Abstract

Novel Ruang Kaca merupakan karya sastra yang menarik untuk diteliti tentang tokoh utamanya melalui disiplin ilmu psikologi. Penggambaran tokoh dalam novel Ruang Kaca tersebut sangatlah kompleks, akan tetapi tokoh yang sangat kuat terdapat dalam tokoh Kiara. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui keperibadian tokoh kiara dalam id, ego, dan super ego dalam novel Ruang Kaca karya Alamanda Hindersah; 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana usaha tokoh kiara dalam menyelesaikan konflik dalam novel Ruang Kaca karya Alamanda Hindersah; 3) Untuk mengetahui nilai karakter tokoh Kiara dalam novel Ruang Kaca karya Alamanda Hindersah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif, adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel yang berjudul Ruang Kaca. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik studi pustaka. Dalam mengumpulkan data diperlukan alat bantu penelitian yaitu kartu data. Kartu data dipergunakan untuk mencatat data yang digunakan sebagai dasar analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keperibadian tokoh utama yang dipengaruhi oleh id adalah keras kepala dan pemalu. Sedangan, keperibadian yang termasuk ego adalah berpikiran maju, perhatian, bijaksana. Sedangkan keperibadian yang termasuk super ego meliputi pasrah, teguh pendirian, menepati janji dan jujur. Adapun penyelesaian konflik batin yang dilakukan tokoh utama dalam novel Ruang Kaca karya Alamnda Hindersah berhasil dilakukan oleh tokoh utama. Penyelesaian konflik batin tokoh utama meliputi empat hal, diantaranya yaitu: sublimasi, represi, proyeksi, dan rasioanalisasi, sublimasi . Nilai karakter dalam tokoh utama dalam novel ruang kaca adalah berpikiran maju, perhatian, bijaksana, teguh pendirian, menepati janji. pada tokoh utama dalam novel Ruang Kaca karya Alamanda Hindersah.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was done using observation, essay tests, and documentation methods. This study analyzes student errors based on test results on students' ability to write job application letters. Errors in writing job application letters often occur in the writing stages, such as content, word choice, sentences, paragraphs, and spelling on job application letters. Researchers used the think pair share model. This type of learning model is very suitable for students and helps researchers carry out learning activities in writing application letters. The subjects of this study were students of class XII TBSM and XII TKJ, totaling 60 people. In this study, students were given an essay test in writing a job application letter in the form of a description, then analyzed for errors based on the Indonesian correspondence guide with different types of errors for each category of errors. Obtained from the conclusion, the problem that arises from the background of the problem is in what way the efforts of class XII students of SMK PAB 1 Helvetia in writing essential parts using spelling on job application letters. The results of the data analysis show the control class with an average score of 66 and the experimental results with an average score of 81. Students using the think pair share model are more active in learning, asking questions, and answering questions posed by researchers using the think pair share model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that moral values are essential; novels, as written works of literature that contain moral values, can motivate readers. The purpose of the research is to describe the form of moral values in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye and the form of moral value delivery used by the author in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. This type of research is library research. The results of this study found that the form of moral values contained in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye includes the form of moral values in human relationships with themselves, namely self-existence there are 7 data, self-esteem there are 2 data, self-confidence there are 4 data, fear there are 0 data, revenge there are 3 data, loneliness there are 1 data. The form of moral values in human relations with other humans in the social environment, namely solid friendship there are 3 data, betrayal there are 4 data; parental affection for children are 8 data; children's affection for parents there are 2 data; teacher advice to students there are 2 data. The form of moral values in human relationships with God, namely praying to God, has 0 data, and being grateful has 1 data. The form of conveying moral values used by the author in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye, namely the form of conveying moral values directly consists of 15 data, and the form of conveying morals indirectly consists of 5 data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya permasalahan terkait representasi budaya dan unsur antropologi sastra yang terdapat dalam novel Langgam Nyi Bagelen karya Yusuf Mahessa Dewo Pasiro. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan representasi budaya dan unsur-unsur antropologi sastra pada novel Langgam Nyi Bagelen serta relevansinya terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca, catat, mengklasifikasikan dan mendeskripsikan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis antropologi sastra pada novel Langgam Nyi Bagelen berupa sistem tradisi, mitos, peralaratan kehidupan manusia dan teknik analisis Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya representasi budaya langsung berjumlah 2 data dimana semua data memperlihatkan kebudayaan secara jelas dan rinci, representasi budaya tidak langsung berjumlah 2 data dimana semua data menggambarkan kebudayaan secara implisit, unsur tradisi berjumlah 2 data ziarah ke petilasan Nyi Bagelen dan pentas seni, mitos berjumlah 2 data yaitu tentang lelembut, waktu magrib dan kerasukan, lalu sistem peralatan kehidupan manusia berjumlah 5 data (makanan 2 data yaitu tiwul, clorot, pakaian 2 data kebaya, kebaya gadung melati, dan alat transportasi 1 data yaitu kuda). Penelitian ini di relevansikan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas XII SMA KD 3.8 dan 4.8. Dalam pembelajaran sastra, novel ini dapat dijadikan materi ajar untuk diterapkan peserta didik dalam membentuk karakter untuk melestarikan budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of Virtual Reality (VR)-based instructional media to enhance students’ writing skills in composing observational report texts at the junior secondary school level. The research is grounded in the observed deficiencies in students' writing competence, which stem from limited access to real-life observational experiences and the prevalent use of conventional, non-contextual learning media. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), this study involved data collection through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and expert validation. The data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings indicate that the developed VR-based media is highly feasible, as evidenced by expert appraisals and positive feedback from both teachers and students. Furthermore, the results of quasi-experimental testing demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in students’ writing performance. These findings suggest that integrating VR technology into Indonesian language instruction provides a more contextualized, interactive, and meaningful learning experience, thus fostering the achievement of educational goals in the digital era.
