuous debates are unquestionably the best media for crossing paths and enhancing knowledge together. The climate of conversation that was created as a result of the passion of local inhabitants demonstrated that they were interested and focused on it. Observing existing problems and the direction of discussions with experts in their fields can lead to a suggestion that digital literacy should become a common concern and enter the tiered education curriculum so that their understanding is deeper and their internet use is more optimal and positive.]]>

<![CDATA[Communication within a family will indirectly create harmony and a close bond between parents and children. However, not all families can realize harmony. This is because there is a family given a particular child or a child with special needs, one of which is a child with autism. The purpose of this study is to understand the interpersonal relationship between parents and children with autism who have limitations in communication using the Relational Dialectics Theory (RDT) approach. This research applied a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research results indicated that the relational dialectics of interpersonal relationships between parents and children with autism raise tension or tension when building communication. Of course, this will challenge parents to address tension when building communication with children with autism to create communication that can be understood by each other.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on the TikTok platform on the Brand Awareness of the Tenue De Attire brand. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative method with data analysis using SPSS23 software and a survey approach involving 385 active TikTok users who have been exposed to content from the brand through a questionnaire. Based on the study titled “The Influence of e-WOM on the TikTok Account of the Tenue De Attire Brand on Brand Awareness,” a strong relationship and positive influence were found between Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) and Brand Awareness. The correlation coefficient analysis yielded a value of 0.800, indicating a very strong relationship. The R-Square (R²) value of 0.641 indicates that e-WOM explains 64.1% of the variability in Brand Awareness. Simple linear regression results show that each one-unit increase in e-WOM increases Brand Awareness by 0.479. The T-test results show a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 26.124 > t-table value of 1.9663, indicating that e-WOM has a significant impact on Brand Awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[Parents have an important role in shaping personality and influencing a child's achievement, where this can start from communication between parents and children. Good communication supports increasing children's achievements, which automatically influences the children's needs and motivation. So, closeness and good interpersonal communication skills will be needed between children and their parents. This research aims to explore the role of parental communication in supporting children's achievement needs, especially at Pribadi High School Bandung. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach to understand the experiences and views of research subjects. Data was collected through interviews with a number of students and parents at Bandung Private High School. Research findings show that the role of effective communication between parents and children in the aspects of openness, supporiveness and positiveness plays an important role in supporting children's academic achievements, increasing children's self-confidence and independence in achieving academic achievements. Additionally, this research found that parents who are actively involved in their child's education can provide significant emotional and moral support. Based on these findings, researchers recommend that parents pay attention to the quality of their communication with their children and create a supportive environment for their children's academic development.]]>
