Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the (1) lack of utilization of the belajar..id platform which causes the belajar..id platform provided by the education and culture office to be useless. This research aims to find out how much the belajar.id platform benefits the (2) learning process at Al-Ishlah Cilegon High School. The research method used is (3) descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation of teachers and students. The results show that the utilization of the belajar.id platform has not been maximized because of the 14 applications integrated with the belajar.id account, Al-Ishlah Cilegon High School students only use 2 applications. In conclusion, students have activated the belajar.id account but have not used it optimally, it is only used to log into the premium canva account and save files on google drive, because the storage becomes larger. Keywords: Belajar.id, Learning Process, Descriptive Qualitative ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh (1) kurangnya pemanfaatan platform belajar.id yang menyebabkan tidak bergunanya platform belajar.id yang diberikan oleh dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat platform belajar.id dalam (2) proses pembelajaran di SMA Al-Ishlah Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (3) kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan platform belajar.id belum maksimal karena dari 14 aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan akun belajar.id, siswa-siswi SMA Al-Ishlah Cilegon hanya menggunakan 2 aplikasi saja. Kesimpulannya, siswa-siswi sudah mengaktivasi akun belajar.id tetapi belum menggunakannya secara maksimal, hanya digunakan untuk login ke akun canva premium dan menyimpan file di google drive, karena penyimpanan menjadi lebih besar. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low effectiveness of science teaching at the elementary school level due to the minimal use of technology-based media. The research aimed to analyze the effect of Spinning Wheel as an instructional medium on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Panancangan 4, Serang City. A quantitative pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design was employed. The instruments consisted of a learning achievement test (25 multiple-choice and 5 essay items) and a student response questionnaire. Data were analyzed using prerequisite tests, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, and descriptive statistics. The findings showed that the average pretest score was 45.17 and the posttest score was 84.89, with minimum–maximum values of 24.00–62.00 and 70.00–97.00, respectively. The Wilcoxon test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect of the Spinning Wheel on improving student learning outcomes. In addition, student responses toward the use of this medium were positive, reflected in higher motivation, focus, and active participation during lessons. These results suggest that the Spinning Wheel is effective as an interactive medium that not only enhances academic achievement but also fosters a more engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Therefore, the application of simple technology-based media such as the Spinning Wheel can serve as an alternative strategy for teachers to optimize science learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Problem BasedLearning (PBL)model assisted by Canva-based audio visual media on the learningoutcomes of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in fourth grade students of SDN Pekalongan II Cilegon. This study uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, namely one-group pretest-postest design. The research sample consisted of 27 fourth grade students. The results showed a significantincrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the canvaassisted Problem Based Learning (PBL)model. The average pretest score 53,04with a very low category and increased to 85,19 in the posttest with a high category.The paired sample- t-Test hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, wich means the hypothesis is accepted. This confirms a significant effect. Inaddition, the N-Gain Score of 71 with a high category with a percentage value64,46% indicates the influence of the learning model on IPAS learning outcomes.Furthermore, the results of the Canva media questionnaire proved effective inincreasing student motivation in understanding the material and fostering criticalthingking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Model assisted by Wordwall media on the learning outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in fourth-grade students of SDN Cikande Permai. This study uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach. This study uses the one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques are tests to determine learning outcomes, as well as student response questionnaires to the application of Wordwall media. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. This study shows the results of data analysis, the average pretest experiment was 45.8 and posttest experiment 83.3. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. This indicates that there is an increase in student learning outcomes using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model assisted by Wordwall compared to students who use conventional methods. The results of student response questionnaire data processing produced an average value of 84.56. The data analysis resultsabove demonstrate the influence of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model with the aid of wordwalls on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in post-test scores.

