Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the kind of compensation obtained by individuals with shyness. The study findings clarify that compensation can be acquired either directly or indirectly, with direct compensation being further categorized into two types. Compensation, from a psychological standpoint, refers to the rewards or benefits that individuals obtain, which can directly contribute to overcoming personal challenges such as shyness and preventing various health conditions including cardiovascular illnesses, elevated blood sugar levels, and others. Furthermore, according to the Islamic viewpoint, providing compensation to a Muslim who possesses a sense of Shame will serve as a deterrent against engaging in immoral actions and transgressions. Moreover, indirect compensation refers to the rewards gained by an individual in the form of Allah's promise, namely the assurance of being granted entry into heaven and being elevated to the greatest rank. This includes being seen as devout, possessing wisdom, and being admired by numerous individuals.

Abstract

The method used in this research is quantitative research with an experimental approach, using a one group pretest and post-test design. The population of this study was all students at SD Negeri 2 Kayuara, where the sample was 32 students in class IV B. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test. The results of the research show that the results of data analysis using the t-test on the pre-test data before the fun creative learning method was applied and the post-test data after the fun creative learning method was applied, namely the value of t0 = 9.46 is greater than t0 (both 5% significance level or 1%), 2.04 < 10.70 > 2.74. This means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha): "The application of the fun creative learning method in PAI subjects has a significant influence on the learning interest of class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Kayuara, Sekayu District" is accepted with the null hypothesis (HO) being rejected. The t-test results on the student interest in learning questionnaire data are because t0 = 9.46 is greater than t0 (either 5% or 1% significance level), 2.04 < 41.06> 2.74. So it can be concluded that the application of the fun creative learning method can increase students' interest in learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class IV B of SD Negeri 2 Kayuara, Sekayu District.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Alumni of the PAI Study Program in preparing for the demographic bonus in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, aiming to analyze the contributions of PAI alumni in addressing the opportunities and challenges posed by the demographic shift. The research results show that PAI alumni play a role in shaping religious perspectives, motivating social change, and adapting to industrial transformations. However, challenges remain, such as the need for balanced time management, frequent policy adjustments, and alignment with technological advancements. The implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the community is influenced by several structural, substantive, and cultural factors. Structurally, the effectiveness of alumni contributions depends on the availability of competent guidance personnel. Substantively, the alignment of educational policies with contemporary societal needs affects implementation. Culturally, the support of families and communities enhances the impact of alumni efforts. Addressing these factors collectively fosters a more holistic approach to religious education in the era of Industry 4.0. The success of alumni contributions is also supported by active participation from parents, families, and communities. By ensuring a collaborative effort in religious education, the role of PAI alumni in optimizing the demographic bonus can be more effective and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategic implementation of anti-corruption self-awareness cultivation in the learning process within the Islamic Education Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Corruption in Indonesia, including among students, is often characterized by behaviors such as cheating, proxy attendance, and data manipulation, making anti-corruption education crucial. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results indicate that values such as honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability are not only integrated into the curriculum but also implemented through experiential learning strategies, reflective approaches, and assessment methods that promote academic integrity. Lecturers have adjusted their teaching and assessment methods by emphasizing independence and honesty. Additionally, case-based discussions and in-depth reflections in the classroom help students develop awareness of anti-corruption values. The effectiveness of these strategies is evident, as students demonstrate positive behavior, such as avoiding cheating, proxy attendance, and data manipulation, reflecting the successful implementation of these values.
