Changing needs of a significant impact on the improvement of software development costs. Limitations of available resources to realize the need for change causes a change needs to be managed. Among the methods used to manage it is to analyze the dependencies along with weight changes and give priority to the need for change to be realized in order to optimally match the available resources. PT. Arcadia Global Media is a company engaged in the field of Field Services in the field of Media Placement Service (Indoor / Outdoor), Production of Signage, Booth & Maintenance and Design & Digital Printing. Changing needs of customers can lead to chaos on keterselesaian project. Labeled Transition System can capture the flow and changes in the transition to the changing needs. To map the changing needs and explore the impact it done modeling requirements change. This study propose a labeled trasition System (LTS) to model the changing needs. LTS is an effective model to describe the change in behavior of the system and was developed to model the changing needs of the software, making it easier for stakeholders to observe the flow changes and their impact needs. The needs of an information is needed by everyone .Information can be obtained quickly and right through the media the internet .Education is one of the aspects that determines the quality and the achievement of a person Exactness in choosing a school is very important achievement because affect owned .Because of it , needed a search application that can provide services school .The purpose of the writing of this school is making a search application for mobile web based Surabaya. This app uses GPS (Global Positioning System) on the mobile web, users can find the location of the nearest school to the position of the user or based on the name of the school you're looking for on the mobile web. The research method used is the study of the literature, analysis of user and system analysis, designing applications using DFD, implementation and testing of the application. Search applications built this can provide information, school locations, as well as showing the route of the user's position to which it is sent. Puslatda East Java Rowing is rowing regional training center located in East Java . Criteria Puslatda Rowing athletes in East Java has been determined by KONI , so not all athletes can enter in Puslatda . The recruitment of athletes rowing in this Puslatda still manually , thus making the board Puslatda difficult to determine the origin of the development and training center branch ( puslatcab ) where the candidate athletes in eastern Java . From this research came the idea to solve the problem by making Rowing Athlete Recruitment System Regional Training Centre ( Puslatda ) East Java . Wildani 2 is Moslem pre elementary school in Surabaya is one school for early childhood. In these schools, early childhood begin an introduction to the environment. Know the tools of transportation is one of KB IT curriculum Wildani 2 Surabaya. Media books with pictures of a 2-dimensional learning aids are used in familiar means of transportation. The media sometimes makes them bored, they often chat with classmates and teachers who are not paying attention to the theory. Therefore, researchers using augmented reality as one of the tools to learn about transportation. Learning aids using augmented reality is expected to attract interest in learning, fosters self-contained nature and add insight to early childhood. In this research is expected to make energy calculator application for people with diabetes mellitus manganut PERKENI guide 2011 which aims to calculate the nutritional needs of the people living with diabetes mellitus and sample the food. This study uses a Rapid Application Development (RAD), which includes Requirement Planning, collecting data needed sourced from literature studies Data collection of books and journals and interviews with nutritionists are competent in their field. This system design using UML (unified modeling language) with the creation of mobile-based applications. The level of patient satisfaction as a user is great in some aspects, namely the attractiveness, convenience, usefulness, timeliness, reliability applications. Down Syndrome is a genetic disorder that can occur in men and women, this disorder is the result of chromosomal abnormalities are not always passed down to the next descent. Chromosomal abnormalities are often found is the excess in chromosome 21, called trisomy 21. This syndrome was first described by Langdon Down in 1866, although it has long been recognized, in 1969 invented and demonstrated abnormalities on chromosome 23. Other signs such as reading book close to the eyes, mouth always so open to understand something understanding requires a long time, have sensory difficulties. In this research is expected to make an application preparatory school for paren ts of children with Down syndrome patient aged 3-6 years based on Android that aims to help children with Down syndrome can focus on getting to know the neighborhood. This study uses Waterfall covering Requirement Planning, collecting data needed sourced from literature studies Data collection of books and journals and interviews with physiotherapists in the field. This system design using UML (unified modeling language) with the creation of mobile-based applications. The role of nutrition in improving the intelligence does not stop when a two-year-old man. The occurrence of nutritional problems due to the mismatch between intake of nutrients the body needs. Information about nutrition is very important for the community. The lack of public knowledge about the importance of nutrition and nutritional information about due to the lack of understanding of where the public to obtain information about nutrition.When citizen know that their complaints about nutrition can only be consulted to the doctor because of the role of the dietitian is not yet well known by the public at large. The nearest communication media is currently the Smartphones, where smartphones can reach a community communication much easier. Elementary school is learning for children up to 7 years old, learning for knowledge development, attitude, and creativity for them. But, not all children be able with well developed. Usually children with difficult developed lean hard to understand about learning. This children’s entered into inclusion class for getting more intensive knowledge development. Mostly, this inclusion children (autism) is who hard to read. The learning method for teaching inclusion children (autism) who hard to reading is game. That game is mixed with the lesson in order to inclusion children can get well lesson. With the game method, they will understand the lesson easier. But, classic game learns bored and not focus. This data got from study literatur, journal, book, and interview this game 3D design game use unity. In this research will make an application learning game to make the inclusion of children (autism) to focus more on the letters introduced. Presensi merupakan proses pengumpulan data guna mengetahui kehadiran seseorang dalam suatu kegiatan. Salah satu kegiatan yang membutuhkan presensi adalah perkuliahan. Presensi dalam perkuliahan secara umum masih dilakukan secara manual, yakni dengan menggunakan lembar presensi yang dibawa oleh dosen di tiap pertemuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem dengan memanfaatkan teknologi NFC yang terdapat pada perangkat mobile sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif untuk menggantikan presensi manual, sekaligus untuk meminimalisir kecurangan oleh mahasiswa yang sering terjadi dalam proses presensi manual. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan use case diagram, use case narrative, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, dan rancangan UI (User Interface), sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black box guna mengetahui sejauh mana fungsionalitas dari sistem yang telah dibangun. Dari hasil pengujian black box dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem presensi yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk melakukan presensi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi NFC yang terdapat pada perangkat mobile. Mahasiswa hanya perlu melakukan tap ke NFC tag yang telah disediakan di dalam ruang kuliah. Perkembangan bisnis kartu undangan saat ini terbilang cukup pesat. Bisnis percetakan kartu undangan mulai banyak diminati karena masyarakat mulai terbiasa menerima bahan langsung jadi sehingga menimbulkan persaingan bisnis antar pengusaha satu dengan lainnya. Semakin berkembangnya pengusaha percetakan kartu undangan timbul masalah dimana pengusaha mengalami kesulitan dalam proses penentuan harga pokok produksi sehingga proses bisnis tersebut tidak maksimal. Sebelum menentukan harga pokok produksi, maka diperlukan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi kartu undangan yang diambil dari persediaan bahan baku. Dengan metode perhitungan luas persegi panjang dan penentuan biaya produksi dengan metode Variable Costing, menggunakan sistem yang berbasiskan web diharapkan bagi bisnis tersebut bejalan secara maksimal. Disisi lain pengusaha bisa lebih mudah mengetahui total harga pokok produksi. pengusaha mengalami kesulitan dalam proses penentuan harga pokok produksi sehingga proses bisnis tersebut tidak maksimal. Sebelum menentukan harga pokok produksi, maka diperlukan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi kartu undangan yang diambil dari persediaan bahan baku
