Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media assisted by the Canva application that is suitable for use in the thematic learning process on the theme "The Beauty of Diversity in My Country" in class IV elementary school. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. The test subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, learning experts and student responses. The object in this research is learning media assisted by the Canva application which is suitable for use in the learning process. The instrument used to collect data was a validation questionnaire given to several expert validators, namely media expert validators, material expert validators and learning expert validators. The total score obtained from validation by media experts was 90.6, from validation by material experts, namely 87.2, from learning experts it was 93.2 and from student responses a score was obtained of 94.2. The average score from the validation results is 91.3. From this score, it can be said that the learning media assisted by the Canva application developed is "very suitable" for use in the thematic learning process in class IV at SD Fauzan Al Islamiyah Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to produce Contextual-based LKPD that can stimulate students and increase student learning motivation on the theme of caring for living things in class IV elementary school and to determine the feasibility test of Contextual-based LKPD on the theme of caring for living things in class IV elementary school. This research produced a product in the form of a contextual-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) on the theme of caring for living creatures in class IV elementary school. The development model used is the ADDIE development model in the form of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The learning development model used is the ADDIE development model. The percentage obtained from each validator is 80% material experts, 85% design experts and 85% teacher responses, each of which is included in the valid category. Based on the class teacher response questionnaire distributed to researchers after using the LKPD, it shows that many students are interested in LKPD. This is shown by the average results obtained in the teacher response questionnaire being 96% which is included in the category of very practical to use

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine teacher activities in implementing the Hybrid Learning model on the KPK and FPB material, to determine student activities in implementing the Hybrid Learning model on the KPK and FPB material and to determine the use of the Hybrid Learning learning model can improve learning outcomes and students' thinking skills in class on the KPK and FPB material in class IV UPT SPF SD Negeri 101801 Kedai Durian, the hybrid learning model is a combination of face-to-face learning with online learning or e-learning. The form of this research is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were class IV UPT SPF SD NEGERI 101801, which consisted of 29 students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used was source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data analysis used was interactive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that through the hybrid learning model, it can improve the learning outcomes of mathematics students in the FPB-KPK material at IV UPT SPF SD NEGERI 101801.