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the research questions regarding how the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) can be promoted through physical activities in children aged 5–6 years at KB PAUD Al-Hidayah, Serang Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of physical activities in improving PHBS among early childhood students. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method consisting of two cycles, each including the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 9 children aged 5–6 years. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and field notes. The results showed a noticeable improvement in PHBS after the children participated in physical activities. The children began to develop habits such as washing hands with soap before meals, throwing trash in the designated place, and maintaining body hygiene after activities. These improvements were significantly evident in each cycle, as indicated by the observation sheets. The study concludes that enjoyable and structured physical activities can serve as an effective medium for instilling PHBS in early childhood. It is recommended that teachers integrate physical activities into daily routines and collaborate with parents to reinforce PHBS habits at home. Furthermore, health authorities are encouraged to support this program.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of early childhood social-emotional development as the foundation for character building and interpersonal skills in the future. However, there are still children aged 4-5 years who experience difficulties in interacting with their peers and expressing their emotions appropriately. This study aims to describe and analyze the strategies used by teachers to enhance the social-emotional development of 4- to 5-year-old children through block play at the Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Linduk Early Childhood Education Center. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. This study involved 1 teacher and 5 children aged 4-5 years (Class A). The results of the study indicate that the teacher's strategies in enhancing the social-emotional development of 4-5-year-old children through block play at PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Linduk include several approaches such as fostering polite behavior, collaborative small-group learning, varied teaching methods, and managing children's emotions during block play. These strategies successfully stimulated children's social-emotional aspects, including cooperation, empathy, independence, and self-control. In this case, the active role of teachers as facilitators and companions in block play is very important, and block play contributes significantly to children's social-emotional development at the PAUD

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Pandeglang, yang prevalensinya berada di atas target nasional. Faktor penyebab tidak hanya terkait gizi, tetapi juga pola asuh, pengetahuan orang tua, dan keterbatasan akses informasi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-kolaboratif yang diikuti oleh 15 guru PAUD IGTKI. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi-refleksi. Kegiatan utama berupa workshop interaktif yang memadukan reflective learning dengan literasi digital, sehingga peserta tidak hanya menerima materi, tetapi juga berlatih menyusun konten edukatif berbasis pengalaman. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan refleksi kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital guru PAUD IGTKI. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan proses pengasuhan (caring) berbantuan platform digital efektif dalam membekali guru dengan kompetensi yang diperlukan untuk menyebarluaskan informasi pencegahan stunting. Program ini dapat menjadi strategi adaptif dalam percepatan penurunan stunting berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

The low learning motivation of students with special needs (PDK) in Serang City is evident from their lack of focus, participation, and active involvement during learning. This condition shows that conventional learning methods have not been able to accommodate the individual needs and learning styles of each child. This study aims to analyse the application of audio-visual media in increasing the learning motivation of PDK. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the participants consisted of three PDK children with different characteristics, while the data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analysed through data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that audio-visual media was effective in increasing learning motivation, as indicated by increased enthusiasm, curiosity, perseverance, and participation among children. The media was adjusted according to the children's needs, such as large text for the deaf, simple animations for children with autism, and interactive displays for children with concentration disorders. This study provides hope for the development of inclusive learning media and encourages collaboration between teachers and parents in supporting PDK learning motivation in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the overall effect of principals’ leadership on teachers’ innovative work behavior, compare the relative strength of different leadership styles, and assess heterogeneity and potential publication bias within the post-2015 digital education context. A meta-analysis of 26 quantitative studies (k = 26) indexed in Scopus between 2015 and 2025 was conducted using a random-effects model. The inclusion criteria were: (1) empirical quantitative studies; (2) examination of the relationship between principals’ leadership and teachers’ innovative work behavior; (3) provision of statistical data convertible into effect sizes; and (4) publication in Scopus-indexed journals. Statistical indicators (r, t, and F values) were converted into standardized effect sizes and analyzed using JASP to estimate pooled effects, heterogeneity indices, and publication bias statistics. The results indicate that (1) there is a very high level of heterogeneity across studies (I² > 98%); (2) all leadership styles demonstrate a positive and significant effect on teachers’ innovative work behavior (p < 0.001), with visionary leadership showing the largest effect size relative to participative, transformational, and ethical leadership styles (r = 0.641); and (3) publication bias tests using the Egger test and Fail-safe N reveal no significant indication of publication bias. These findings indicate that principals’ leadership is a significant factor in promoting teachers’ innovative work behavior in technology-mediated learning environments; however, the magnitude of its impact varies substantially across contextual conditions.
