Abstract

The total area of ​​mangrove forests in Indonesia is 25% of the total world-famous mangrove forests along 100,000 kilometers of coastline. Handling that can be done is to rebuild and restore the mangrove forest itself. The existence of GIS (Geographical Information System) provides a solution to overcome this problem. The GIS concept used includes spatial analysis in determining the location for planting coral reef forest seedlings in accordance with environmental characteristics. The GIS concept is implemented through an online mangrove seed donation system. The purpose of this research is to design an online donation system based on GIS. The method applied was the descriptive method and action (action). In designing the system, the methods used were object-oriented approach and prototype development methods. With this research, a system will be produced in the form of an online donation application in carrying out mangrove forest conservation, making it easier for people to conserve mangrove forests in Indonesia.

Abstract

To get the right employees and in accordance with the criteria of the company or agency is certainly not easy. Therefore, to get the employees desired by the company or agency, a selection of prospective IT staff in a company is needed so that later the company or agency will get competent IT staff in accordance with their field. The large number of applicants in the company makes it difficult for companies to experience obstacles and difficulties in choosing prospective IT staff. In the selection process, it is often influenced by subjective factors that can lead to the election of incompetent employees. For this reason, an information system is needed that can help companies in selecting prospective IT staff. This system is known as a decision support system. for this study, the Preference Selection Index method is used based on several studies that have been published. The final results of the calculation were obtained the names of candidates in order from rank 1 to 10, namely: Fani, Bunga, Agus, Evan, Putra, Jaka, Dani, Andi, Citra and Intan

Abstract

Rumah Kost Budi Sari memiliki proses pengelolaan data penghuni kost, penyampaian keluhan dari penghuni kost dan transaki pembayaran pada Rumah Kost Budi Sari masih dilakukan melalui pencatatan data pada buku dan transaksi pembayaran dilakukan dengan cara bertatap muka secara langsung. Cara seperti ini dinilai masih membutuhkan waktu yang banyak dan rawan terjadinya kehilangan data. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Rumah Kost Budi Sari Berbasis Website. Tujuan dari Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Rumah Kost Budi Sari Berbasis Website untuk membantu dalam proses pegolahan data penghuni kost, penyampaian keluhan dari penghuni kost dan transaksi pada Rumah Kost Budi Sari. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dibantu dengan framework Laravel, Javascript dengan framework JQuery, webserver Apache dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis datanya. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan masalah yang ada di dalam Proses pengelolaan data penghuni kost, penyampaian keluhan dari penghuni kost dan transaki pembayaran pada Rumah Kost Budi Sari dapat diatasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT The golden age for a child is the age when he is 0 to 5 years old. At this age the child's physical development and brain growth optimally. Children's brain development related to intelligence requires stimulation from the surrounding environment. If stimulation from the environment is lacking, the child's intellectual development is also not optimal. To increase stimulation from an early age many Early Childhood Education (PAUD) have emerged, which is a form of educational institution which is an artificial environment that is consciously designed and planned to develop children's intelligence potential. From 2013 data, the Directorate General of Early Childhood, Non-Formal and Informal Education (PAUDNI) Bandung has 1,323 PAUD. From all of these methods there is one concept that is the benchmark in the PAUD program, namely that education must be fun and in accordance with the child's development. The BCCT method develops from the Montessori, High Scope and Region Emilio methods. The purpose of community service activities is to create teachers who can apply BCCT learning methods to students, assist teachers in the delivery of learning materials that are appropriate to the child's development, help children in the reception and absorption of learning materials, create a pleasant atmosphere in the learning process for both partners . Key words: Early Childhood Education, Beyond Centers and Circle Time (BCCT), golden age, ABSTRAK Golden age bagi seorang anak adalah usia ketika dia berusia 0 hingga 5 tahun. Pada usia ini perkembangan fisik dan otak anak tumbuh secara optimal. Perkembangan otak anak yang berkaitan dengan kecerdasan membutuhkan stimulasi dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Jika stimulasi dari lingkungan kurang, perkembangan intelektual anak juga tidak optimal. Untuk meningkatkan stimulasi sejak usia dini banyak bermunculan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), yaitu suatu bentuk lembaga pendidikan yang merupakan lingkungan buatan yang secara sadar dirancang dan direncanakan untuk mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan anak. Dari data tahun 2013, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Nonformal dan Informal (PAUDNI) Bandung ada 1.323 PAUD. Dari semua metode ini ada satu konsep yang menjadi tolok ukur dalam program PAUD, yaitu bahwa pendidikan harus menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan perkembangan anak. Metode BCCT mengembang dari metode Montessori, High Scope dan Regio Emilio. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah, menciptakan guru yang dapat menerapkan metode pembelajaran BCCT pada siswa, membantu guru dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan anak, membantu anak-anak dalam penerimaan dan penyerapan bahan belajar, menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan di proses pembelajaran pada kedua pasangan. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menerapkan teknologi untuk membantu para orang tua yang memiliki anak dengan down syndrome yang kekurangan waktu atau keterbatasan dalam melakukan intervensi dini bagi anak/anak mereka, dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti orang tua harus bekerja, atau keterbatasan informasi mengenai disabilitas intelektual. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskusi/dialog, dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan, kemudian membuat solusi dengan menggunakan pendekatan teknologi. Maka tim Universitas Komputer Indonesia melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknologi berupa aplikasi layanan terapis online untuk mempermudah mendapatkan layanan secara online melalui aplikasi web. Aplikasi web ini memiliki fungsi pendaftaran, pemesanan, pembayaran dan rekam medis secara online. dan dapat diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan gawai/smartphone yang dimiliki oleh orang tua. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat membantu orang tua dalam memaksimalkan layanan terapi untuk anak dengan disabilitas intelektual. Abstract The aim of this service activity is to apply technology to help parents who have children with Down syndrome who lack time or limitations in carrying out early intervention for their children/children, due to several factors such as parents having to work, or limited information about intellectual disabilities. The method used in this service activity uses a discussion/dialogue approach, asking several questions, then creating a solution using a technological approach. So, the Universitas Komputer Indonesia team carried out training and technological assistance in the form of an online therapist service application to make it easier to get services online via a web application. This web application has registration, ordering, payment and online medical record functions. and can be implemented using the device/smartphone owned by the parents. The results of this service activity can help parents maximize therapeutic services for children with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

