Abstract

Background. Wordwall is an interesting application associated with this program. The app is clearly intended as an educational tool, a platform and an exhilarating evaluation for students. Teachers find it suitable with the concept of learning and playing using wordwall during student learning to keep it interesting and avoid boredom Purpose. Wordwall media can increase happiness, excitement, enthusiasm and motivation. Method. This wordwall can be used for all levels of online and offline learning, from elementary school to college. Results. , Its simple design and many features, Wordwalls is very easy for new users to understand, Wordwalls has several advantages, Wall is very special compared to other web applications. Conclusion. The use of word walls in the learning process is not yet common, but there are many documents and research results about word walls on the Internet. Using phallus words by students in online learning, it was concluded that phallus words can improve students' learning activities and outcomes. The text wall increases students' interest in the lesson and reduces boredom during the teaching process

Abstract

Background. This research is motivated by the rapid development of increasingly sophisticated technology in the era of globalization, so educators are also required to have IT skills that can support learning and make teaching materials more creative and innovative. Purpose. But at SMPN 1 Bungursari in learning Islamic Religious Education still does not utilize the sophistication of technology that is available. This research is a development research consisting of three stages, namely. Method. the definition stage (define), the design stage (design) and the development stage (develop). This research instrument uses validation sheets and questionnaires. The module was validated by three validators, namely one media lecturer, one Islamic religious education lecturer, and one Islamic religious education teacher. At the stage of practicality and effectiveness of e-modules as a learning resource for prayer practice, it was tested on 26 students of class VII SMPN 1 Bungursari. Results. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The results of validation of e-modules as a learning resource for prayer practice material developed for class VII SMPN 1 Bungursari are valid with a percentage of 85.3%. Conclusion. The results of the trial of the practicality of the e-module as a learning resource for prayer practice material developed showed the results of teacher practicality of 90.2% and student practicality of 85.4% with a very practical category that can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Background:Digital skills training to increase the competitiveness of teaching staff is related to the development of digital pedagogical skills that are relevant to 21st century learning. Digital skills training can be provided to educational staff, such as teachers and lecturers, through vocational education programs and digital skills courses. Research purposes:This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much impact digital skills training has on increasing the competitiveness of teaching staff to find out and analyze how digital skills training affects the competence and competitiveness of teaching staff in the digital era. This research aims to support the development of relevant and effective digital skills training programs to improve the competence of teaching staff, so that they can help create a workforce that is ready to face the challenges of the digital economy. Method:The method used in this research is a quantitative method.This method is a way of collecting numerical data that can be tested. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires addressed to students. Furthermore, the data that has been collected from the results of distributing the questionnaire will be accessible in Excel format which can then be processed using SPSS. Results:From the research results, it can be seen thatDigital skills training is one way to increase the competitiveness of teaching staff. To increase the competitiveness of teaching staff, it shows that this training can influence the competency and competitiveness of teaching staff in the digital era. Digital skills training can help educators develop relevant digital pedagogical skills, which will help them adapt to increasingly sophisticated learning needs and integrate digital technologies in teaching. Conclusion:Digital skills training can help educators develop digital pedagogical skills that are relevant to twenty-first century learning. This will help them adapt to increasingly sophisticated learning needs and integrate digital technology in teaching.
