Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh selera, ketersediaan produk dan diskon terhadap loyalitas pelanggan saat melakukan pembelian di Supermarket Irian DeptStore Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini 93 responden, dengan teknik Accidental. Mengunakan SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat bantu analisis data, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis . Hasil riset yaitu rasa berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Ketersediaan produk tidak berdampak pada loyalitas. Diskon berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Rasa, ketersediaan produk dan diskon berdampak secara simultan pada loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to find out strategies for empowering MSMEs in increasing income, as well as the benefits for the community, namely receiving guidance and training from the Service Team in developing MSME businesses. The location of this service was carried out in Mandailing Village, Tebing Tinggi Kota District, targeting people who want to open Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an effort by the central and regional governments. By coaching and empowering MSMEs in the midst of current free trade competition, it can provide encouragement to increase community income. This activity can encourage the economy of a region, not only increasing income but also equalizing income in a region. By providing community development and empowerment in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, job opportunities can be created for the Indonesian people, especially in Mandailing Subdistrict.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can result in huge losses and these fire disasters often occur in the middle of residential areas regardless of time, status or even distance. The city of Tebing Tinggi is prone to fire disasters, with fires almost every month. Internship is a student activity given in the final semester of study. Useful for training students to know the world of work. Placing internship students in the Fire Department is useful so that they can help communities experiencing disasters by going through the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of this internship provide benefits for both the campus and the Tebing Tinggi city fire department. There is good cooperation between the two institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the level of service satisfaction at the Medang Deras Village Hall office, Batubara Regency. Using a Quantitative Descriptive type of research with a sample of 96 respondents who are residents of Medang Deras Village. Data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25.00. From this research it can be concluded that facilities influence community satisfaction. Village Official Behavior Variables have no effect on Services. Administration influences the Community Satisfaction Variable. The dominant influence on the level of service satisfaction is the administrative variable

Abstract

This article examines the role of social media in increasing the competitiveness of coffee shops in Indonesia, with a case study on Kopi Kenangan. The study shows that Kopi Kenangan has successfully utilized social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok through interesting visual content, current trends, collaboration with influencers, and digital promotions integrated with applications. This strategy is able to build emotional closeness with customers, increase engagement and loyalty levels, and expand market reach. The use of social media as an innovative communication and promotion tool has proven effective in facing competition in the increasingly competitive coffee industry. The results of this study confirm that the success of modern businesses is highly dependent on creative and adaptive digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in the country's economic growth by significantly contributing to job creation, poverty alleviation, and economic equality. Peanut bread is one of the typical souvenirs from the city of Tebing Tinggi besides lemang and other products. Currently, the development of peanut bread production businesses is increasingly widespread in Tebing Tinggi with various brands and flavors. One of them is the Mpok Atik peanut bread brand. One of the problems faced by this MSME is limited capital, where there is competition from large producers, and market access is still limited. This campus collaborative activity program is a type of community service activity in helping solve problems that exist in the community / MSMEs. The enlightenment provided by the team about digitalization plays a vital role in driving the growth of the Mpok Atik peanut bread MSME. By implementing various digital-based marketing, MSMEs can compete in the increasingly competitive modern era by utilizing technology to increase market access, improve brand image, and remain competitive. This peanut bread MSME excels because its products have the characteristics of a local identity, authentic taste.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh pelatihan hardskill dan softskill terhadap kompetensi peserta pemagangan ke Jepang yang dilaksanakan oleh Mirai Group Sumatera. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap hubungan antara kedua jenis pelatihan tersebut dengan peningkatan kompetensi, diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan yang konstruktif dalam upaya pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia industri di Jepang. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian roti kacang Hj. Eliya tebing tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi Pelanggan Roti Kacang Hj. Eliya Lubis Kota Tebing Tinggi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 39 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Data penelitian menggunakan sumber data primer. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis pertama diterima, artinya variabel Harga Referensi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hipotesis kedua diterima, artinya variabel Cita Rasa (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya variabel Citra Merek (X3) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hasil dari analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan diantara tiga variabel adalah Variabel Citra Merek (X3) Kata Kunci : Harga Referensi, Cita Rasa, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian
