Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, teamwork, job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This type of research uses quantitative sampling techniques using a saturated sample method by taking all 45 members of the population. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) which were processed using the SPSS version 20 program. The research results concluded that partially the work environment Non-physical has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, with a significant t value of 0.000<0.05. Teamwork partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significant t value of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significant t value of 0.000 <0.05. The non-physical work environment, teamwork and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri by looking at the significant F value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti: terdapat pengaruh secara parsial budaya kerja (X1), motivasi ekstrinsik (X2), beban kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan Perusahaan Tanaman Yohan Nurser sebanyak 38 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantua program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinrerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -5,702 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. (2) motivasi ekstrinsik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 0,199 dan nilai Sig. 0,843 > 0,05. (3) beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -0,789 dan nilai Sig. 0,436 < 0,05. (4) budaya kerja, motivasi ekstrinsik dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 11.637 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear berganda maka menghasilkan rumus persamaan Y = 49,609 + (-0,812)X₁ + 0,067X₂ + (- 0,252)X₃.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance the effect of job rotation, promotion, physical work environment on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of the research was KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri employees which are as many as 45 respondents. This study uses the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability first. The data analysis technique of this study uses the classical assumption test, as well as multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the variables of job rotation, promotion, and physical work environment had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri employees. In this study, the promotion variable has a dominant influence on employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of the physical work environment, supervision and employee work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Persada Nawa Kartika Kertosono Nganjuk Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population is 47 employees. The sampling technique used saturated samples, the number of samples in the study was 36 permanent employees. Research results (1) The level of significance of the Sig value. 0.069 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.881 < 2.032) means that the physical work environment does not have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Sig value. 0.295 > 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (1.064 < 2.032) means that supervision has no partial and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Sig. 0.017 < 0.05 and the value of tcount < ttable (2.529 > 2.032) means that work discipline has a partial and significant influence on employee performance. (4) It is concluded that Sig.F 0.000 is greater than 0.05. It was concluded that physical work environment variables, supervision and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) The results of the multiple linear analysis test are as follows: Y = 4.128 + 0.202X1 + 0.211X2 + 0.451X3

Abstract

Repurchase of a product by consumers is a manifestation of the formation of loyalty in consumers. Consumer loyalty can be formed because it is influenced by several factors. Several factors that are believed to influence consumer loyalty are product price, purchase location, and service quality. So this research aims to determine the influence of price, location and service quality on consumer loyalty at The Bake Corner Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research carried out at The Bake Corner Kediri, Kediri City, East Java. The research population was taken from consumers in the last 3 months with a total of 1,080 people. Meanwhile, the sample used was 92 people, determined using the Slovin formula calculation. The data used is primary data taken using observation techniques and closed interviews using questionnaires. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests using SPSS. Based on the analysis results, it is known that price, location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Simultaneously, price, location and service quality also have a significant influence on consumer loyalty at The Bake Corner Kediri. It is hoped that The Bake Corner Kediri will further develop several factors that can influence consumer loyalty.

