Abstract

Gobalisasi dan perkembangan zaman membuat jarak semakin tipis dan membawa pada kemajuan teknologi. Sayangnya hal itu juga memberikan dampak negative dengan semakin banyaknya budaya yang tidak sesuai dengan nilain bangsa serta pergeseran semakin menurnnya rasa nasionalisme dan semangat kebangsaan terutana pada generasi muda. Perlu adanya upaya dari berbagai pihak untuk terus meningkatkan rasa nasionalisme dan semangat kebangsaan. Kegiatan sosialisasi untuk mendorong meningkatnya rasa nasionalisme dan semangat kebangsaan diinisiasi oleh media televisi dalam hal ini TVRI Sulawesi Tenggara dalam suatu acara perspektif (dialog) dengan menghadirkan narasumber seperti instansi pemerintah (Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara) serta pelaku sejarah (Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara) pada tanggal Hari Selasa 13 Agustus 2024. Hasil sosialisasi yang dilakukan dengan adanya acara perspektif yang juga ditayangkan melalui live streaming dan kuisioner kepada 30 orang memperlihatkan adanya tambahan informasi dan pengetahuan yang berimplikasi pada kesadaran dan pemahaman terkait nasionalisme dan semangat kebangsaan serta diaplikasikan pada kehidupan sehari-hari setelah adanya sosialisasi tersebut.

Abstract

Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor merupakan salah satu sumber PAD namun faktanya belum optimal,dan perlunya pendekatan berbasis komunikasi efektif dalam pelayanan kepadamasyarkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  efektivitas Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Penyelenggaraan Kebijakan Pemungutan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik pemilihan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu pejabat dan petugas pemungut pajak daerah di Bapenda Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan masyarakat wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Pengelolaan administrasi pemungutan pajak dan retribusi daerah yang dilakukan oleh Bapenda Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sudah berjalan dengan optimal dilihat dari Teori komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dijalankan oleh setiap petugas

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. The sample of the study was 50 customers of Hotel Zahra Syariah Kendari. The method of data collection using a questionnaire and processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results of the study concluded that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, interpersonal communication has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between interpersonal communication and customer loyalty and customer satisfaction mediates a positive and significant relationship on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh Petugas Perizinan pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, obsevasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemilihan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu dua staff dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Satu Pintu (DPMPSP) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengara yang berjumlah 2 orang, Pejabat serta staf teknis perijinan Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Tenggara yang berjumlah 7 orang. Penelitian telah dilakukan dari Bulan Januari – Maret 2024. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha berbasis risiko pada sektor perhubungan berjalan dengan baik karena sudah semakin efektifnya komunikasi interpersonal yang dijalankan oleh para petugas perizinan yaitu keterbukaan (opennes), empati (emphaty), sikap mendukung (supportiveness), sikap positif (possitiveness), dan kesetaraan (equality).

Abstract

Hospitals are health facilities that provide outpatient and inpatient services to patients. In addition, hospitals can be a source of infection transmission for staff, patients, and other visitors. To prevent nosocomial infections in health workers, hospitals have the responsibility to protect all health workers, one of the efforts is to implement hand hygiene practices. Hand hygiene compliance in hospital settings in particular is influenced by several factors, including predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing elements, as well as support from management and the chief hygienist. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors. The method used was quantitative correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were 36 janitors, with a sample size of 36 respondents who were still active as janitors at Grhasia Hospital. Sample selection using the Total sampling method, using an analysis system carried out using Chi-Square. From the results of the bivariate test, there were the results of the highest number of respondents with early adult age as much as 63.9%. Gender 97.2% p-value 1000. Tenure is 80.6% p-value 0.163. Education as much as 97.2% p-value 1000. Good knowledge as much as 75% p-value 0.255. Positive attitude 58.3% p-value 0.626. Complete facilities 86.1% p-value 0.466. Motivation 58.3% p-value 1000. so that with these results there is a relationship between age, gender, tenure, education, attitude, facilities and motivation with an α value <0.05. While the results of the multivariate test obtained the results Age, tenure and attitude have a great opportunity to increase hand hygiene compliance in janitors. Hand hygiene compliance in janitors can be influenced by the age of janitors, length of service and positive attitudes in janitors.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of news content about conditions after the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections. Researchers will analyze six news reported by Tempo.co online media between February 15 and 18, 2024. The news is analyzed to find out how journalism works and construct reality carried out by Tempo.co. The media, which is business-under the auspices of the Tempo Media Group company, has been known to be independent and critical. This research uses Holsti Theory or (Holsti Theory) to analyze the content of Tempo.co news with descriptive analysis methods. The subject of this study is Tempo.co as a source of information researchers get data. The object of research is six post-2024 Presidential Election news on the Tempo.co page of the February 15-18, 2024 edition. Supporting sources for this research are books and other research journals that can explain the information needed by researchers. The results showed that Tempo.co reported the dynamics of the 2024 Presidential Election within the framework of critical, analytical, and independent journalism, but still prioritized the principle of balancing or covering both sides, verified, and factual (based on facts). Tempo.co presents news about the presidential election without having a tendency of interest and only presents facts with the selection of competent sources. This is evidenced by the variation of post-Presidential Election news without cornering any of the three existing Presidential Candidate-Vice President pairs. Abstract

Basic infrastructure needed by the community is the government's obligation. One of these basic infrastructures is telecommunications network access. Base Transceiver Station (BTS) is a telecommunications infrastructure that has an important role in improving communication access in remote communities. This study attempts to analyze strategies in providing Base Transceiver Stations in Supporting Community Information Access with a Collaborative Governance Approach in Bombana Regency. The approach taken is a qualitative approach, where this research has been conducted in Bombana Regency and in Kendari City during October-November 2024. The results of the study found several strategies that need to be considered in providing Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) in supporting community information access with a Collaborative Governance approach in Bombana Regency consisting of optimizing Regulations to support BTS Development in several areas of Bombana Regency, utilizing the latest technology in BTS Development, increasing socialization and community education, integrating aspects of security and environmental protection in BTS development, prioritizing BTS development in blank spot areas, infrastructure development that accommodates geographic terrain, community-based approaches and collaboration to reduce social resistance and optimizing infrastructure in increasing access and reducing geographical constraints. The recommendations suggested by this research are to encourage the optimization of regulations in supporting BTS development in Bombana Regency and to encourage the use of the latest technology in BTS development.