Abstract

This study is motivated by two main factors. First, based on the 2022 PISA results, Indonesia ranked 72 out of 79 countries in mathematics with a proficiency rate of only 12%, far below the OECD average of 69%. Second, the average mathematics scores of elementary school students are often below the national minimum standards. This gap indicates a mismatch between curriculum content and student learning outcomes, influenced by factors such as teaching approaches, teacher competence, and the availability of learning media, particularly those supporting the understanding of number and arithmetic concepts, which are fundamental in mathematics learning at the elementary school level. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of number and arithmetic materials in the elementary school curriculum in Medan City and analyze their impact on the learning process and student outcomes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents from several elementary schools in Medan City, conducted both offline and online. Curriculum. The results show that the implementation of number and arithmetic materials is generally in accordance with Indonesia’s current Most schools have adopted the Independent Curriculum, while some still apply the K13 Curriculum in selected classes. Implementation in lower grades tends to use concrete learning media, while upper grades focus more on abstract numerical concepts. The main challenges encountered include the limited availability of media and teaching aids, especially in lower grades, and disparities in student abilities that require greater teacher attention to ensure that learning objectives are achieved.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, seperti Power Point, telah menjadi salah satu alat yang populer dalam pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Power Point Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas II SD Pada Pelajaran Seni Budaya di SD Negeri 015019 Dahana Tabaloho Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis one grup desaign pre-test and post-test. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah termasuk dalam jenis eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SD Negeri 015019 Dahana Tabaloho sejumlah 24 siswa yang berjumlah 24 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 laki-laki 15 perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil post-test yang diperoleh dari 24 siswa, total nilai yang terkumpul meningkat menjadi 1896. Nilai maksimum yang dicapai oleh seorang siswa dalam post-test adalah 151,68, sedangkan nilai minimum adalah 67. Rata-rata nilai post-test juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Distribusi statistik post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan performa siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media PowerPoint. Peningkatan dalam nilai maksimum dan nilai minimum dibandingkan dengan pre-test menunjukkan adanya perkembangan positif dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran PowerPoint terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 51,75, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test meningkat menjadi 79,00. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media PowerPoint berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Power Point, Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia di kelas V SD Negeri 106163 Bandar Klippa, yang disebabkan oleh model pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS), khususnya pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment tipe nonequivalent control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 43 orang, terdiri dari 21 siswa kelas kontrol dan 22 siswa kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar berupa pre-test dan post-test. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada kelas yang menggunakan model PjBL. Rata-rata nilai post-test siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 82,50, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya mencapai 68,09. Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student activity in mathematics subjects through the application of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) cooperative learning model assisted by wordwall. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, this study is a quantitative study. Data collection instruments in this study were student observation sheets, questionnaires and documentation. This study involved fourth grade students of SDN 101934 Citaman as the main participants. The results showed that student activity increased significantly, by showing the average percentage value of student activity observation sheets in cycle I of 56.60% (moderate category) and in cycle II of 80.26% (good category), so it can be seen that there is an increase in the average percentage value from cycle I to cycle II. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that using the TGT type cooperative model assisted by wordwall can increase student activity in Mathematics subjects in grade IV SDN 101934 Citaman.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of using Wordwall learning media on the learning outcomes of class IV SDN 104255 Paluh Sibaji. The learning process of Science, indicates that student learning outcomes are not optimal. Wordwall learning media was chosen as an intervention because of its potential in increasing motivation and learning interactivity. This study uses a quasi-experimental quantitative research method using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collected include, quantitative data obtained from pretest scores in the form of questions on photosynthesis material. Then qualitative data in the form of student response questionnaire data to the WordWall learning media. Data collection techniques in this study are Pretest and posttest. The pretest was carried out at the beginning of the learning activity while the posttest was carried out at the end of learning, and student questionnaire data which is additional data aimed at finding out students' opinions about the WordWall learning media in Science learning. The results of the analysis showed that the average posttest score of students in the experimental class was 82.75, while the control class obtained an average of 72.10. Based on the t-test, the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates a significant increase between the two classes. Then, the results indicate that the Wordwall learning media has a positive and significant influence on improving the learning outcomes of class IV students of SDN 104255 Paluh Sibaji. Thus, the use of WordWall media has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes and can be an innovative alternative in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of STEAM learning media based on local wisdom of Samosir Island on the creative thinking ability of fifth grade students of MIS Insan Ikhlas Islamic School. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a Quasy Experiment type and a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study was all fifth grade students of MIS Insan Ikhlas Islamic School. With a total of 63 students, with class VA as the experimental class and class VB as the control. To obtain the necessary data, in this study the researcher used an instrument in the form of a test. Data analysis used the Two-Way ANOVA analysis technique, Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. After the ANOVA test, Fcount>Ftable (870.93> 4.00) was obtained, so H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between STEAM learning media based on local wisdom of Samosir Island on the creative thinking ability of fifth grade students at MIS Insan Ikhlas Islamic School.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan utama untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan tenaga administrasi SD Negeri 067240 dalam membuat bahan ajar interaktif berupa game edukatif berbasis Scratch, dengan kegunaan menciptakan sumber daya manusia pendukung yang berkapabilitas ganda sebagai produsen media pembelajaran digital inovatif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu dan variasi media pembelajaran serta mempersiapkan sekolah menghadapi era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2024 di SD Negeri 067240 dengan sasaran 10 orang tenaga admin dan pendidik yang dipilih secara purposive. Prosedur kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan (koordinasi dan penyusunan modul), pelaksanaan (pemberian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung dengan pendampingan mentor), dan evaluasi (diskusi dan refleksi). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan hasil karya peserta, lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menghasilkan bahan ajar digital sederhana berbasis Scratch dalam bentuk permainan edukatif yang memuat materi pembelajaran. Peningkatan kemampuan modifikasi konten menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan Scratch, menghasilkan karya yang aplikatif sesuai kebutuhan sekolah. Hasil ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta, memberikan dampak positif, dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di SD Negeri 067240.
