Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Awareness, Product Quality, and E-Word of Mouth on consumer purchase intention at Pusat Oleh-Oleh X. The selection of Pusat Oleh-Oleh X was based on considerations related to the characteristics and relevance of the souvenir center. This is a quantitative study with a population that is not definitively known in terms of the number of visitors to Pusat Oleh-Oleh X, located on Jl. Pamenang, Desa Toyoresmi, Kec. Ngasem, Kabupaten Kediri. The sample consists of 96 respondents, calculated using the Lemeshow formula. The analysis methods used in this study include descriptive statistics, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis, with data processed using SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution). This analysis aimed to test the effect of each independent variable on consumer purchase intention. The results of the study indicate that, partially, both Brand Awareness and E-Word of Mouth significantly influence consumer purchase intention at Pusat Oleh-Oleh X. This suggests that higher brand awareness and positive information spread through E-Word of Mouth increase consumer purchase intention. On the other hand, product quality does not have a significant effect on purchase intention at Pusat Oleh-Oleh X, although product quality remains a relevant factor in consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, Brand Awareness, Product Quality, and E-Word of Mouth significantly affect consumer purchase intention at Pusat Oleh-Oleh X. These findings suggest that these factors interact with each other in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is important for the management of Pusat Oleh-Oleh X to focus on increasing brand awareness and leveraging E-Word of Mouth to attract more consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload, work-life balance, and social support on employee performance at the Department of Transportation in Kediri City. The research employed a quantitative descriptive design using survey methods to collect primary data through questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents, selected using purposive sampling from a total population of 175 employees. Secondary data were obtained through literature reviews and institutional documentation. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that workload had no partial effect on employee performance, indicating that high workloads do not necessarily reduce performance when employees possess good time management and adaptability skills. Work-life balance also had no significant effect, suggesting that personal–work balance has not yet become a major determinant of performance in government institutions. In contrast, social support had a positive and significant influence, meaning that emotional and instrumental support from supervisors and coworkers enhances motivation, satisfaction, and productivity. Simultaneously, workload, work-life balance, and social support jointly influence employee performance. The novelty of this research lies in integrating these three variables in the context of public-sector employees, emphasizing the importance of social support and balanced workload management in improving public service quality and human resource performance in government organizations..

Abstract

This research discusses location, price discounts and product quality on customer loyalty at PT. SS Jaya Group Kediri City, this research aims to determine the results of the influence of location, price discounts and product quality on customer loyalty at PT SS Jaya Group Kediri City. The method in this research is the Quantitative Method. Data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 88 people. Data processing uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. There is a partial influence between Location on Customer Loyalty where the t test results obtained a significant value of 0.011<0.05. There is a partial influence between price discounts on customer loyalty where the t test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a partial influence between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty where the t test results obtained a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of Location, Price Discounts and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty where the F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000<0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work conflicts, workload, and leadership style on employee performance at Toko Ria Busana Kediri. The independent variables in this study include work conflict, workload, and leadership, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 employee respondents who work at Toko Ria Busana Kediri. The results of the study show that partially, work conflict and workload have a significant negative effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of conflict and the perceived workload, the lower employee performance tends to decrease. On the other hand, the leadership variable has a significant positive effect on performance, which means that a good leadership style is able to improve employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri dealer is impacted by factors such as location, pricing, and service quality. Quantitative research is what this kind of study is. Primary and secondary data are the methods of data collecting that are employed. At the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri Dealer, 77 respondents provided samples for the study through the use of the incidental sampling technique. Literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires were used to gather the research data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method of analysis that is employed. The t-test of the service quality variable showed a significant partial influence on customer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.001 <0.05, and the study's multiple linear regression equation was Y = 19,414 + 0.375X1 + 0.521X2 + 0.291X3. With a sig value of 0.001>0.05, price has a strong partial impact on customer satisfaction. With a sig. value of 0.017>0.05, location has a strong partial impact on customer satisfaction. With a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the F test yielded the F count result. According to the analysis's findings, customer satisfaction at the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri Dealer is significantly impacted by pricing, location, and service quality all at the same time.

Abstract

The company must be able to make the right policies so that the company can maintain its survival, so that the company can compete with competing companies and gain the trust of consumers. One of the important factors in achieving goals is HR (Human Resources) which has a very important role in determining the success of a company. This research aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction and employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research with a questionnaire instrument. The results of descriptive analysis show that all indicators of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and employee performance are in the “Good Enough” category, indicating that respondents' perceptions of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and employee performance still need to be improved. Validity and reliability tests show that the instruments used are valid and reliable. The results of structural model testing show that work-life balance has a significant and strong effect on employee performance (O=0.822; p<0.001) and job satisfaction (O=0.677; p<0.001), while job satisfaction also affects performance (O=0.367; p=0.006). In addition to the direct effect, there is also a significant indirect effect of work-life balance on performance through job satisfaction (O=0.249; p=0.011). Work-life balance improves employee performance, both directly and through increased job satisfaction, so companies are advised to create policies that support work-life balance in order to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya yang menekankan analisisnya pada angka-angka yang diolah dengan metode statistik. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 34 responden pada PT. Delima Pandu Berjaya. Dari hasil yang dilakukan pada penelitian menunjukan variabel pada PT. Delima Pandu Berjaya Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 0.662 + 0.385X1 + 0.287X2 + 0.336X3 dan hasil Uji t variabel Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.014 < 0.05. Reward berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.016 < 0.05. Etos Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.020 < 0.05 Hasil uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi Internal, Reward dan Etos Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Delima Pandu Berjaya.