Abstract

PT.PLN (Persero) TJBTB UPT Madiun ULTG Kediri merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, serta merupakan perushaan yang bergerak pada bidang pemeliharaan jaringan dan gangguan. Komponen utama dalam melakukan pelayanan masyarakat maupun negara. Dalam hal ini perlu adanya program Diklat yang efektif dalam perusahaan sebaagai pengembangan karir, dimana program Diklat yang berjalan dapat memberikan penerapan kinerja sehari-hari serta juga membantu karyawan menambah wawasan dalam kinerja. Diklat dalam perusahaan ini berjalan dalam 2 periode yaitu Diklat dalam 1 tahun sekali dan 5 tahun sekali. Seluruh kegiatan Diklat berjalan sesuai dengan pohon faktor per divisi atau jabatan yang sudah masuk dalam sebuah aplikasi Diklat Bernama SIM PUSDIKLAT, dimana aplikasi sudah terinstall pada masing-masing gadget maupun laptop karyawan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program Diklat berjalan selama ini serta hambatan apa saja yang mempengaruhi. Metodelogi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan cara melakukan wawancara, penyajian data, reduksi data, verifikasi data kemudian penarikan keimpulan dengan menggunaan analasis grounded Theory Research dan field reaserch. Kemdian pada saat pemilihan informan menggunakan Teknik snowball sampling atau chain sampling.Hasil dari penelitian memberikan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa memang benar kefektifan program Diklat masih menjadi Upaya pengembangan karyawan, kemudian hambatan yang dialami hanyalah masalah jaringan pada saat dilakukan secara online. Kesimpulan membuktikan bahwa keseluruhan pengembangan karir karyawan memang didukung oleh program Diklat, kemudian saran untuk perusahaan agar lebih bisa memperhatikan bagaimana keluhan dari seluruh karyawan dan juga tetap memperhatikan keselamatan karyawan dalam praktik kerja sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai pengaruh gaji dan insenitf terhadap kinerja karyawan, dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur besarnya hubungan/pengaruh antara gaji dan insenitf terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkon Infra Region Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berdasarkan jawaban atas 35 responden yang berasal dari seluruh karyawan, serta menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan literatur sebagai metode penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 16.0 sebagai alat uji statistik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa variabel gaji dan insenitf berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial gaji berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Insentif berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,808 atau 80,8%.

Abstract

Considerations including work discipline, motivation, career growth possibilities, and stress may help us understand how satisfied PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia Kediri Branch employees are with their jobs. Using a non-probability selection strategy, this quantitative research selects a representative sample of 34 workers. Dalam SPSS versi 25, kami memeriksa kenormalan, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan ketergantungan; kami juga memeriksa validitas dan reliabilitas. Selain itu, analisis statistik berikut dilakukan: uji-t, uji-F, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan perhitungan koefisien determinasi R². Work discipline significantly and positively affects job satisfaction, according to the study's findings (t significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05). With a t-statistic of 0.000 <0.05, it is clear that work motivation significantly impacts job satisfaction. Likewise, possibilities for professional advancement significantly impact work satisfaction in a favorable way, as shown by a t-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Also, with a t-value of 0.040 < 0.05, it is shown that work stress is positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is impacted by a combination of work ethic, motivation, and professional progress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development on the performance of employees of a limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri. This study uses a quantitative approach which the samples are taken from 31 permanent employees using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the data are obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Using analysis techniques such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f), and the coefficient of determination test, the results showed that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri. The results of the coefficient of determination show that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development affect the performance of 78.6% of employees at the limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri while the other 21.4% is influenced by variables other than the variables studied by researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to test and explain the influence of product quality, brand awareness to brand loyalty through purchasing decisions as an interverning variable in the Sablon Sp Sportwear in Tulungagung City. This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is consumers who have screen printed or purchased t-shirts more than once at SP Sportwear Tulungagung, totaling 122 people from January to February 2024. The number of samples taken was 93 respondents, and the sampling method used non probability sampling with technique purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires, while analysis techniques use validity tests, realism tests, R tests Square, and test the hypothesis. The research results show that (1) there is a positive but not significant influence between Product Quality and Brand Loyalty with a t statistics value of 1.600 which is smaller than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​= 0.113 which is greater than α = 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Brand Awareness to Brand Loyalty with a t statistics value of 0.640 which is smaller than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​value = 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between Purchasing Decisions on Brand Loyalty with a t statistics value of 31.851 which is greater than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​value = 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05, (4) there is a positive but not significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions with a t statistics value of 2.208 which is greater than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​value = 0.113 which is greater than α = 0.05, (5) there is a positive and significant influence between Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions with a t statistics value of 31.851 which is greater than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​value = 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05, (6) there is a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions which is able to mediate Product Quality on Brand Loyalty with a t statistics value of 2.223 which is greater than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​value = 0.028 which is smaller than α = 0.05, (7) there is a significant influence on purchasing decisions that is able to mediate Brand Awareness to Brand Loyalty with a t statistics value of 5.124 which is greater than the t value of 1.97, and a P-Values ​​value = 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05.
