Abstract

This study is to determine whether the characteristics of coffee flavor can be implemented into a decision support system. In this study, the problem is the difficulty in finding coffee experts with adequate understanding and knowledge of coffee. The purpose is to implement Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the characteristics of coffee flavor and to transfer the knowledge about the taste of coffee to coffee lovers. The expected results are to assist in making a decision support system application in selecting the characteristics of coffee, so that it can provide the advice to the common consumers who want to enjoy and the knowledge about the coffee itself as well.

Abstract

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design tool used to describe the system model such as usecase, scenario diagram, sequence diagram. Index Terms - Information System, Online Auctions, Prototype, UML

Abstract

Humblezing Store is one of the convection that produces a variety of clothing and men'sjackets. In producing goods company uses quality materials so that the products have high quality.Marketing system which runs today are using social media such as Facebook and BlackberryMessenger (BBM). This is done because most Indonesian people today prefer a company that offersthe ease of sale. The method used in the development of information systems sales and inventory isan engineering prototype. The system design modeling tool is a structured approach using toolssuch flowchart document (flowmap), context diagram, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), data dictionary,normalization, table relationships, and ERD (Entity Relationship diagrams). The programminglanguage used is PHP using MySQL database server. Results of this study were (1) With a system ofsales and inventory information is the consumers can find out information about Humblezing Storeonline. (2) The information system of sales and inventory that is proposed can improve and willprovide service to consumers. Consumers who want to make purchases do not have to comedirectly to the store, but can make purchases anywhere.

Abstract

Bisnis penyewaan mobil memiliki beberapa proses bisnis, antara lain proses pemesanan mobil, pembayaran, pengembalian dan pembatalan pemesanan. Dari beberapa proses bisnis tersebut masih terdapat masalah yang ditemui dimana sistem pembukuan yang dilakukan secara manual membutuhkan waktu lebih dalam pengolahan data, pencarian data, dan rentan akan terjadinya kerusakan. Dijaman sekarang dimana teknologi berkembang pesat mengubah gaya hidup masyarakat yang menginginkan sistem sederhana, mudah dimengerti, cepat dalam pengaksesan, dan fleksibel yang bisa diakses dimanapun. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitan deskriptif, metode pendekatan terstruktur dan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, dan DFD. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan menggunakan MySql sebagai database. Dengan dibangunnya website sistem informasi rental mobil ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada seperti semua proses transaksi dan pengolahan data pemesanan mobil

Abstract

The impact given by COVID-19 is very widespread on culinary businesses, especially Rice Merchants, there is a decrease in the amount of income earned, influenced by changes in people's buying culture, where people are now accustomed to using online purchases through applications. However, many traders also have limited technological knowledge skills and do not take advantage of good opportunities in using technology. So there must be a solution to deal with this problem. With the existence of technology counseling, training and mentoring and the application of application technology that makes it easier for rice traders/rice stalls to use the technology. This training is aimed at rice stall traders and the community through the Online Kitchen application. The training will be supported by assistance from the service team in registering merchant/consumer accounts, registering food/beverage menus, confirming orders, paying, sending and preparing reports. The method applied in this activity is to use the method of dialogue, discussion together, as well as training and assistance in using the application. This activity was carried out from 2 stages of training, 1. The first training was for rice stall traders and the second was training and mentoring for the community. The activity of making this application has the aim of making it easier for rice stall traders to use technology that increases online sales, so that traders do not only rely on direct sales on the spot.

Abstract

In customer service for businesses in Indonesia, chatbot are predicted to be a pillar of business, especially chatbot that are able to reach customers proactively, provide availability 24 hours a day, even fulfill requests and answer customer questions quickly which has an important value in customer satisfaction factor in use of chatbot in Indonesia. The world of chatbots is very diverse to study from various aspects such as from a technological point of view, the study of natural language conversation of chatbots done by Shawar and Atwell concluded that chatbots are useful as a “tool”, entertainment tools, also learning and practice tools, as well as tools to help with e-commerce and other fields. Another chatbot study compared the ability of offline customer service agents in general on marketing and how to represent an online business with a chatbot and its effect on improving relationships with customers. In conclusion, chatbots provide an efficient alternative solution to conventional customer service in reducing the repetitive tasks of human admins in solving customer problems, or allowing the ability to respond to various customer needs.

