Abstract

Culinary business is an economic sector that continues to grow, especially in the food business made from Tahu Walik. This study aims to explore and analyze the development potential of Tahu Walik culinary businesses through an entrepreneurial approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation at the business location related to marketing and management strategies that have been implemented. The results showed that the entrepreneurial approach plays an important role in the development of the Tahu Walik culinary business. In addition, there is the potential and uniqueness of Tahu Walik as a culinary product as well as supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Tahu Walik culinary business. By utilizing the potential and uniqueness of the product and overcoming existing obstacles, the Tahu Walik industry can continue to grow and contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's culinary culture and the country's economic growth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keefektifan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yaitu strategi pembelajaran project. Adapun metode pada peneliitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian bahwasanya sebagaimana yang kami lihat secara langsung strategi project ini berpengaruh terhadap siswa di antaranya yaitu strategi ini dapat membuat peserta didik senang dan nyaman, memotivasi belajar siswa, meningkatkan kerjasama tim (kolaborasi), meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan permasalahan, dan juga membuat peserta didik tidak bosan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengamati media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus. Adapun metode pada peneliitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasanya sebagaimana yang kami lihat secara langsung, media yang digunakan di SLB ABC TPI Medan adalah di antaranya : 1) kartu gambar, 2) puzzle huruf, bangun ruang, dan hewan, 3) meronce warna, 4) ring donat, 5) gambar/foto/poster. Media-media tersebut tentu dapat membantu dan mempermudah proses pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, sehingga tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the implementation of tahfiz Qur'an learning, the strategies of TQ-MD teachers in improving the quality of memorization, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of TQ-MD teachers in improving the quality of memorization of the Qur'an of MTs Mu'allimin UNIVA Medan students. This study uses qualitative research methods. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The sources of informant data for researchers are the principal of MTs Mu'allimin UNIVA Medan, the vice principal for curriculum, the 9th grade tahfiz coordinator, the tahfiz teacher of the TQ MD program, and several 9th grade TQ MD students. The results of this study indicate 1) the implementation of tahfiz qur'an learning in class 9 TQ-MD is carried out in a structured manner, the implementation is carried out with routine tasmi' activities by applying several variations of methods. 2) TQ MD teacher strategies in improving the quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an are by applying repetition methods (tikrar), routine tasmi' deposits, structured muroja'ah, variations in methods such as halaqah, talaqqi, and memorizing with translation, providing motivation and periodic evaluation, paying attention to time discipline, the existence of rewards and punishments, and collaboration with parents of students. 3) Supporting factors for TQ-MD teachers in improving the quality of students' Al-Qur'an memorization are high student motivation, support from students' parents, a conducive school environment and adequate facilities, and a structured TQ-MD program. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are lack of student motivation and psychology

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the program created by the mosque to increase the community's love of the environment. At the Darul Haq Mosque Jl. Master Suman Tembung. The research method used is qualitative based on phenomenological studies. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research explained that at the Darul Haq mosque the mosque marbot was used as a program called PM (Mosque Cleaner) which focused on maintaining the cleanliness of the Darul Mosque. Haq, PM at the Darul Haq mosque consists of 5 mosque teenagers who are given the mandate to clean their respective work areas or sectors which must be cleaned every day, both morning and evening. In an effort to increase the feeling of love for the mosque environment, everyone has the same duties and obligations, especially mosque youth, which in this modern era is an organization that really thinks about the development of Islam in an association or association that tends to love the mosque, in other words, to make the mosque prosperous and wants to train Get used to it. This program is accommodated directly by BKM (Mosque Prosperity Agency) Darul Haq which directs mosque teenagers who are the perpetrators of its activities.
