Abstract

This article aims to explore the role of Pancasila Education learning in building a culture of integrity among Indonesia's young generation. Using exposition and analysis methods, the author explains the concept of integrity culture, the challenges faced, and the role of the younger generation in maintaining and developing the culture. This article uses a qualitative approach through the literature review method. The main source of this research data is articles published online through Google Scholar. Data search is carried out using keywords that are relevant to the focus of the study. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing The results indicate that Pancasila Education learning plays a crucial role in shaping the nationalism, patriotism, and morality character among the young generation, by reinforcing awareness of rights and responsibilities as citizens and cultivating attitudes of empathy, integrity, and accountability. However, the challenges faced include the influence of foreign cultures and the currents of globalization which may shift the identity and values of local culture. Therefore, the integration of Pancasila values into the educational curriculum, supported by innovative teaching methods, as well as the consistent role of teachers and educational institutions, becomes key in building a culture of integrity among the young generation

Abstract

Swimming increases muscle mass, loses weight, improves heart and lung health, controls stress, overcomes nerve compression, relieves joint pain, addresses insomnia, and improves sleep quality. In addition, swimming is also very suitable for people with asthma, helping to increase lung capacity and train respiratory control. This article aims to find out the benefits of learning to swim for the growth and development of children in elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published on the database on google scholar which can be accessed online with the keywords used in searching for journals are "Swimming, Sports, Elementary School, Benefits, Swimming Techniques". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that swimming learning in elementary school has an important role in supporting children's growth and development. Therefore, swimming helps children develop important life skills and improve their quality of life

Abstract

The curriculum plays a crucial role in the education system, serving as a tool to achieve the educational goals that have been set. The Independent Curriculum, which was introduced in 2020 and began to be implemented in 2022, however, its implementation in the field is still uneven. This study aims to find out the curriculum management activities at UPT SDN 31 Koto Pulai. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with observation and interview techniques as the main data collection techniques. The data was analyzed qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the analysis show that good Curriculum management is very important to ensure the effectiveness of learning, which includes planning, development, implementation, and assessment. The planning process at UPT SDN 31 Koto Pulai involves a meeting between the principal and educators to discuss the needs and combination of the curriculum. Curriculum development is carried out by formulating the vision, mission, and program structure, as well as organizing learning activities. The implementation of the curriculum in this school focuses on the application of learning tools that are in accordance with the applicable curriculum, with an interactive and collaborative approach. Through the Teacher Working Group (KKG) training, the school strives to improve the quality of teaching