Abstract

A companies that sell goods must make transactions with other parties. Both to consumers and suppliers. All transactions—both purchases from suppliers and sales from consumers—must be computerized. This is done to ensure the buying and selling process runs smoothly. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system that can improve data management in business processes, especially in terms of reporting, buying and selling processes. This research uses a descriptive method, with the method using the object-oriented method approach and the development method using the waterfall method. The data collection method uses interview techniques and direct field observations for the primary data. As for the secondary data obtained from existing documents in the company. The results of this study are, with this information system it facilitates the process of sales and purchase transactions in this company. The existence of a database makes it easier for owners to store information about buying and selling transactions and making reports easier. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires banks to provide electronic payments, carry out digital transformation and open up opportunities for financial technology-based companies. Digital transformation in banking requires reliable integration and security between systems. Otherwise, it can become a gap for cyber attacks. Cyber security in banking includes Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Non-repudiation, and Authentication. Jenius is the first digital bank in Indonesia that makes it easy for customers to complete transactions and manage finances digitally without going to the bank. This bank was once a victim of a cyber attack that attacked customers with material losses of around 50 billion and non-material losses in the form of decreased bank credibility. Digital Bank also has problems that often occur, such as failing to identify customers, differences in facts on proof of transfer, frequent force close applications, etc. This study aims to determine the effect of security on behavioral intention and other factors that influence behavioral choice in this digital bank using the modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. The variables used are Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Non-repudiation, Authentication, Perceived Security, Perceived usefulness (PU), Perceived Trust, Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), and Behavioral Intentions. This research uses quantitative methodology by distributing questionnaires to 200 sample customers. The measurement results show that more than half variables are accepted. The four rejected variables are the Confidentiality, Availability, and Non-repudiation variables to perceived security and the Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU) variable for the trust variable. Future research can add several external variables and review the rejected variables.

Abstract

Through the development of a signature pattern recognition program on SBC Beagle-bone Black, this research seeks to determine how to differentiate between real and false signatures. Three techniques of gathering data were employed in this study: interviews, observations, and a review of the literature. The quick application development method is the approach that is applied. The rapid, efficient, and brief development cycle (RAD) is emphasized. This study uses a use-case diagram to illustrate the application's logic and data flow. In this study, OpenCV is used as a digital image processing library along with the C++ programming language and QT creator as an integrated development environment (IDE). This application was subjected to both accuracy and functional testing. The following conclusions are drawn from the findings of the investigation and testing that was done: Using the fast library approach for approximate nearest neighbors (FLANN) and the speeded-up robust features (SURF) feature extraction method, the signature pattern recognition program on the Beagle-bone black SBC can differentiate between real and fraudulent signatures. Through the processes of generating image scale space, feature localization, and feature description, the SURF approach extracts feature from signature images. This signature pattern recognition application is one of the digital image processing apps that can be run on the Beagle-bone Black single board computer. This indicates that the specifications of the SBC Beagle-bone Black for digital image processing are good.

Abstract

A computer network is a telecommunications network that allows computers to communicate with each other by exchanging data. At Nurul Jalal Islamic Boarding School, they have taken advantage of advances in computer network technology, but have not been fully connected properly. Therefore, in this research, a local area network (LAN) architecture that is connected to speedy internet will be built and developed. The design of this network architecture includes designing a connection to the internet speedy network and designing a computer lab architecture that is connected to the network at the Nurul Jalal Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to design the existing technology with the system and add technologies and systems that do not yet exist so that they can be integrated into a computer network connected to the speedy internet network. It is hoped that this research will help teachers and students of Nurul Jalal Islamic Boarding School in exploring information so that it can help effective and efficient learning.
