Abstract

The researcher discussed about fi’il majhul because it was necessary to understand some of  Arabic language, and because fi’il majhul is different with fi’il ma’lum, and many beginners feel difficult in differentiating between fi’il majhul and fi’il ma’lum. The researcher choose surrat Yassin because surah Yasin is the heart of Qur’an. . The number of fi’il majhul in Surah Yasin is fourteen (14) verses, that be found is twelve (12) verses. The most fi’il majhul in Surah Yasin consists of fi’il stulatsi mujarrod, with 8 verbs. And others consist of fi’il tsulatsi mazid bi harfin with six (6) verbs. The researcher does not bounded fi’il tsulatsi mazid biharfain or tsalatsah or fi’il ruba’i in this surah. The number of fi’il majhul in Surat Yassin consists of bina’ shahih with nine (9) verbs.  bina’  ajwaf wawi with tree (3) verbs,  one verb from bina’ naqis lam at 54th verse, one verb from  bina’ mitsal wawi at 63rd verse, and the researcher does not find another building in this surah.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to look at how compensation and job satisfaction affect employee productivity at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta. With an associative technique, the study uses a quantitative approach. The Operations Division has 66 workers, and saturated sampling is the sampling method employed. Using hypothesis testing (ttest and Ftest), multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and validity and reliability tests, data were obtained via structured questionnaires. The results demonstrate that compensation has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance (t = 2. 289 > ttable = 1. 998; sig. = 0. 025). Additionally, job satisfaction has a positive and substantial influence (t = 4. 874 > ttable = 1. 998; sig. = 0. 000). At the same time, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0. 603, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant impact on employee performance (F = 47. 784 > Ftable = 3. 142; sig. = 0. 000). This shows that the two variables account for 60. 3% of an employee's performance, while other factors account for the remaining 39. 7%. The need to implement successful compensation strategies and increase job satisfaction in order to boost employee performance is highlighted by these results. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable in PT. Bintang Ujung Kulon Mandiri. The method in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative research approach. Meanwhile, the number of samples used was 52 respondents, using saturated samples for the sampling method. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that, (1) competence has a significant influence on employee performance, (2) emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance, (3) competence has a significant influence on leadership, (4) emotional intelligence has a significant influence on leadership, (5) leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, (6) competence has a significant influence on employee performance through leadership, and (7) emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance through leadership.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, every company is trying to show its superiority in order to survive in increasingly tight business competition. Companies are required to increase effectiveness and efficiency optimally so that the company's goals can be achieved. Every company has targets and goals to accomplish in a certain period. PT. Infinit Teknika Industri is a relatively new company in the industrial landscape in Indonesia. Founded in 2022 and based in Tangerang, we have established ourselves as a major player in the electrical and mechanical fields. Initially, we focused on providing high-quality electrical and mechanical equipment. However, as time passes, we realize the importance of providing a more comprehensive service. Therefore, we started offering installation services to ensure that the solutions we provide deliver optimal results for customers, with a vision to become an active contributor to national infrastructure development. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses observation and questionnaire methods as instruments. The respondents were 45 employees at PT. Infinit Teknika Industri. The sampling process uses technical non-probability sampling using an associative quantitative approach using primary data. Abstract

This study examines the influence of recruitment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Panca Persada Medika. The research aims to determine the relationship between th ese variables and employee performance using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The study involved 50 employees using a saturated sampling method, with data collected through questionnaires. The analysis included reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by t-value > t-table (2.670 > 2.011) and significance 0.010 < 0.05. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect, with t-value > t-table (6.766 > 2.011) and significance 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, recruitment and work motivation influence employee performance, evidenced by an F-value of 108.396 > F-table 3.20 and significance 0.000. These two variables account for 82.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors. The findings emphasize the importance of optimizing the recruitment process and enhancing work motivation to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Directorate General of Cipta Karya, Ministry of Public Works. The research aims to determine the extent to which these two factors contribute to employee performance. A quantitative associative research approach was used, with primary and secondary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The study employed a saturated sampling technique, ensuring that all members of the population participated. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The findings indicate that work discipline and work motivation both have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 97% of employee performance is influenced by these two factors, while the remaining 3% is affected by other variables. These results highlight the importance of maintaining high discipline and motivation to optimize employee performance and contribute to organizational success.

Abstract

This research is to find out alternative strategies for improving the quality of institutional services for lecturers and education staff at FISIP Muhammadiyah University Jakarta with the principle of New Public Service in institutional services for lecturers and education staff. The background of public service literature is fundamentally humanistic (citizens do not serve customers), where the public interest (seeking the public interest) and accountability for the Implementation of New Public Services are prioritized on the principle of being able to increase the synergy of public services and the responsiveness of public service organizations to the needs of lecturers and education staff in FISIP Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, applying the citizen model does not serve customers, strives for public interest and public service accountability as part of the New Public Service principle as an alternative to improving the quality of public services. The service process for FISIP lecturers and education staff at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta is a process of interdependence between the actors involved and bargaining occurs between actors.

Abstract

This study aims to deconstruct the concept of accounting, which is dominated by capitalism, through the integration of the liberation theology paradigm in Islamic accounting. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research explores how the liberation theology paradigm can provide a more just and humanistic ideological foundation in accounting practices. The study involves a critical analysis of literature related to Western epistemology in accounting, as well as ontological, epistemological, and axiological approaches from an Islamic perspective. The findings show that the liberation theology paradigm in Islamic accounting can offer a more ethical and just alternative compared to conventional accounting, which is often driven by capitalist interests. This research concludes that the integration of liberation theology in Islamic accounting not only expands the scope of accounting but also strengthens its role as a tool for social liberation. The results indicate that the Islamic metaphysics approach successfully deconstructs the dominance of Western epistemology in accounting by rejecting the concept of binary oppositions often used to separate economic and spiritual aspects. Through the liberation theology paradigm, Islamic accounting is presented as a more just ideological framework, where God is placed at the center of the ontology of accounting, emphasizing the importance of integrating spiritual values into every economic decision. This approach not only critiques but also offers an alternative by integrating ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects in accounting, creating a more holistic and ethical concept, and reaffirming accounting’s role as a tool for social liberation based on justice and Islamic values.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Strategi bisnis yang tepat dalam perusahaan akan berdampak sangat besar pada kesuksesan perusahaan dalam menjalankan prosedur kinerja yang sesuai dengan target yang akan dicapai. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada PT. Usaha Cipta Mandiri yang terdaftar Di Astra Honda Motor. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening sebagian hasil berpengaruh dan beberapa hasil tidak berpengaruh. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian ini penulis menemukan bahwa disiplin kerja yang terdapat PT. Usaha Cipta Mandiri melalui budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya Kementerian PUPR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,240 1,678 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,221 0,05. Sedangkan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,177 1,678 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 0,05.