There is a discrepancy in reports between each conservation officer and this causes difficulties in carrying out supervision, resulting in a decrease in the number of turtles and slow ticket service processes. This community service activity aims to help community groups consisting of conservation groups and tourism groups in data management. For conservation groups, it is to facilitate the management of conservation data into computerization. Meanwhile, for tour groups, it is easier to process tickets with scan and print technology. Therefore, the Universitas Komputer Indonesia team will carry out training and mentoring activities for the GO-Turtles desktop and mobile-based application. This application consists of a conservation system and a ticketing system. The method used in the creation and implementation of the application uses a technological approach pattern through discussion/dialogue on the problems that occur using a questionnaire with several questions. This application will also be connected to Scanner technology and automatic Printing technology which consists of registration, mailing, conservation, and ticketing functions. The results of the conservation group's community service activities can be filled in online every day and can be saved in the application, while tourism groups, can use scanner technology and printer technology which produce tickets online and offline, and the result of this activity is the data processing process that has been successfully carried out by conservation and tourism officers

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are considered to be one of the important components in the economic development of a country, especially Indonesia. However, it has been found that MSMEs are lagging in digitalization, the adoption of information technology, and digital marketing. An information system where MSMEs can have easy access to IT and digital marketing professionals can be a solution to boost and encourage digitalization among local MSMEs. Developing such an information system requires the project to be able to quickly adapt and change based on the user’s needs and current trends. This study proposes an incremental solution to building an accessible information system catered for MSMEs by incorporating the ADDIE model into the development cycle. To understand the feasibility of the system, several group meetings are arranged to demonstrate and try out the system’s capability to the target users. The results indicate that the system is generally able to fit the needs of MSMEs and is quite effective at connecting the MSESs to IT and Digital marketing resources and experts.

Abstract

Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi membuat banyak perusahaan dibidang restoran mulai mengembangkan sistem yang ada dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk membuat sua-tu aplikasi reservasi tempat dan order menu di retstoran Bebek Van Java. Pem-bangunan aplikasi reservasi dan order menu berbasis web pada Restoran bebek Van Java dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapat-kan informasi mengenai restoran Bebek Van Java dan memudahkan dalam melakukan reservasi melalui media internet. Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi sumber data primer yaitu dengan cara observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan sumber data sekunder yaitu dengan cara melihat dokumen - dokumen. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan terstruktur dan metode pengembangan sistem in-formasi penjualan pakaian berbasis web dibuat dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Dengan adanya aplikasi reservasi dan order menu berbasis web dapat mengatasi salah satu permasalahan dalam hal reservasi dimana kon-sumen harus melakukan reservasi secara langsung. Aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Dengan adanya ap-likasi reservasi berbasis web ini diharapkan akan membantu restoran dan kon-sumen dalam proses reservasi.
