Abstract

Studi Peradaban Islam Masa Kolonial Belanda sangat penting untuk dikaji lebih mendalam. Hal ini karena kajian tersebut tidak pernah berhenti untuk selalu diperdebatkan. Tujuan tulisan ini ingin memahami 3 hal: Pertama, paradigma politik Masa Kolonial Belanda. Kedua, faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhinya. Ketiga, implikasi positif dan negatifnya. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan berlandaskan teori Mestika Zed. Pengumpulan data dengan cara editing, organizing dan finding , dianalisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang ditemukan 3 hal: Pertama, paradigma politik masa Kolonial Belanda ada 3 bentuk: kepemimpinan, penindasan dan politik ekonomi. Kedua, secara internal yang mempengaruhinya ada 3 faktor : monopoli perdagangan, kekejaman dan kekuasaan. Adapun secara eksternal yang mempengaruhinya ada 3 faktor: Eksplorasi, kebijakan kolonial Belanda dan memecah umat islam. Ketiga, implikasi positifnya ada 3 hal: berkembangnya Indonesia di bidang pembangunan, menumbuhkan semangat nasionalisme dan berkembangnya Indonesia di bidang pendidikan. Sedangkan, implikasi negatifnya ada 3 hal: perpecahan, penderitaan dan pelecehan seksual. Kesimpulan tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa hal tersebut memberikan wawasan baru tentang pemahaman peradaban islam di bidang politik pada masa Kolonial Belanda.

Abstract

Learning Arabic is a complex process that not only involves linguistic aspects, but in the context of learning Arabic, it also requires important aspects, such as the relationship between language, gender bias, and identity. Language is important because it functions as a means of communication for people in their daily lives, so learning Arabic is closely related to gender bias and language identity. This research aims to explain language, gender bias, and identity in the book Al-Arobiyyah lil Induniysiyyin. This type of research is qualitative and uses a library research approach by obtaining data from journals, books, and other sources relevant to the research. The results of this research reveal that the function of language, apart from being a means of communication, also includes self-expression, identity, and culture, as well as education and learning. An important aspect of learning Arabic is gender bias. Forms of gender bias in the book Al-Arobiyyah lil Induniysiyyin include the role of men being more dominant in terms of work, nature, and role in Arabic texts compared to the role of women. Forms of gender bias are divided into three categories: mudzakar (masculine), muanats (feminine), and functional (neutral). Apart from gender bias, another aspect is language identity. The forms of language and identity learned in Arabic can be summarized as religious identity, cultural identity, and national identity.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak masih menjadi persoalan serius di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program yang dijalankan oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Sumatera Utara dalam menangani kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DP3A telah melaksanakan berbagai program seperti layanan pengaduan 24 jam, konseling psikologis, pendampingan hukum, edukasi masyarakat, serta kerja sama lintas sektor. Efektivitas program ini didukung oleh keberadaan UPTD, keterlibatan tenaga profesional, serta partisipasi aktif tokoh masyarakat. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan program masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan, seperti keterbatasan anggaran, kekurangan tenaga konselor di daerah, rendahnya literasi hukum, dan kuatnya budaya patriarki yang membuat korban enggan melapor. Kesimpulannya, program DP3A memberikan kontribusi positif dalam perlindungan perempuan dan anak, tetapi membutuhkan penguatan strategi berbasis kolaborasi dan peningkatan aksesibilitas layanan agar dampaknya lebih merata dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Reading skills play a crucial role as the basis for mastering other language skills, especially in understanding Arabic texts more deeply. Mastery of this skill allows students to interpret reading content, identify sentence structures, and enrich vocabulary. The application of constructivism theory in the learning process of reading skills at the Arabic Language Development Program of UMM supports the strengthening of students' understanding of reading skills, which is reflected in the improvement of their exam results. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study. Then the data collection was done through observation, interview and documentation. The purpose of this study is to explain how the process of applying the theory of constructivism in learning reading skills in students of the Arabic Language Development Program at Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study. Then the data collection was done through observation, interview and documentation. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the application of constructivism theory in learning reading skills in the Arabic Language Development Program.
